前記前身頃のサイドフラップ部と前記後身頃のサイドフラップ部とは、おむつ着用時における着用者の大腿骨大転子よりも膝側を被覆する大腿周り被覆領域を有するとともに、前記複数の止着テープは、前記後身頃のサイドフラップ部に、当該止着テープが、おむつ着用時における着用者の大腿骨大転子を被覆しないように付設されており、
