Description
Claims (12)
- 湾曲された熱可塑性複合材料を形成するプロセスであって、
直線状の細長い熱可塑性複合材料を提供し、
前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料を押し曲げて、選択された断面形状へ予備成形し、
前記予備成形された熱可塑性複合材料を加熱及び加圧し、
プロセスアセンブリに湾曲した部位を設けて前記加熱及び加圧された熱可塑性複合材料をプロセスアセンブリの前記湾曲した部位を通過させることによって、当該加熱及び加圧された熱可塑性複合材料に湾曲された形状を与えるプロセス。 - 前記断面形状は、ほぼU型の断面形状を含んでいる請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料は一方向のテープを含んでいる請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料は織られた布を含んでいる請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料は一方向のテープと織られた布のハイブリッド組合せを含んでいる請求項1記載のプロセス。
- 湾曲された熱可塑性複合材料を形成するプロセスであって、
相互にほぼ線形関係で予備成形装置と、加圧装置と、湾曲した部位とが順次配置されているプロセスアセンブリを提供し、
直線状の細長い熱可塑性複合材料を提供し、
当該提供された熱可塑性複合材料を前記予備成形装置、前記加圧装置および前記湾曲した部位をそれぞれ通過させ、
前記予備成形装置において前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料を押し曲げて、選択された断面形状へ予備成形し、
前記加圧装置で前記予備成形された熱可塑性複合材料を加熱及び加圧し、
前記加熱及び加圧された熱可塑性複合材料が前記湾曲した部位を通過するとき、当該加熱及び加圧された熱可塑性複合材料に湾曲された形状を与えるプロセス。 - 前記断面形状は、ほぼU型の断面形状を含んでいる請求項6記載のプロセス。
- 前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料は一方向のテープを含んでいる請求項6記載のプロセス。
- 前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料は織られた布、または一方向のテープと織られた布のハイブリッド組合せを含んでいる請求項6記載のプロセス。
- 湾曲された熱可塑性複合材料を形成するプロセスであって、
相互にほぼ線形関係で予備成形装置と、加圧装置と、湾曲した部位とが順次配置されているプロセスアセンブリを提供し、
直線状の細長い熱可塑性複合材料を提供し、
当該提供された熱可塑性複合材料を前記予備成形装置と、前記加圧装置と、前記湾曲した部位とをそれぞれ連続的に通過させ、
前記予備成形装置において前記提供された熱可塑性複合材料を押し曲げて、選択された断面形状へ予備成形し、
前記加圧装置で前記予備成形された熱可塑性複合材料を加熱及び加圧し、
前記加熱及び加圧された熱可塑性複合材料が前記湾曲した部位を通過するとき、当該加熱及び加圧された熱可塑性複合材料に湾曲された形状を与えるプロセス。 - 前記断面形状は、ほぼU型の断面形状を含んでいる請求項10記載のプロセス。
- 前記直線状の細長い熱可塑性複合材料は一方向のテープ、織られた布、または一方向のテープと織られた布のハイブリッド組合せを含んでいる請求項10記載のプロセス。
