Claims (7)
- 気体流を方向転換させるための第1の方向転換領域(20)とこの第1の方向転換領域に対して下流側に配置された第2の方向転換領域(22)と前記第1の方向転換領域(20)に対して上流側に配置された第3の方向転換領域(18)とを有する気体流を案内する流動通路(12)と、粒子(32)を回収するための回収容器(28)とを備え、さらに流動通路(12)は気体流から粒子(32)を分離するために回収容器(28)へと通じる分岐路(26)を有しており、粒子(32)を含んでいる気体流から粒子(32)を分離する分離装置(10)であって、
前記第2の方向転換領域(22)により、前記第1の方向転換領域(20)によって引き起される気体流の方向の変化と反対向きである気体流の方向の変化が引き起こされるようにしてなり、かつ、前記第3の方向転換領域(18)により、前記第1の方向転換領域(20)によって引き起される気体流の方向の変化と反対向きである気体流の方向の変化が引き起されるようにしてなり、
前記第1の方向転換領域(20)の半径方向外側に位置する壁領域(21)には、前記回収容器(28)へ連通する分岐路(26)が設けられ、
前記回収容器(28)は、配管(30)を介して、前記分岐路(26)に対して下流側に位置している流動通路(12)の領域(29)と流体誘導的に接続されるようにしてなることを特徴とする分離装置。 - 前記配管(30)は回収容器(28)を分岐路(26)に対して下流側に位置している流動通路(12)の領域(29)と接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 回収容器(28)は第1の壁領域(28a)とこれに向かい合う第2の壁領域(28b)とを有し、分岐路(26)は第1の壁領域(28a)で、また前記配管(30)は第2の壁領域(28b)で、それぞれ回収容器(28)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の分離装置。
- 分岐路(26)は前記第1の方向転換領域(20)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 流動通路(12)の前記第1の方向転換領域(20)はU字状流路をなすことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 分岐路(26)は、前記第1の方向転換領域(20)の流入側の先頭部(20a)における流動通路(12)の方向に対して流動通路(12)の方向が少なくとも90°旋回している方向転換領域(20)の個所に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分離装置。
- 流動通路(12)は分岐路(26)に対して下流側に位置する領域(29)において複数の個所で、流動通路(12)に沿って等しい大きさの断面積を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の分離装置。
