Description
本出願は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる「Catalysis of Natural Oil Based Flexible Polyurethane Foams with Bismuth Compounds」と題された2008年8月27日出願の米国特許仮出願第60/966,284号の利益を主張する。
1)ポリ(プロピレンオキシド)のホモポリマー、またはプロピレンオキシドおよび20重量%までのエチレンオキシドのランダムコポリマーで、2〜4の官能性および800〜2200の当量を有するもの。
2)エチレンオキシドのホモポリマー、またはエチレンオキシドおよび50重量%までのC3以上の高級アルキレンオキシドのコポリマー(ランダムまたはブロック)で、3〜8、特に5〜8の官能性および1000〜3000の当量を有するもの。
3)エチレンオキシドもしくはプロピレンオキシドのホモポリマー、またはエチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドのランダムコポリマーで、約1の官能性と、200〜3000、特に1000〜3000の分子量を有するもので、WO01/57104に記載されるタイプのモノアルコールを含める。
4)500以上の当量および分散ポリマー相を有する、モノアルコールまたはポリオールを含有するポリマーポリオール。分散ポリマー相は、エチレン系不飽和モノマーの粒子(そのうち、スチレン、アクリロニトリル、およびスチレン−アクリロニトリルコポリマーが特に対象となる)、ポリ尿素粒子、またはポリウレタン粒子であってもよい。分散相は、ポリマーポリオールの5〜60重量%を構成することができる。
5)自己触媒活性を有し、ポリウレタンフォームの製造に一般に用いられるアミン触媒および/または有機金属触媒の一部または全部に代わることができるポリマーポリオール。自己触媒ポリオールは、第3級アミンを含有する開始剤、ポリオール鎖の中に第3級アミン基を含有するポリオール、または第3級アミン基で部分的にキャップしたポリオールから作られるものである。自己触媒性ポリオールは、同じ反応プロファイルを維持しながらアミン触媒の約10wt%〜約50wt%の代替とするために加えてもよい。あるいは、離型時間を向上させるためにそのような自己触媒性ポリオールを加えてもよい。そのような自己触媒性ポリオールは、EP539,819、米国特許第5,672,636号、第3,428,708号、第5,482,979号、第4,934,579号、および第5,476,969号、ならびにWO01/58,976に開示されている。そのような自己触媒性ポリオールの例としては、The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能なVORANOL VORACTIVポリオール、例えばVORANOL VORACTIV VV 7000が挙げられる。
6)任意の2つ以上の前述のものの混合物。
VORANOL*CP 3322 The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能である、87パーセントのプロピレンオキシドおよび13パーセントのエチレンオキシドの、当量が48のトリオール。
VORANOL*CP 1421 The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能である、25パーセントのプロピレンオキシドおよび75パーセントのエチレンオキシドの、当量が1700のトリオール。
VORALUX*HT 760 The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能である、当量が240のプロピレンオキシドのトリオール。
NIAX A−1 Momentive Performance Materialsより入手可能である、第3級アミン触媒。
NIAX L 620 Momentive Performance Materialsより入手可能である、シリコーン界面活性剤。
NIAX L 627 Momentive Performance Materialsより入手可能である、シリコーン界面活性剤。
DABCO 33LV Air Products & Chemicals Inc.より入手可能である、プロピレングリコール中のトリエチレンジアミンの33%溶液。
DABCO MB 20 Air Products & Chemicals Inc.より入手可能である、ネオデカン酸ビスマス。
KOSMOS 29 Evonik Industriesより入手可能である、オクタン酸第一スズ。
VORANATE*T−80 The Dow Chemical Companyより入手可能である、トルエンジイソシアナート(80重量%の2,4−トルエンジイソシアナートおよび20重量%の2,6−トルエンジイソシアナート)組成物。
*VORALUX、VORANOLおよびVORANATEは、The Dow Chemical Companyの商標である。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1種のポリオールおよび少なくとも1種のイソシアナートを含む反応混合物の反応生成物を含む粘弾性ポリウレタンフォームであって、
前記少なくとも1種のポリオールおよび少なくとも1種のイソシアナートが、全ポリオール100重量部を基準として0.8〜4重量部の水、少なくとも1種のビスマス含有触媒及び少なくとも1種の窒素含有触媒の存在下で反応し、前記少なくとも1種のビスマス含有触媒が、ポリオール100重量部あたり0.005〜1重量部の濃度であり、前記少なくとも1種の窒素含有触媒が、ポリオール100重量部あたり0.05〜2重量部の濃度であり、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールが、ヒドロキシル価120〜300mg KOH/gを有するポリオールを含み、前記イソシアナートがトルエンジイソシアナート異性体の1種以上であり、
前記粘弾性ポリウレタンフォームの密度が30〜80kg/m 3 であり、芳香族アミン含量が7ppm未満であり、弾性エネルギーが25%未満である、粘弾性ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 少なくとも1種のポリオール、少なくとも1種のイソシアナート、少なくとも1種のビスマス含有触媒、少なくとも1種の窒素含有触媒及び水を含み、前記水が全ポリオール100重量部を基準として0.8〜4重量部存在し、前記少なくとも1種のビスマス含有触媒がポリオール100重量部あたり0.005〜1重量部の濃度で存在し、前記少なくとも1種の窒素含有触媒がポリオール100重量部あたり0.05〜2重量部の濃度で存在し、前記少なくとも1種のポリオールが、ヒドロキシル価120〜300mg KOH/gを有するポリオールを含み、前記イソシアナートがトルエンジイソシアナート異性体の1種以上である反応混合物を化合させて、密度が30〜80kg/m3 であり、弾性エネルギーが25%未満であるフォームを形成させることを含む、粘弾性ポリウレタンフォームの調製方法。
- 弾性エネルギーが15%未満である、請求項1に記載の粘弾性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 総VOC排出量が1000μg/m3未満である、請求項3に記載の粘弾性ポリウレタンフォーム。
