Claims (4)
- 固定ローラと、
前記固定ローラと当接することでニップ部を形成する変位ローラと、
前記変位ローラを前記固定ローラに当接させながらも、記録媒体が前記ニップ部に突入する際には、前記変位ローラを前記固定ローラから記録媒体の厚みに応じて離間できるように、前記変位ローラに付勢力を付与する付勢手段と、
を備えて成る記録媒体搬送装置において、
前記変位ローラが、前記付勢部材が接続される変位ローラ支持部材であって、回動支点軸受部とこれに嵌挿される回動支点軸とにより形成される回動支点部を有する変位ローラ支持部材により支持され、前記変位ローラ支持部材が前記回動支点部を中心に回動することで前記固定ローラから前記変位ローラが離間するよう構成され、
前記回動支点軸受部とこれに嵌挿される前記回動支点軸との間にグリスを充填し、前記変位ローラ支持部材が回動する際に回転抵抗を発生させることを特徴とする記録媒体搬送装置。 - 前記付勢手段の弾性係数が1.2N/mmであり、前記グリスの稠度が、200〜250(25℃/60w)の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録媒体搬送装置。
- 前記変位ローラ支持部材に接続されるダンパーであって、前記変位ローラを前記固定ローラの方に変位させる付勢部材の付勢力に抗する方向に作用するダンパーを、前記回動支点軸とは反対側の前記変位ローラ支持部材端部に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の記録媒体搬送装置。
- 請求項1〜3に記載の記録媒体搬送装置を備えた画像形成装置。
