[Purpose] Conventional mats that generate far-infrared rays that have a far-infrared emitting substance in a granular form are easily deformed when placed in the mats, and require a planar heater as a heating means and have a special configuration as a mat. It cannot be applied to normal mats. Further, a mat using a far infrared ray generating sheet that is supposed to generate far infrared rays has no heating means, and far infrared rays are hardly generated.
[Structure] A nonwoven fabric shrinkage and expansion prevention material 7 is applied on a PE film 6b superimposed on a PET film 6a, and then a carbon powder is applied to form a heating element. A nonwoven fabric shrinkage and expansion prevention material 9 is applied on the carbon powder. Then, the film heater 4 formed by laminating the PET film 10b and the PET film 10a thereon is worked on a mat used for a massage bed. This structure is located on the lower surface of the outer cover of the mat and is fixed to the mat contents. The heating element 8 is energized and heated through the electrode 11, and the generated far infrared ray immediately heats the subject.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a massage mat and a bed that keeps a patient facing down.

In general, the bed includes a form in which a mat is placed on the bed body, a form in which an elastic support body such as an inner spring having a mat function is provided on the bed body side, and a case in which the bed body is integrated with the mat. The present invention relates to the structure of the uppermost portion of such a bed structure.

Massage beds are offered in a shape and storage that are creative or in a mat. The thing using the hot sheet | seat which spread the electrical resistance wire on the mat | matte is known. In addition, the mat that accommodates the particulate matter that radiates far infrared rays is folded and difficult to store, and the nursing bed described in Patent Document 1 has a particle size of 1 to 1 in order to solve the problem of damage when folded. A far-infrared radiation layer having a thickness of 5 to 40 mm in which a large number of far-infrared radiators made of a hard granular material having a smooth surface of 10 mm are placed in a bag, a heat insulating material that supports the far-infrared radiation layer from below, and a support plate A heat insulating material having a thickness of 5 to 100 mm having a cushioning property provided on the lower side, a planar heater provided between the far infrared radiation layer and the support plate or between the support plate and the heat insulating material, and an outer cover. Since the bed for care given in patent documents 1 has put hard granular material in the bag, hard granular material will be biased by the movement of the person on a bed. In addition, it is necessary to provide a planar heater separately from the far-infrared radiation layer, and the overall thickness is thick and the configuration is complicated. Even if the planar heater is heated, far infrared rays are not effectively generated until the temperature of the hard granular material is increased by heating. The mattress described in Patent Document 2 does not have a far infrared sheet heating means, and far infrared rays generated at room temperature are very small.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a massage mat and bed having a film heater which generates far infrared rays immediately upon energization as compared with the above conventional example, and which is flexible and thin.

The first invention according to the present invention is a massage mat provided integrally or separately with the bed main body, having a film heater disposed on the upper surface of the mat, and a controller for controlling energization heating to the film heater, The film heater includes a bottom film, a nonwoven fabric for shrinkage and expansion prevention coated on the bottom film,

A carbon heating element coated on the nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric for shrinkage expansion prevention coated on the upper surface side of the carbon heating element, a top film coated on the nonwoven fabric for shrinkage expansion prevention coated on the upper surface of the carbon heating element, An electrode provided on the side of the carbon heating element so that the carbon heating element can be energized, and the controller is interposed between a power source and a wiring provided between the electrodes. is there.

The second invention according to the present invention is characterized in that the upper surface film and the lower surface film have a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film facing the outside and a polyethylene (PE) film closely adhered to the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film. The massage mat according to claim 1.

A third invention according to the present invention is described in the second invention, wherein aluminum powder is vapor-deposited on any film between the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film and the polyethylene (PE) film of the bottom film. This is a massage mat.
A fourth invention according to the present invention is a massage bed provided with any one of the mats according to the first to third inventions.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the film heater is flexible, the subject who lies on the mat has a comfortable feeling without impairing the flexibility of the mat. As soon as the film heater is energized, far-infrared rays are generated, and the patient is immediately reached and heated. It is easy to install near the upper surface of a conventional mat.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the upper surface film and the lower surface film that face the outside are made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, they are generally soft and high in strength, particularly strong in electrical insulation, and low in water permeability. Film processing is easy and exceptionally strong. The film heater is flexible and the outer surface is hard to get dirty, and the safety against electricity is high. Also, since the polyethylene (PE) film is used inside the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film, it is soft and has high electrical insulation, high chemical resistance, and low moisture permeability. There is no risk of reaching the carbon heating element together with the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and the film, and it is easy to ensure the electrical characteristics of the film heater.
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 3, it is suppressed that infrared rays are radiated | emitted below a film heater.
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 4, the said effect is made effective in massage.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a massage bed to which the present invention is applied. A mat 2 schematically shown in cross section in FIG. 6 is placed on the top plate 1b of the frame 1 with the legs 1a. The mat 2 is made of a cloth with a jacket 3 and has a thickness of about 80 to 100 mm. The vertical and horizontal dimensions are such that a person can lie down, for example, a width of 100 mm and a length of 200 mm. The outer cover 3 is composed of a film heater generally indicated by reference numeral 4 and a support 5 that supports the film heater 4. The outer cover 3 may not have an upper surface and the film heater 4 may directly face the outside.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a film heater. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view that is greatly enlarged by exaggerating the thickness direction. Here, only the middle section of the film heater 4 is described. The configuration of the plane will be described later.

In FIG. 1, a lower surface material 6 is formed by closely adhering a polyethylene (PE) film 6b onto a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film 6a. That is, the lower surface material 6 is configured as a lower surface film. A shrinkage / expansion preventing material 7 is coated on the upper surface of the lower surface material 6. The shrinkage and expansion preventing material 7 prevents the film heater 4 from expanding and contracting due to heat. The shrinkage and expansion preventing material 7 is a nonwoven fabric. A heating element 8 is applied and provided on the lower surface material 6 to which the shrinkage and expansion preventing material 7 is applied. The heating element 8 uses carbon powder that generates heat when energized. The application range of the heating element 8 is the entire area excluding an insulating portion for fixing a film heater 4 (described later) provided on the upper surface of the lower surface material 6 to the mat 2. Therefore, the area of the heating element 8 is close to the upper surface of the lower surface material 6.

A nonwoven fabric is coated on the upper surface of the heating element 8 as the shrinkage and expansion preventing material 9. An upper surface material 10 is laminated on the upper surface of the shrinkage and expansion preventing material 9. The upper surface material 10 is formed by closely attaching a polyethylene (PE) film 10b to a lower surface of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film 10a. That is, the top material 10 is configured as a top film.

The layers of the film heater 4 configured as described above are in close contact with each other and there is no air layer. The thickness of the film heater 4 is 0.49 mm. The film heater 4 configured as described above is flammable.
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the film heater 4.

In this example, the width W is 910 mm and the length is nearly 2 m of the total length of the mat 2. Therefore, it overlaps with the support body 5 leaving the periphery of the support body 5 of the mat 2. In FIG. 2, the heating element 8 is divided into three with the width direction of the film heater 4 (the same direction as the width direction of the mat 4) being spaced. The length directions of the three divided heating elements 8a, 8b, and 8c are the same length. The lower surface material 6 and the upper surface material 10 of the film heater 4 are continuous in the width W direction and are not divided. Band-like electrodes 11 are provided on both sides of each heating element 8 so as to overlap the heating element 8. The electrode 11 is a copper wire. The electrode 11 and the heating element 8 are merely overlapped and are not bonded except for the edge in the longitudinal direction of the electrode 11. Edges on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the electrode 11 are fixed to the heating element 8 with a conductive adhesive. As a result, stress due to a difference in thermal expansion between the electrode 11 and the heating element 8 due to a temperature change is relieved. Accordingly, the electrode 11 is formed on both edges of the electric heating elements 8a, 8b, and 8c.

Band-shaped attachment portions 12a and 12b are integrally formed by laminating the lower surface material 6 and the upper surface material 10 along the electrodes 11 on both sides of the heating elements 8a, 8b and 8c on which the electrodes 11 are stacked. The width of the attachment part 12a which becomes the both edges of a certain film heater 4 is substantially half of the attachment part 12b between the heating elements 8a and 8b and between 8b and 8c. A mounting portion 12 c is provided at the end of the film heater 2 in the longitudinal direction. These mounting portions 12a, 12b, and 12c can easily pass a needle nail or the like. Accordingly, the film heater 4 can be coupled to the support 5 of the mat 2 by passing the thread through the attachment portions 12a, 12b, and 12c.

FIG. 3 is a wiring diagram for the film heater 4. Electric power is supplied to the electrode 11 from a commercial power source, and each of the heating elements 8a, 8b, 8c generates electricity. A wiring 14 is provided so that a voltage is applied to the electrode 11 between both sides of each of the heating elements 8a, 8b, 8c from the commercial power source via the controller 13. The controller 13 is provided with wiring from the temperature sensor. A temperature sensor (not shown) is provided outside the film heater 4 in contact with the film heater 4 at the position of the heating element 8 of the film heater 4. The controller 13 controls the energization current through the wiring 14 so that the temperature detected by the temperature sensor becomes the set temperature.

As the support 5 shown in FIG. 6 of the mat 2, an elastic layer of urethane foam material is provided on a lowermost base material such as foamed polystyrene or foamed ethylene. A heat insulating material is placed on the elastic layer of the urethane foam. A film heater 4 is placed on the heat insulating material. At least the periphery of the film heater 4 is combined with this heat insulating material. This connection is performed at a plurality of positions on the attachment portions 12a and 12c at the edge of the film heater 4 continuously throughout the entire length, and the intermediate attachment portion 12b is performed as a sewing operation at appropriate intervals. Alternatively, an adhesive is used as a sewing operation.
The support 5 may be a normal mat placed on a bed.
The massage bed constructed as described above is used as follows.

The patient lies on the massage bed lying in the stomach. The film heater 4 is flexible and does not hinder the performance of the mat 2 as a mat. The film heater 4 does not need to be energized and heated in advance, and it is sufficient that the patient is energized and heated after lying down on the massage bed. This is because the heating element 8 is a thin layer of carbon powder and has a small heat capacity, and the temperature rises quickly after energization. Thereby, far infrared rays are radiated from the heating element 8. Since far-infrared rays are light and electromagnetic waves, they reach the subject's skin instantaneously by heating the heating element 8. Far-infrared rays are absorbed on the skin surface and quickly converted to heat. Since it is converted into heat on the skin surface itself, this heat warms the body. Therefore, the effect of the massage treatment is enhanced at least sensorially.
(Other examples)

FIG. 4 is a sectional view of another embodiment of the film heater. The description of the same part as the previous embodiment is omitted, and only a different part will be described. In FIG. 4, an aluminum layer 6c is provided by vapor-depositing aluminum powder on the entire upper surface of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film 6a of the lower surface material 6. Since the far-infrared rays emitted from the heating element 8 are reflected by the aluminum layer 6c, the far-infrared rays are absorbed by the heat insulating material coming to the lower surface side of the film heater 4 to prevent the member from being heated.
