The water refrigerant heat exchanger is communicated in front of the housing with a refrigerant circulation pipe connected to the compressor and the air refrigerant heat exchanger in an annular manner and a water circulation pipe connected to the hot water storage tank unit. In order to penetrate the plate, an inverted U-shaped notch was formed in the partition plate (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

FIG. 6 shows an internal perspective view of a conventional heat pump unit described in Patent Document 1. As shown in FIG. On the other hand, on the left side of the substrate, an air refrigerant heat exchanger 104 formed in a substantially L shape is disposed behind the substrate 102, and a water refrigerant heat exchanger 105 is disposed in front of the air refrigerant heat exchanger 105. Has been.

106 is a heat insulating member provided so as to cover the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 105, and 107 is a protective cover provided so as to cover the heat insulating member 106 from above. Reference numeral 108 denotes a blower fan for increasing the heat exchange capability of the air refrigerant heat exchanger 104, and is arranged in front of the air refrigerant heat exchanger 104 and above the protective cover 107.

Reference numeral 109 denotes a partition plate that partitions the space where the compressor 103 is located from the air refrigerant heat exchanger 104 and the water refrigerant heat exchanger 105. The partition plate 109 is provided with a claw portion 109a, and the claw portion 109a and the U-shaped cut portion 107a of the protective cover 107 are engaged to position the protective cover 107.

FIG. 7 shows an internal component configuration of a conventional heat pump unit described in Patent Document 2. As shown in FIG. 7, a compressor 103, a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 105, and the like are disposed on the substrate 102 of the heat pump unit 101, and a partition plate 109 that also serves as a soundproof plate is disposed between them. A power control box 110 for controlling the heat pump unit is disposed at the top.

An inverted U-shaped notch 109b is formed in the lower front portion of the partition plate 109. 特許第3931878号公報Japanese Patent No. 3931878 特開2009−156477号公報JP 2009-156477 A

However, in the conventional configuration, when a service maintenance replacement work is performed due to a failure in the water refrigerant heat exchanger, the refrigerant circulation pipe and the water circulation pipe 111 are surrounded by the notch 109b of the partition plate 109, and Since the claw portion 109a of the partition plate is inserted and lowered from above with respect to the U-shaped cut portion 107a of the protective cover 107, the blower fan portion 108, the power control box 110, After removing the partition plate 109 in order, the protective cover 107 and the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 105 have to be removed, and there is a problem that it takes a lot of work.

Further, as described in the conventional example, the insertion engagement of the claw portion 109a of the partition plate 109 and the U-shaped cut portion 107a of the protective cover 107 makes the positioning of the water-refrigerant heat exchanger during assembly clear. Although there may be an aspect that can improve the performance, the effect is not perfect, and the external force during transportation causes deformation of the nail of the partition plate and the U-cut part of the protective cover, and the soundproofing effect is reduced As a result, there is a risk of abnormal sound generation.

The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat pump water heater in which a water-refrigerant heat exchanger can be easily removed and service maintenance is improved.

It can be pulled forward and removed easily.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a water refrigerant heat exchanger can be removed and the heat pump water heater which improved service maintenance property can be provided.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a front internal configuration diagram of a heat pump unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a partition plate diagram, FIG. 3 is a detailed perspective view, and FIG. 4 is an exploded configuration diagram.

In FIG. 1, a compressor 3 is mounted on one side partitioned by a partition plate 2 on the upper portion of a substrate 1 that supports the bottom surface of the heat pump unit, and water refrigerant heat exchange is performed adjacent to the partition plate 2 in the other partition. A vessel 4 is placed. The compressor 3 is connected to a refrigerant circulation pipe 6 in which a water refrigerant heat exchanger 4, a decompression unit, and an air refrigerant heat exchanger 5 are sequentially connected, and a water circulation pipe connected to a hot water storage tank unit on the right side surface of the housing. 7 connecting portions 8 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 3, the water circulation pipe 7 becomes a pipe 9 combined with the refrigerant circulation pipe 6 in the front part of the compressor 3 and the notch 2 a of the partition plate 2, and communicates with the water refrigerant heat exchanger 4. Configured.

As shown in FIG. 2, the partition plate 2 has a notch shape 2 a that is an opening that opens to the front side at the front lower portion. A power control box 10 for controlling the operation of the product is placed on the upper part of the partition plate 2.

The water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 is housed in a foam insulation container 11 that is divided into two parts in the vertical direction, and its outer shell is covered with a protective cover 12. A blower fan 13 is mounted on the upper portion of the protective cover 12, and an air refrigerant heat exchanger 4 is placed behind the blower fan 13.

About the heat pump unit comprised as mentioned above, the operation | movement and an effect | action are demonstrated below.

If the heat pump unit of the heat pump water heater is continuously operated for a long period of time, the calcium carbonate component in the water becomes a solid matter called scale due to heating and precipitates in the water circulation pipe 7 of the water refrigerant heat exchanger 4, The water cannot be circulated, resulting in poor operation. In such a case, it may be necessary to replace the water refrigerant heat exchanger 4 in service maintenance.

When removing the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 with the above configuration, first, the blower fan portion 13 is removed, and the brazed portions of the water circulation pipe 7 and the refrigerant circulation pipe 6 are removed at the front portion of the compressor 3 or the like.

As a result, the water / refrigerant heat exchanger 4 is separated from the water / refrigerant circuit and is made into a single product. The pipe 9 combined with the water circulation pipe 7 and the refrigerant circulation pipe 6 is disposed so as to penetrate through the notch 2a opened in front of the partition plate 2. Therefore, as shown in FIG. The container 4 can be removed by pulling forward while being housed in the protective cover 12 and the foam insulation container 11 as a unit, or after the protection cover 12 and the upper foam insulation container 11 are removed. Improvement is achieved.

In FIG. 5, a bent surface that contacts the partition plate 2 is formed on the protective cover 12 that covers the foam insulation container 11 that houses the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4, and an L-shaped connection that forms a flat portion on the front side. A portion 12a is provided.

Further, the partition plate 2 is provided with a step 2b at the top of the notch 2a that is open from the front, and the connecting step 12a of the protective cover 12 and the upper step 2b of the notch 2a of the partition 2 are screwed or the like. Are connected and engaged.

The protective cover 12 that covers the foam insulation container 11 that houses the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 engages and fixes the connecting portion 12a of the protective cover 12 to the partition plate stepped portion 2b, so that the water-refrigerant heat that is easily displaced during assembly is obtained. The positioning of the exchanger 4 becomes clear and workability can be improved.

Further, vibration is propagated from the blower fan 13 and the water / refrigerant heat exchanger 4 during operation of the heat pump unit. By engagement, the vibration can be mitigated and the soundproof performance of the product can be improved. In addition, the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 that is a heavy object is easily moved by an external force during product transportation, but the strength is increased by engagement and fixation, so that the product can be prevented from being damaged or abnormal noise.

Further, in FIG. 5, the connecting portion 12 a of the protective cover 12 covering the foam heat insulating container 11 in which the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 is housed is a step portion 2 b formed on the partition plate 2 provided with the notch portion 2 a from the front. The inclined portion 2c is disposed above the stepped portion 2b.

The connecting portion 12a of the protective cover 12 is housed within the depth of the stepped portion 2b formed in the partition plate 2, and does not have a convex shape with respect to the outer box front plate 14 of the housing, and the appearance of the product. The design is improved.

Further, when service protection is to be performed, when the protective cover 12 covering the foam heat insulating container 11 containing the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 is to be removed upward, the connecting portion 12a of the protective cover 12 is formed on the partition plate 2. Since it slides along the upper inclined part 2c of the step part 2b, it can be easily removed without being caught, and service maintenance is improved.

Further, in FIG. 5, the front lower portion 12 b of the protective cover 12 covering the foam insulation container 11 in which the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 4 is housed is disposed in front of the peripheral edge of the substrate 2 of the housing. As shown in FIG. 4, the outer box front plate 14 of the housing is fitted to the peripheral edge of the substrate 1 from the front, and is screwed and fixed from the front.

The front lower portion 12b of the protective cover 12 is engaged with the outer casing front plate 14 and the substrate 1 so that the vibration of the water / refrigerant heat exchanger 4 and the vibration of the blower fan 13 during operation are applied to the protective cover 12. Even if it propagates, the vibration is mitigated by the substrate 1 and the outer case front plate 14, and the soundproofing performance of the product body can be improved.

As described above, in the heat pump unit of the heat pump water heater according to the present invention, the water-refrigerant heat exchanger can be easily removed, and service maintenance can be improved and soundproof performance can be improved. It can also be used for machine applications.
