Claims (2)
- 酸化亜鉛形バリスタを絶縁ケースに収容し、前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタの課電側および接地側の両電極板を引き出した一対の端子板を前記絶縁ケースから導出した分離器付SPDであって、
前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタの一方の電極板とその電極板を引き出す端子板とを電気的に接続すると共に、前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタの発熱時に前記電極板と端子板とを電気的に遮断する分離器を備え、
前記分離器は、低溶融半田を介して前記電極板に離脱可能に取り付けられた切り離し部材と、前記切り離し部材と前記端子板とを連結する変形可能な導電部材と、前記切り離し部材の離脱方向に弾性力を付勢し、前記導電部材の変形により切り離し部材を酸化亜鉛形バリスタの電極板から離脱させるばね機構とを具備し、
前記切り離し部材は、ねじ部と前記ねじ部の端部に低溶融半田で連結されたフランジ部とで構成され、酸化亜鉛形バリスタの電極板に形成された孔に切り離し部材のねじ部を挿通させ、フランジ部を電極板内側で係止すると共に前記ねじ部を電極板外側に導出し、その導出されたねじ部の端部を導電部材に螺着したことを特徴とする分離器付SPD。 - 前記ばね機構は、前記酸化亜鉛形バリスタと、前記切り離し部材と導電部材との連結部との間に、前記切り離し部材の離脱方向に沿って張設された圧縮コイルばねを備えている請求項1に記載の分離器付SPD。
