Description
The present invention belongs to the technical field of an air compressor having a structure capable of reducing a load at the time of starting.
A compressor is generally known as an apparatus for generating compressed air.
When such a compressor is operated, the motor is driven, and the swing piston reciprocates while swinging in the cylinder to generate compressed air. At this time, since the lip portion of the lip ring is always in sliding contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, the cylinder and the swing piston are hermetically sealed. Thereby, the compression efficiency of the air in a cylinder can be improved.
However, when the lip ring is used, the airtightness is maintained, so that the compressed air in the cylinder is difficult to escape, and the pressure in the cylinder does not drop even when restarting. Therefore, as a problem when using the lip ring, there is a problem that the compressed air remaining in the cylinder becomes a resistance, and a larger torque is required at the time of restart, resulting in a start failure.
In order to solve such problems, the following methods have been proposed.
1. A method of increasing torque via a capacitor only at startup.
2. A method to release cylinder and cylinder head pressure by motor stop signal after stopping.
3. A method of releasing cylinder pressure from the piston ring gap after stopping.
4). A method of making a small hole near the bottom dead center on the side of the cylinder and letting the compressed air in the cylinder escape when it stops.
However,
Above 1.2. In this method, there are problems that parts, wiring and piping are required outside the compressor, space is increased, and costs are increased.
3. above. In this method, there is a problem that the compression performance deteriorates because compressed air leaks during the compression operation.
4. above. This method has a problem that the exhaust sound is always emitted from the hole during compression, which is noisy and the compression performance is deteriorated.
Accordingly, in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a compressor having a structure that can reduce the load at the time of restart at low cost without impairing the compression performance.
The object of the present invention described above is a piston that compresses air in a compression chamber in a cylinder, and is formed in the piston. This is achieved by a compressor having an air vent passage for allowing compressed air to escape from the compression chamber and a valve body for closing the air vent passage during a compression operation.
The said valve body is comprised including an elastic member, and it is provided so that it may be elastically deformed in the direction which presses compressed air and closes the said air vent passage.
According to the compressor of the present invention, during the compression operation, the valve element is pressed by the compressed air in the cylinder to block the air vent passage. Therefore, since the compressed air does not leak from the compression chamber of the cylinder during the compression operation, the compression performance is not impaired.
On the other hand, when the compression operation is stopped, the valve body returns to the original mounting position, so that the compressed air remaining in the cylinder escapes to the crankcase side through the air vent passage. Therefore, when the compression operation is stopped, the inside of the cylinder is depressurized via the air vent passage, so that the load at the time of restarting is reduced, and the compressor can be started smoothly.
In addition, such a load reducing mechanism at the time of restarting can be constituted by an air vent passage formed in the piston and a valve body including an elastic member, so that the cost is not increased.
(Schematic configuration of the compressor)
The compressor described in the present embodiment is configured as a two-stage compressor as shown in FIG. 1, and includes a crankcase, a single-stage cylinder (low-pressure cylinder) provided in the crankcase, and the single-stage side. An oscillating piston that reciprocates while oscillating in the cylinder, a two-stage cylinder (high-pressure cylinder) provided in the crankcase, and a oscillating reciprocating cylinder that oscillates in the two-stage cylinder And a movable piston.
Each cylinder is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a cylinder head is mounted on the tip side of the cylinder as in the conventional case. A suction chamber for sucking air and a discharge chamber for discharging compressed air are defined in the cylinder head. Each cylinder is provided with a swinging piston, and a compression chamber is defined in the cylinder. The air compressed in the first stage cylinder is sent to the second stage through the discharge chamber of the cylinder head, and is further compressed in the second stage cylinder. The compressed air generated in the second-stage cylinder is discharged through the discharge chamber of the cylinder head and stored in an external air tank.
When the compression operation is continued and the pressure in the air tank reaches a predetermined maximum set pressure, the pressure sensor detects this, and for safety reasons, the control circuit stops the motor and the compression operation is stopped. When the pressure in the air tank drops below a predetermined restart setting pressure value due to the consumption of compressed air, the pressure sensor detects this, the control circuit restarts the motor, and the compressed air is generated again.
(Configuration of two-stage piston)
Hereinafter, based on FIGS. 2-4, the structure of the piston provided in a two-stage side cylinder (high pressure cylinder) is demonstrated in detail.
The
On the upper surface side (side facing the compression chamber) of the piston
The
The
The lip ring 6 has a cup-like shape having a circular opening at the bottom, and is formed from a flexible resin material. The lip ring 6 is formed as a seal ring having a substantially L-shaped cross section, and includes a flat
As shown in FIG. 3, the piston
A
The
During the compression operation, the
On the other hand, when the compression operation is stopped, as shown in FIG. 4A, the
(Compressor operation)
When the motor is driven, the
In the suction stroke (the process in which the
Therefore, during the compression operation, that is, in both the suction stroke and the compression stroke, the
When the compression operation described above is continued and the pressure in the air tank reaches the maximum set pressure, the motor is stopped for safety reasons and the compression operation is stopped. Then, the same pressure that acts on the upper surface side of the
And if the pressure in an air tank falls below a predetermined restart setting pressure value by consumption of compressed air, a control circuit will restart a motor. At this time, the compressed air remaining in the cylinder has already escaped into the crankcase through the
(Modification)
The above-described embodiment is an example, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
For example, the seal member (member for sealing airtightly between the piston and the cylinder) to be included in the oscillating piston used in the present invention is not limited to the lip ring, but is known instead. It is also possible to adopt a piston ring.
Further, the configuration of the valve body, the mounting manner of the valve body, and the configuration for forming a gap between the valve body and the retainer are not limited to those illustrated. That is, when the valve body is stopped, the valve body is separated from the opening of the air vent passage to leave a gap with the piston, and during the compression operation, the valve body is slightly opened with respect to the piston. It is possible to adopt other configurations and configurations that close the opening of the air vent passage.
