Claims (7)
- 少なくとも赤外光を生体に入射させる光源部と、
生体を透過した透過光及び/又は反射した反射光を受光する受光手段と、
前記受光した光の受光強度における直流成分に対し所定手法を適用して得られた参照用直流成分値と、心肺蘇生術実施時に得られた受光強度における直流成分値との比による評価用の評価対象情報を算出する算出手段と、
前記算出手段により算出された評価対象情報に基づき心肺蘇生術の少なくとも適否に関する評価を行う評価手段と、
前記評価手段による評価結果に応じて出力を行う出力手段と
を具備することを特徴とする心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置。 - 前記光源部は更に、赤色光を生体に入射させ、
算出手段は、参照用直流成分値を赤外光及び赤色光の受光強度における直流成分に対し所定手法を適用して得た値を比とした第1の比として求めると共に、心肺蘇生術実施時に得られた赤外光及び赤色光の受光強度におけるそれぞれの直流成分値の比を第2の比として求め、前記第1の比に対し第2の比を比とした第3の比を求めて評価対象情報とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置。 - 前記心肺蘇生術に関する評価は、血中酸素飽和度の上昇に関する評価であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置
- 光源部は赤外光のみを生体に入射させ、
算出手段は、赤外光の受光強度における直流成分に応じて評価対象情報を算出し、
評価手段は、上記算出された評価対象情報に基づき心肺蘇生術による血流増加の評価を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置。 - 805nm近傍の赤外光を用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置。
- 算出手段は、所定手法を適用する光の受光強度の直流成分と、心肺蘇生術実施時に得られた受光強度の直流成分とをランバートベールの法則に適用し、ランバートベールの法則を用いた計算により評価対象情報を求めることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置。
- 前記光源部と受光手段を、一体化して構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の心肺蘇生術モニタリング装置。
