Description
The present invention relates to a gas dryer for drying an object to be dried with air heated by a gas burner.
As in
This invention is made | formed in view of the situation mentioned above, and aims at providing the gas dryer which can detect the ignition state and misfire state of a gas burner reliably.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a drum for containing a material to be dried and a combustion chamber provided with a gas burner, and air heated by the gas burner in the combustion chamber is introduced into the drum. In a gas dryer for drying dried matter, a thermocouple for detecting an ignition state and a misfire state is provided in the vicinity of the gas burner, and when the output value of the thermocouple exceeds an ignition determination threshold, the gas burner An ignition misfire determination means for determining an ignition state and determining a misfire state of the gas burner when an output value of the thermocouple is lower than a misfire determination threshold, and the thermocouple in a predetermined period during drying of an object to be dried Threshold value updating means for updating the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value based on a tendency for the output value to increase or decrease .
According to this configuration, the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value are determined based on the output value of the thermocouple during a predetermined period during drying. For this reason, after reflecting the state of the output value of the thermocouple in the predetermined period, it is possible to determine appropriate ignition determination threshold and misfire determination threshold in determining ignition and misfire of the thermocouple. It is possible to reliably detect the ignition state and misfire state of the gas burner using the determined ignition determination threshold value and misfire determination threshold value.
Here, “ignition” means that the gas burner is intentionally lit by an igniter or the like, and “ignition state” means a state where flame is ejected from the gas burner. . “Fire extinguishing” means that the gas burner flame is intentionally extinguished by a gas valve or the like that adjusts the amount of gas supplied to the gas burner, and “misfire” means that the gas burner flame is extinguished. It means the state that is.
In the gas dryer of the above invention, when the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the air supplied from the combustion chamber to the drum and the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means exceeds a first predetermined temperature Fire extinguishing means for igniting the gas burner when the gas burner is extinguished and falls below a second predetermined temperature lower than the first predetermined temperature. The output value of the thermocouple during a predetermined ignition state period when the burner is ignited, and the output value of the thermocouple during a predetermined misfire state period when the gas burner is extinguished by the ignition extinguishing means Based on the above, the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value may be updated.
According to this configuration, the output value of the thermocouple in a predetermined ignition state period in which the gas burner is ignited, and a predetermined misfire state in which the gas burner is extinguished by the ignition extinguishing means By determining the ignition determination threshold and the misfire determination threshold based on the output value of the thermocouple in a period, the state of the output value of the thermocouple for the gas burner in the ignition state, and the thermocouple for the gas burner in the misfire state In addition, the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value that are appropriate for determining the ignition and misfire of the thermocouple can be determined.
Further, in the gas dryer according to the invention, the threshold value update means includes the ignition determination threshold value when the gas burner is extinguished by the ignition extinguishing means and when the gas burner is ignited by the ignition extinguishing means. In addition, the misfire determination threshold value may be updated.
According to this configuration, every time the gas burner is extinguished by the ignition extinguishing means, it is possible to determine appropriate ignition determination thresholds and misfire determination thresholds that reflect the state of the output value of the thermocouple up to the extinction. . Similarly, every time the gas burner is ignited by the ignition / extinguishing means, it is possible to determine appropriate ignition determination thresholds and misfire determination thresholds that reflect the state of the output value of the thermocouple up to the ignition.
Further, in the gas dryer according to the above invention, the threshold update means sets the maximum output value of the thermocouple during the period from the most recent ignition to the extinguishing when the gas burner is extinguished by the ignition extinguishing means. And updating the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value, and when the gas burner is ignited by the ignition extinguishing means, the lowest value of the output value of the thermocouple in the period from the most recent extinction to the ignition Based on the above, the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value may be updated.
According to this configuration, every time the gas burner is extinguished by the ignition extinguishing means, an appropriate ignition judgment threshold value and misfire judgment reflecting the maximum value of the output value of the thermocouple in the period from the most recent ignition to the extinction A threshold value will be determined. Similarly, every time the gas burner is ignited by the ignition extinguishing means, an appropriate ignition judgment threshold and a misfire judgment threshold reflecting the minimum value of the thermocouple output value in the period from the most recent extinction to the ignition are determined. It will be.
You may make it accommodate the futon as a to-be-dried object in the said drum.
Here, when drying the futon with a gas dryer, immediately after the start of the drying operation, the moist duvet sticks to the inner peripheral wall of the drum and blocks the ventilation holes formed in the inner peripheral wall of the drum, so that air is trapped in the drum. End up. Due to this, the flow of air from the combustion chamber to the drum does not proceed smoothly, the temperature of the combustion chamber becomes high, and the temperature of the combustion chamber is affected, and the thermocouple for the ignition gas burner is affected. The output value tends to be high. At the same time, the output value of the thermocouple is higher when the distance between the thermocouple and the flame is shorter than when the distance is longer. Therefore, the output value is higher when the fluctuation of the flame ejected from the gas burner is smaller than when the flame is large. Immediately after the start of the drying process, air is trapped in the drum as described above, so that the flow of air from the combustion chamber to the drum does not proceed smoothly, and the shaking of the flame is reduced and the ignition state is reduced. The output value of the thermocouple for the gas burner tends to be high. On the other hand, as the time elapses from the start of the drying operation, the drying of the futon progresses, and the futon peels from the inner peripheral wall of the drum and does not block the air vent hole of the drum, so that the air flow starts smoothly. In this case, the temperature of the combustion chamber is lower than that in the case where the air flow is not smoothly progressing. And the output value of the thermocouple with respect to the gas burner of an ignition state tends to become low under the influence of low temperature of this combustion chamber. At the same time, if the air flow from the combustion chamber to the drum starts smoothly, the fluctuation of the flame tends to increase and the output value of the thermocouple tends to decrease.
And according to the said structure, even if it is a case where a futon is accommodated in a drum as a to-be-dried object and the said futon is dried, the fluctuation | variation of the output value of the thermocouple accompanying progress of the time after the drying start mentioned above Accordingly, the ignition determination threshold value and the misfire determination threshold value are appropriately determined, and the ignition state and the misfire state can be reliably determined.
According to the present invention, it is possible to reliably detect an ignition state and a misfire state of a gas burner.

In the
Thereby, during execution of the drying operation, as shown in FIG. 3, the temperature of the air supplied from the
Moreover, the ignition
Thus, during execution of the drying operation, the ignition
Here, the
In particular, the
Further, the
On the other hand, when the futon is dried by the
Based on the above, it is assumed that the ignition determination threshold value TS and the misfire determination threshold value SS are fixed values. Under this assumption, when the futon is dried by the
In view of the above, in the present embodiment, the ignition determination threshold value TS and the misfire determination threshold value SS are set as fluctuation values, and by appropriately determining these threshold values by the following operations, the ignition state and misfire of the gas burner 11 are determined. The condition is reliably detected.
With reference to FIG. 4, for the
Similarly, the maximum value R of the output value actually output from the
In this embodiment, the ignition determination threshold value TS and the misfire determination threshold value SS are appropriately changed according to the maximum value R and the minimum value L by executing the following operations.
Note that the above two formulas are not limited to the above, but based on the structure of the

Now, returning to FIG. 5 described above, when the combustion chamber outlet temperature exceeds the first predetermined temperature in step SA2 (step SA2: YES), the
Next, the
Next, the ignition misfire determination
Here, assuming that the value of the misfire level SL does not change, when the value of the ignition level TL decreases, the ignition determination threshold value TS obtained by the equation X correspondingly decreases, and the misfire determination obtained by the equation Y. The threshold value SS also decreases. In the example of FIG. 4, when the maximum value R (corresponding to the ignition level TL) decreases, the ignition determination threshold value TS and the misfire determination threshold value SS correspondingly decrease.
That is, when the ignition determination threshold value TS is obtained by the equation X, even if the output value of the
Thereby, even if the output value of the
In addition, when the output value of the
Now, returning to FIG. 5 described above, in step SA7, the
Here, the operation in step SA8 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
In step SA8, the output value of the
Explaining using FIG. 6 as an example, during the period from the point PA1 to the point PB1, the minimum value MIN is continuously updated with the minimum value of the output value of the
Similarly, the minimum value MIN continues to be updated with the minimum value of the output value of the
Now, returning to FIG. 5 above, when the combustion chamber outlet temperature is lower than the second predetermined temperature in step SA7 (step SA7: YES), the
Next, the
Next, the ignition misfire determination
Here, the calculated ignition determination threshold value TS and misfire determination threshold value SS are appropriate values reflecting the ignition level TL and the misfire level SL.
Next, the
As described above, the
And the
According to this, the ignition determination threshold value TS and the misfire determination threshold value SS are determined based on the output value of the

In the present embodiment, the ignition misfire determination
According to this, every time the gas burner 11 is extinguished, an appropriate ignition determination threshold value TS and misfire determination threshold value SS reflecting the state of the output value of the

Moreover, the
Here, when the futon is dried by the
However, according to the present embodiment, even when the futon is dried, the ignition determination threshold value TS and the misfire determination are determined according to the change in the output value of the
