洗浄液を噴射する洗浄ノズルの軸が前記外側塗料吐出孔の中心軸に重なるようにして、前記外側塗料吐出孔に洗浄ノズルを対向配置する工程と、
前記洗浄ノズルから前記外側塗料吐出孔に洗浄液を吹き込み、前記中心部塗料吐出孔又は前記外側塗料吐出孔から排出することで前記回転霧化頭の裏側を洗浄する工程と、
