Claims (4)
- C:0.35〜0.50%、Ni:0.30〜0.60%、Cr:0.80〜1.10%、Mo:0.80〜1.10%、V:0.040〜0.10%、Ti:0.020〜0.080%とNb:0.010〜0.050%とのうちいずれか一方又は両方、Si:0.20%以下、Mn:0.40〜0.60%、PとSとをそれぞれ0.010%以下、Cu:0.30%以下を含んでいて残部はFeからなるSNCM系鋼材で製造されている、
ばね座金。 - 外周にねじ山が形成された軸の一端に頭部を有すると共にJIS B1051に規定する強度区分8.8〜12.9の鋼材で製造されたボルトに組み込まれるばね座金であって、
C:0.35〜0.50%、Ni:0.30〜0.60%、Cr:0.80〜1.10%、Mo:0.80〜1.10%、V:0.040〜0.10%、Ti:0.020〜0.080%とNb:0.010〜0.050%とのうちいずれか一方又は両方、Si:0.20%以下、Mn:0.40〜0.60%、PとSとをそれぞれ0.010%以下、Cu:0.30%以下を含んでいて残部はFeからなるSNCM系鋼材で製造されている、

調質していない鋼材を材料として頭部付きでねじ山未加工のボルト中間品とばね座金とを製造し、次いで前記ばね座金をボルト中間品の軸に組み込み、その状態でボルト中間品の軸にねじ山を転造で加工することによってばね座金をボルトの首下部分に保持し、次いで、これらを焼き入れ・焼き戻しする、
