Description
The present invention relates to a vibration damping control technique for an elevator that travels in a hoistway of a building, and particularly for an elevator that reduces lateral vibration during high-speed traveling.
There is a growing need for high-speed elevators due to the rise in buildings. In order to achieve higher speed elevators, the importance of elevator car vibration reduction technology is increasing.
As a technology to reduce the lateral vibration of an elevator car, it is equipped with a sensor that detects the lateral vibration of the car and an actuator that applies a damping force to the car. There is a technique to reduce. (For example, see
In particular, control in which the actuator generates a reverse force proportional to the speed of the car's lateral vibration is called skyhook damper control. Skyhook damper control is called skyhook damper control because it has the same effect as a damper device (vibration damping device) fixed between the car and the air.
There is also a method of reducing vibration by controlling physical parameters related to damping and rigidity of an elevator car, instead of generating a force for suppressing vibration by an actuator. (For example, see
A technique for realizing the same control as the skyhook damper control by changing the damping coefficient of the damper device is proposed by Karnopp et al. (For example, refer
Since a large wind pressure is generated when passing between adjacent cars and counterweights and the car vibrates, there is also a method of reducing the traveling speed of oneself or the opponent at the time of passing in order to reduce vibration when passing. (For example, see Patent Document 3)
The vibration damping method using an actuator can obtain a high vibration damping effect when vibration is small. However, the force that can be generated by the actuator has an upper limit, and a large vibration that requires a force exceeding the upper limit cannot be sufficiently suppressed. Even when the upper limit is not exceeded, a large amount of energy is consumed if the vibration is large.
The vibration control method for controlling the physical parameters related to the damping and rigidity of the elevator car may require less energy, but has lower performance than the control by the actuator. In the technique of Non-Patent
In the method of reducing the traveling speed of the elevator car in order to reduce the lateral vibration due to the wind pressure at the time of passing, there is a problem that it is difficult to realize further higher speed of the elevator. Here, the wind pressure generated when passing each other is also called wind disturbance.
The elevator car is composed of a car frame towed by a rope and a car room in which a passenger fixed to the car frame via a vibration isolating material enters. The natural vibration mode of the transverse vibration of the elevator car includes a primary mode in which the vibration between the guide rail and the car frame (where the amplitude is maximized) and the vibration between the car frame and the car room. There are secondary modes. The frequency of the secondary mode is higher than the frequency of the primary mode.
The main cause of the lateral vibration of the elevator is the bending of the guide rail, and the frequency of vibration caused by the guide rail is determined by the length of one guide rail and the traveling speed of the elevator car. The length of one guide rail is determined for each elevator, and the frequency of disturbance caused by the guide rail varies depending on the traveling speed of the elevator car. In conventional elevators, the speed is not so high as to cause a disturbance due to a guide rail having a frequency close to the secondary mode, and even if there is no measure to reduce the vibration of the secondary mode, it does not cause much problem.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an elevator vibration control device that can suppress lateral vibration of an elevator car when the elevator car travels at a high speed.

FIG. 1 is an overall view of an elevator car illustrating the configuration of an elevator vibration damping device according to

When the guide roller 9E moves laterally in the left-right direction, the guide lever 9C rotates about the swing shaft 9B and swings, and the arm 9G moves up and down. Between the arm 9G and the guide base 9A, an
The configuration of the

When no magnetic flux is generated, the resistance between the rotor 13D and the housing 13A and the MR fluid 13B is reduced so that the rotor 13D can freely rotate and move. When a current is applied to the coil 13C and a magnetic field is applied to the MR fluid 13B, the viscosity of the MR fluid 13B increases, the resistance between the MR fluid 13B and the rotor 13D increases, and the rotor 13D becomes difficult to rotate. In other words, the
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating the structure of the linear
The MR fluid 5B enters between the coil 5E and the movable yoke 5F and the fixed yoke 5C. When an electric current is passed through the coil 5E, a magnetic flux, that is, a magnetic field that is linked to the movable yoke 5F, the fixed yoke 5C, and the MR fluid 5B is generated. When a magnetic field is applied, the viscosity of the MR fluid 5B increases, and the piston 5D becomes difficult to move in the MR fluid 5B. In a state where no magnetic field is applied, the piston 5D can move within the MR fluid 5B with almost no resistance.
The ends of the housing 5A and the piston 5D are spherical surfaces 5G. The linear

fr=v/lr (1)
Now, the description of the structure is finished and the operation will be described. A method for suppressing left-right vibration in the horizontal vibration of the elevator car will be described. A similar method can be applied to lateral vibration in the front-rear direction.
One of the main factors that cause lateral vibration in the elevator car is forced displacement excitation caused by bending of the

When the traveling speed of the elevator car is equal to or less than a predetermined speed (here, 12 [m / s]), the damping coefficient of the linear
When the traveling speed of the elevator car increases beyond 12 [m / s], the damping coefficient of the linear
The operation of the linear
As shown in FIG. 7, by increasing the damping coefficient of the
As an important factor that must be taken into account when the elevator car travels at high speed, wind pressure directly applied to the
When the elevator travels at a high speed, it is assumed that the lateral vibration caused by such wind pressure fluctuation is very large as compared with the lateral vibration caused by the bending of the guide rail 7 and the installation error described above. Therefore, if such vibrations are to be controlled by the
A method for reducing lateral vibration due to wind pressure will be described below. In order to reduce lateral vibration due to wind pressure, a
The wind pressure generation period is calculated by the
Wind pressure generation in which the
When there is another elevator car in the hoistway, the
When the passing speed is obtained from the wind pressure generation period, the damping coefficients of the linear

The predetermined time for changing the attenuation coefficient or the like may be different before and after the wind pressure generation period, or may be changed according to the passing speed. Further, the predetermined time may be changed for each of the linear
FIG. 10 is a simplified diagram of an elevator car that receives the wind pressure 17. With respect to the wind pressure 17 acting directly on the
Since the
The operation of the

Since the MR fluid can obtain a large damping force at a low voltage and a low current, a large damping force can be obtained at a lower power consumption than in the case of other means. MR fluid also has the advantage that the reproduction coefficient between the control current flowing through the coil and the generated attenuation coefficient is higher than other means, and the attenuation coefficient is easily controlled.
The above also applies to other embodiments.

Next, the operation will be described. The
In a normal state where the attenuation coefficient is minimized, the orifice 18A and the orifice 18C are made to coincide. In this state, since the viscous fluid 5J can easily pass through the orifice 18A and the orifice 18C, the piston 5D hardly receives resistance to moving in the horizontal direction. That is, the attenuation coefficient of the
When the damping coefficient is increased, the movable disk 18D is rotated by the motor 18E to reduce the area where the orifice 18A and the orifice 18C overlap, that is, the liquid passage hole. FIG. 12 (b) shows this state. When the fluid passage hole is small, the viscous fluid 5J receives resistance when passing through the fluid passage hole, and the piston 5D is difficult to move in the horizontal direction. That is, the damping coefficient of the linear
This second embodiment also has the same effect as the first embodiment.
A viscous fluid having a substantially constant viscosity has many uses in various fields, and an attenuation device using a viscous fluid and an orifice mechanism has an effect that it is superior to an MR fluid in terms of reliability such as life. However, the damping device using the viscous fluid and the orifice mechanism is more difficult to control the damping coefficient than when the MR fluid is used.
なお、図13(b)のAA断面が図3(a)に対応し、図13(a)のBB断面が図13(b)に対応し、図13(a)のCC断面が図13(c)に対応する。
In the third embodiment, the structure of the linear
FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating the structure of the linear
As can be seen from FIG. 13, the linear
The
Next, the operation will be described. The
In a normal state where the damping coefficient is minimized, the sliding member 19A is held by the spring 19B so as not to contact the piston 5D. When a command to increase the attenuation coefficient is received from the
This third embodiment also has the same effect as the first embodiment.
The damping device using the friction mechanism does not need to enclose MR fluid or viscous fluid in the housing, and has an effect of simplifying the structure. However, the damping coefficient is more difficult to control than when MR fluid or viscous fluid is used.

As can be seen from FIG. 14, the rotational damping
Next, the operation will be described. The
In a normal state where the damping coefficient is minimized, the sliding member 20D is held by the spring 20E so as not to contact the rotor 13D. When a command for increasing the attenuation coefficient is received from the
This fourth embodiment also has the same effect as the first embodiment.

The sixth embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it includes a displacement meter that is a displacement detection means for measuring the distance between the
Next, the operation will be described. First, a conventional control method for realizing skyhook damper control using an attenuation device will be briefly described. FIG. 17 is a block diagram for explaining a conventional control method for realizing the skyhook damper control using the attenuation device. FIG. 18 is a diagram for explaining variables for explaining the control method. The lateral position of the

In such a method, when (dx1 / dt) ≠ 0 and (dx1 / dt−dx0 / dt) = 0, the state changes from (A) to (B) or (B) to (A). In other words, the damping force generated by the

Even if the damping force generated by the
In the first embodiment, the damping coefficients of the linear
In general, in a disturbance caused by wind pressure fluctuations, a large forced excitation force works in one direction first. In the initial state in which this large excitation force is applied, the displacement change speed (dx1 / dt−dx0 / dt) and the horizontal absolute speed (dx1 / dt) of the
It is assumed that the subsequent vibration is not as great as the beginning, and the vibration is reduced by using the
