(実施例1−(1):2,4−ビス(フェニル−d5)−6−フルオロアニリンの合成)
1Lの丸底フラスコに、2,4−ジブロモ−6−フルオロアニリン30g(111.56mmol)、フェニルボロン酸−d5 31.2g(245.44mmol)、炭酸カリウム(K2CO3)61.9g(446.27mmol)、テトラキストリフェニルホスフィンパラジウム(Pd(PPh3)4)2.6g(2.20mmol)、水120mL、トルエン300ml及びテトラヒドロフラン300mLを投入し、24時間還流させた。反応終了後、反応の結果物を層分離して水層を除去し、有機層を分離して減圧濃縮した後、ヘキサンとジクロロメタンとを展開溶媒として使ってカラムクロマトグラフィーで分離して得た固体を乾燥した結果、24.2g収率79.4%の白色固体を得た。
250mLの丸底フラスコに、前記実施例1−(1)で製造された2,4−ビス(フェニル−d5)−6−フルオロアニリン20.0g(73.16mmol)、4−ブロモビフェニル17.90g(76.82mmol)、パラジウムアセテート{Pd(OAc)2}0.33g(1.46mmol)、ナトリウムtert−ブトキシド14.06g(146.32mmol)、2,2’−ビスジフェニルホスフィノ−1,1’−ビナフチル0.91g(1.46mmol)及びトルエン180mlを投入し、24時間還流させた。反応終了後、熱い状態で濾過した後、トルエンを減圧濃縮後、カラムクロマトグラフィーで分離した後、ジクロロメタンに溶かした後、ヘキサンを添加して結晶を析出させて濾過後、乾燥して乾燥した結果、23.1g収率70.7%の白色固体を得た。
500mLの丸底フラスコに、前記実施例1−(2)で製造されたN−[2,4−ビス(フェニル−d5)−6−フルオロベンゾ]−N’−(ビフェニル−4−イル)アミン23.7g(53.33mmol)、ジブロモピレン8g(22.22mmol)、パラジウムアセテート{Pd(OAc)2}0.10g(0.44mmol)、ナトリウムtert−ブトキシド8.54g(88.89mmol)、トリ−tert−ブチルホスフィン0.18g(0.89mmol)及びトルエン300mlを投入し、24時間還流させた。反応終了後、温度を常温に下げて結晶が生成されれば、結晶を濾過する。該濾過された結晶をトルエンに溶かしてエタノールを添加して結晶を析出させて濾過後、乾燥して乾燥した結果、9.5g(収率40.7%)の薄黄色固体を得た。
実施例1−(1)で、2,4−ジブロモ−6−フルオロアニリンの代りに4−ブロモ−2−フルオロアニリンを使ったものを除いては、同じ方法で合成してBD83 3.7g(収率32%)を薄黄色固体状態で得た。
実施例1−(2)で、4−ビス(フェニル−d5)−6−フルオロアニリン、4−ブロモビフェニルの代りに4−フルオロアニリン、ブロモベンゼン−d5を使ったものを除いては、同じ方法で合成してBD1 1.8g(収率29%)を薄黄色固体状態で得た。
実施例1−(1)で、フェニルボロン酸−d5、1−(2)で、4−ブロモビフェニルの代りにp−トリルボロン酸、ブロモベンゼン−d5を使ったものを除いては、同じ方法で合成してBD39 1.2g(収率11%)を薄黄色固体状態で得た。
実施例1−(1)で、2,4−ジブロモ−6−フルオロアニリン、1−(2)で、4−ブロモビフェニルの代りに4−ブロモ−2−フルオロアニリン、1−ブロモ−4−(トリメチルシリル)ベンゼンを使ったものを除いては、同じ方法で合成してBD78 1.6g(収率18%)を薄黄色固体状態で得た。
実施例1−(2)で、2,4−ビス(フェニル−d5)−6−フルオロアニリン、4−ブロモビフェニルの代りに3−フルオロアニリン、ブロモベンゼン−d5を使ったものを除いては、同じ方法で合成してBD27 3.1g(収率43%)を薄黄色固体状態で得た。
ITOガラスの発光面積が2mm×2mmサイズになるようにパターニングした後、洗浄した。前記ITOガラスを真空チャンバに装着した後、ベース圧力を1×10−7torrにさせて後、前記ITOガラス上にCuPc(800Å)、α−NPD(300Å)順に成膜した後、実施例1−(3)で製造されたBD51(3%)+BH1を混合して成膜(250Å)した後、Alq3(350Å)、LiF(5Å)、Al(500Å)の順序で成膜して有機電界発光素子を製造した。前記有機電界発光素子の発光特性は、0.4mAで測定した。
前記実験例に使われた化合物をBD51の代りにBD90及びBD91を使ったものの以外には、同様に有機電界発光素子を製作し、前記有機電界発光素子の発光特性は、0.4mAで測定した。前記BD90及びBD91の構造は、次の通りである。
20:アノード
30:正孔注入層
40:正孔輸送層
50:有機発光層
60:電子輸送層
70:電子注入層
80:カソード
Claims (12)
- 下記化学式1のことを特徴とするピレン系化合物:
前記A1とA2の置換基は、置換または非置換の炭素数1ないし24のアルキル基、置換または非置換の炭素数3ないし24のシクロアルキル基、置換または非置換の炭素数1ないし24のアルコキシ基、シアノ基、ハロゲン基、置換または非置換の炭素数6ないし24のアリール基、置換または非置換の炭素数6ないし24のアリールオキシ基、置換または非置換の炭素数2ないし24のヘテロアリール基、置換または非置換の炭素数6ないし40のアリールアミノ基、置換または非置換の炭素数2ないし40のアルキルアミノ基、ゲルマニウム基、ボロン基、置換または非置換の炭素数1ないし24のアルキルシリル基、置換または非置換の炭素数1ないし24のアリールシリル基、重水素からなる群から選択された何れか一つであり、
この際、前記A 1 とA 2 は、少なくとも一つ以上の重水素と少なくとも一つ以上のハロゲンとを含む)。 - 前記A1またはA2は、置換または非置換のフェニル、置換または非置換のナフチル、置換または非置換のピリジン、置換または非置換のフェナントリル、置換または非置換のビフェニルまたは置換または非置換のテルフェニルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピレン系化合物。
- 前記A1またはA2の置換基は、ハロゲンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピレン系化合物。
- 前記ハロゲンは、フルオロ(F)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のピレン系化合物。
- アノードと、
カソードと、
前記アノードとカソードとの間に介在された請求項1ないし請求項5のうち何れか一項によるピレン系化合物が含有された層と、
を含むことを特徴とする有機電界発光素子。 - 前記ピレン系化合物は、前記アノード及びカソードの間の発光層に含まれることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記アノードとカソードとの間に、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、電子阻止層、正孔阻止層、電子輸送層及び電子注入層からなる群から選択された一つ以上の層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光層、電子阻止層、正孔阻止層、電子輸送層及び電子注入層のうち少なくとも一層以上が溶液工程によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記発光層は、前記化学式1で表示される化合物を1種以上さらに含むか、または1931 CIE(x,y)のxとyとの和が0.3以上である1種以上の化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 表示素子、ディスプレイ素子及び単色または白色照明用の素子に使われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機電界発光素子。
