Description
Claims (6)
- レーザー光に対して透過性を有する樹脂からなる第1の分割体の溶着端部とレーザー光に対して吸収性を有する樹脂からなる第2の分割体の溶着端部とを対向接触させてなる周回部を外周側から保持する押さえ治具と、
第1の分割体に設けられた口金部を介して第1の分割体の内部にレーザー光を照射するレーザー源と、
第2の分割体に設けられた口金部を介して第2の分割体内に挿入され、照射されたレーザー光を前記周回部の内周側に反射する反射鏡が一方端に設けられた反射鏡付き回転軸と、
反射鏡付き回転軸を回転させる回転手段と、
を有することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナーの製造装置。 - 請求項1に記載の高圧タンク用ライナーの製造装置において、
さらに、第2の分割体を把持しながら、第1の分割体の口金部と第2の分割体の口金部を結ぶ軸方向に対して振動を加える振動発振機を有することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナーの製造装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の高圧タンク用ライナーの製造装置において、
さらに、反射鏡の角度を調整する反射鏡角度調整手段が設けられていることを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナーの製造装置。 - レーザー光に対して透過性を有する樹脂からなる第1の分割体の溶着端部とレーザー光に対して吸収性を有する樹脂からなる第2の分割体の溶着端部とを対向接触させてなる周回部を外周側から保持する工程と、
第2の分割体に設けられた口金部を介して挿入された一方端に反射鏡が設けられた反射鏡付き回転軸を回転させながら、第1の分割体に設けられた口金部を介して反射鏡に対しレーザー光を照射し、照射されたレーザー光を前記周回部の内周側に反射させて両溶着端部を溶着接合する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナーの製造方法。 - レーザー光に対して透過性を有する樹脂からなる第1の分割体の溶着端部とレーザー光に対して吸収性を有する樹脂からなる第2の分割体の溶着端部とを対向接触させた周回部を外周側から保持する工程と、
第2の分割体に設けられた口金部を介して挿入された一方端に反射鏡が設けられた反射鏡付き回転軸を回転させながら、第1の分割体に設けられた口金部を介して反射鏡に対しレーザー光を照射し、照射されたレーザー光を前記周回部の内周側に反射させ、且つ、第2の分割体を把持しながら第1の分割体の口金部と第2の分割体の口金部を結ぶ軸方向に対して振動を加え、両溶着端部を溶着接合する工程と、
を有することを特徴とする高圧タンク用ライナーの製造方法。 - 請求項4又は請求項5に記載の高圧タンク用ライナーの製造方法により2つの分割体を接合してなるライナーを得て、
前記ライナーに熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した繊維を巻回して硬化させて繊維強化樹脂層を形成する、
ことを特徴とする高圧タンクの製造方法。
