Description
The present invention relates to a damping structure for a refrigerant pipe used in a refrigeration cycle apparatus such as an air conditioner, a heat pump water heater, and a refrigerator, and a refrigeration cycle apparatus provided with the pipe damping structure.
In a conventional refrigeration cycle device that does not have a vibration damping structure in the refrigerant piping, vibration of the refrigerant compression device propagates through the refrigerant piping, so that the weak portion of the piping is destroyed or noise is generated at the portion where the vibration is propagated. There was a problem of generating. In order to solve such a problem, a damping structure for reducing vibration propagating from the refrigerant compressor has been proposed. As such a conventional pipe damping structure, for example, a structure in which a refrigerant pipe is provided with a weight to reduce vibration of the refrigerant pipe has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). In addition, as such a conventional pipe damping structure, for example, a part of a damping member that can be deformed with respect to the refrigerant pipe is brought into close contact with the refrigerant pipe so as to have a part that does not come into close contact with the refrigerant pipe. A structure for damping vibration has been proposed (see Patent Document 2).
The conventional pipe damping structure described in

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a pipe damping structure capable of reducing vibration propagating through a refrigerant pipe without specifying a vibration mode and the pipe damping. In the present invention, since it is a pipe damping structure using a damping member having a deformable portion, and the deformable portion is configured in a suitable dimension, it is difficult to suppress vibration generated in an air conditioner pipe or the like. With respect to a frequency of 100 Hz or less, there is an unprecedented remarkable effect that an effect of dissipating vibration energy by deforming the damping member due to pipe vibration can be obtained without specifying the vibration mode.

The

(Detailed configuration of vibration damping member 3)
Next, the detailed configuration of the pipe damping structure (more specifically, the damping member 3) according to the first embodiment will be described. In order to facilitate understanding of the pipe damping structure (more specifically, the damping member 3) according to the first embodiment, first, a conventional pipe damping structure will be described. Then, a detailed configuration of the pipe damping structure (more specifically, the damping member 3) according to the first embodiment will be described.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a conventional pipe damping structure.
The conventional piping damping structure has, for example, a structure in which a damping
FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the piping vibration damping structure according to
The damping
In the first embodiment, butyl rubber is used as the elastic body, but the material of the elastic body is arbitrary. Since the elastic body only needs to be easily deformed, silicon rubber or the like may be used. The elastic body may be vulcanized rubber or unvulcanized rubber. The shape of the elastic body is also arbitrary, and the
In the damping
FIG. 4 is a characteristic diagram showing the damping effect of the damping structure according to
In FIG. 4, a resonance phenomenon occurs at a place where the vibration transmissibility is high in a mountain shape, and in particular, a damping performance is required. At this resonance location, the vibration damping effect of the pipe damping structure according to the first embodiment is 4 dB to 8 dB higher than the conventional pipe damping structure. In other words, at this resonance location, the vibration damping structure according to the first embodiment can suppress the propagating vibration energy from 40% to 15% compared to the conventional pipe vibration damping structure of the same mass. That is, by installing the damping
As described above, in the pipe vibration damping structure configured as in the first embodiment, the vibration damping member 3 (particularly the deformable portion 3a) is deformed with respect to pipe vibration in various vibration modes, not a specific vibration mode. Easy to dissipate vibration energy. For this reason, in the piping vibration damping structure configured as in the first embodiment, it occurs when the operation frequency of the
In addition, in the case of the piping damping structure using the damping
However, the method for attaching the pipe damping structure according to the first embodiment is not limited to such a method. For example, after damping connection of the
In addition, in order to prevent the
In actual pipe vibration, the direction of movement of the
FIG.6 and FIG.7 is explanatory drawing (perspective view) for demonstrating the moving direction of refrigerant | coolant piping at the time of piping vibration. That is, at the time of pipe vibration, the
Therefore, in the pipe damping structure according to the present invention, the shape of the deformable portion 3a is set to a suitable shape so that the vibration reduction effect can be obtained without specifying the vibration mode. In the following, the preferred length L of the deformable portion 3a will be described in the second embodiment, the preferred length H of the deformable portion 3a will be described in the third embodiment, and the preferred length L will be described in the fourth embodiment. A suitable thickness t of the possible portion 3a will be described. In the following second to fourth embodiments, items that are not particularly described are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same functions and configurations are described using the same reference numerals.
なお、本実施の形態2では、変形可能部3aの長さH(冷媒配管2から変形可能部3aの先端部までの長さ)を40mmとし、変形可能部3aの厚さt(長さL及び長さHと垂直な方向の長さ)を10mmとしている。
8 and 9 are perspective views showing a pipe damping structure according to
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in the second embodiment, a suitable length L of the deformable portion 3a that can obtain a vibration reduction effect without specifying the vibration mode (the length in the axial direction of the refrigerant pipe 2). )). In the second embodiment, the length H of the deformable portion 3a (the length from the
10 and 11 are characteristic diagrams showing the relationship between the length L of the deformable portion and the vibration transmissibility in the pipe vibration control structure according to
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in both
In
Therefore, from FIGS. 10 and 11, the length L of the deformable portion 3a that does not increase the vibration by the pipe damping structure is 30 mm or more, more preferably 40 mm or more from the interpolation of the measurement points in FIG. Is good. By setting the length L of the deformable portion 3a to 30 mm or more, more preferably 40 mm or more, it is possible to obtain a high vibration damping effect as compared with the conventional pipe vibration damping structure, and to obtain an effect of mass reduction.
As described above, in the pipe vibration control structure according to the second embodiment, by setting the length L of the deformable portion 3a to a suitable dimension, the vibration mode can be identified without impairing the vibration reduction effect. It becomes possible to reduce the vibration propagating through the
In the second embodiment, the damping member 3 (more specifically, the deformable portion 3a) is formed of butyl rubber. なお、本実施の形態3では、変形可能部3aの長さL(冷媒配管2の軸方向となる長さ)を60mmとし、変形可能部3aの厚さt(長さL及び長さHと垂直な方向の長さ)を10mmとしている。

As shown in FIG.12 and FIG.13, in this
14 and 15 are characteristic diagrams showing the relationship between the length H of the deformable portion and the vibration transmissibility in the pipe damping structure according to
As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the
Therefore, from FIGS. 14 and 15, the length H of the deformable portion 3a that does not increase vibration by the pipe damping structure is preferably 30 mm or more, more preferably 40 mm or more. By setting the length H of the deformable portion 3a to 30 mm or more, more preferably 40 mm or more, it is possible to obtain a high vibration damping effect as compared with the conventional pipe vibration damping structure.
As described above, in the pipe vibration control structure according to the third embodiment, by setting the length H of the deformable portion 3a to a suitable dimension, the vibration mode can be specified without impairing the vibration reduction effect. It becomes possible to reduce the vibration propagating through the
In the third embodiment, the damping member 3 (more specifically, the deformable portion 3a) is formed of butyl rubber.
In the fourth embodiment, a preferable thickness t of the deformable portion 3a will be described.
なお、本実施の形態4では、変形可能部3aの長さL(冷媒配管2の軸方向となる長さ)を60mmとし、変形可能部3aの長さH(冷媒配管2から変形可能部3aの先端部までの長さ)を40mmとしている。
16 and 17 are perspective views showing a pipe damping structure according to
As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, in the fourth embodiment, a suitable thickness t (perpendicular to the length L and the length H) of the deformable portion 3a that can obtain the vibration reduction effect without specifying the vibration mode. The length in the correct direction). In the fourth embodiment, the length L of the deformable portion 3a (the length in the axial direction of the refrigerant pipe 2) is 60 mm, and the length H of the deformable portion 3a (the deformable portion 3a from the refrigerant pipe 2). The length to the tip of the head is 40 mm.
18 and 19 are characteristic diagrams showing the relationship between the thickness t of the deformable portion and the vibration transmissibility in the pipe damping structure according to
As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the
Accordingly, from FIGS. 18 and 19, the thickness t of the deformable portion 3a that does not increase vibration by the pipe damping structure is preferably 4.5 mm or more, more preferably 6 mm or more. By setting the thickness t of the deformable portion 3a to 4.5 mm or more, more preferably 6 mm or more, it is possible to obtain a high damping effect as compared with the conventional pipe damping structure.
As described above, in the pipe vibration control structure according to the fourth embodiment, by setting the thickness t of the deformable portion 3a to a suitable dimension, the vibration mode can be identified without impairing the vibration reduction effect. It becomes possible to reduce the vibration propagating through the
In the fourth embodiment, the damping member 3 (more specifically, the deformable portion 3a) is formed of butyl rubber.
