Claims (9)
- パルス式フェムト秒レーザ・ビームの光源(28)と、可変屈折力の制御可能なレンズの形態をとる入射レンズ(52)を有する、前記レーザ・ビームを拡大する望遠鏡(32)と、前記ビームの経路に垂直な平面内に前記レーザ・ビームを偏向する、前記望遠鏡の下流のスキャナ(36)と、前記レーザ・ビームを合焦する、前記スキャナの下流の合焦対物レンズ(44)と、前記ビーム経路の方向に前記ビームの焦点(50)を変位させることを必要とする所定の切開プロフィールを達成するために、前記合焦対物レンズの合焦設定を変更することなく、単に可変屈折力の前記レンズを制御することのみによって、これらの変位をもたらすように構成されているプログラム制御式電子制御装置(38)とを備え、前記可変屈折力のレンズが、その屈折力を少なくとも7.5ジオプトリーだけ変化させることにより、前記ビームの経路の方向に少なくとも300μmだけ前記ビームの焦点の変位を生じさせるように構成されている、眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 可変屈折力の前記レンズ(52)が収束レンズである、請求項1に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 可変屈折力の前記レンズ(52)が発散レンズである、請求項1に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 可変屈折力の前記レンズ(52)が電気的に調節可能である、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 可変屈折力の前記レンズ(52)が、電気毛管現象の原理によって作動する液体レンズである、請求項4に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 可変屈折力の前記レンズ(52)が液晶レンズである、請求項4に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 30ms未満、より好適には24ms未満、より好適にはさらに18ms未満以内で100μmだけ、前記ビーム焦点(50)を前記ビーム経路の方向に移動させるように、可変屈折力の前記レンズ(52)およびそれと連携する作動手段(58)が構成されている、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 前記切開プロフィールが角膜レンチクル切開を表す、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
- 前記合焦対物レンズがfθ対物レンズである、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の眼科レーザ手術用装置。
