Description
前記粘着層塗工液1を、フィラーを配合させずに、その他は実施例1と同様にして、粘着層の厚さが20μmになるように比較例1の粘着層を形成した。この粘着層をテープ幅10mmに裁断してコアに巻いてロール状のテープを作製した。
前記粘着層塗工液1を、アクリル樹脂からなる球状フィラーとして、平均粒子径16μmの「MTR−16H」を表2に記載の重量部で配合させ、その他は実施例1と同様にして、粘着層の厚さが表2に記載の厚さになるように比較例2〜6の粘着層を形成した。この粘着層をテープ幅10mmに裁断してコアに巻いてロール状のテープを作製した。
前記粘着層塗工液1に、アクリル樹脂からなる球状フィラーとして、平均粒子径9μmの「MR−10G」を表2に記載の重量部で配合させ、その他は実施例1と同様にして、粘着層の厚さが表2に記載の厚さになるように比較例7〜9の粘着層を形成した。この粘着層をテープ幅10mmに裁断してコアに巻いてロール状のテープを作製した。

Claims (1)
- 剥離性を有する基材に粘着層を形成して、一定のテープ幅に裁断してコアに巻いてテープ状にしたものを塗膜転写具に装填して、圧力で基材から剥離させて粘着層を転写させる感圧転写型粘着テープにおいて、
粘着層は、粘着層塗工液を塗工して乾燥させることで形成され、粘着層塗工液は少なくとも、粘着剤と、フィラーと、溶媒からなり、フィラーはアクリル樹脂またはメラミン樹脂からなる球状であり、
前記粘着層の厚みとフィラーの平均粒子径の比が1:1〜2:1の範囲にあり、さらにその範囲内にあるフィラーの配合量が粘着剤の不揮発分100部あたり1〜10部であり、粘着層中にボイドを含有していることを特徴とする感圧転写型粘着テープ。
