(1)二枚重ねの合成樹脂フィルムの周囲がシールされて四角形の袋空間が区画されていること
(2)袋空間の上辺側を区画する溶着シール線は、その中央において途切れて右上辺シール線と左上辺シール線に分かれており、右上辺シール線の先端Aと左上辺シール線の先端Bとは寸法Lだけ隔たっていること
(3)右上辺シール線の先端Aには、溶着シール線により形成された、右外テーパー線、右内テーパー線、右補強縦線の各一端が接続していること
(4)左上辺シール線の先端Bには、溶着シール線により形成された、左外テーパー線、左内テーパー線、左補強縦線の各一端が接続していること
(5)右上辺シール線・右外テーパー線・右内テーパー線・右補強縦線のパターンと、左上辺シール線・左外テーパー線・左内テーパー線・左補強縦線のパターンは左右対称であること
(6)先端Aに繋がる右外テーパー線と先端Bに繋がる左外テーパー線は前記フィルムの上縁部分まで延びており、左右の外テーパー線の間隔は、最下部が前記寸法Lであり、上方に向かって徐々に大きくなっていること
