Description
従来の電力供給源は、中央集中型の大規模な発電所から、送電網および供給網を経由して居住区へと網の目状となった電気としてもたらされる。電力需要は絶え間なく増加し、この資本集約的な基幹設備に増大する能力を要求している。長期計画の要件は推定による見積もりに基づいており、能力増大の要求を典型的に生み出している地方のレベルで行う決定からは除かれている。
中央集中型の廃水処理は、各々の不動産が大きな中央集中型の廃水処理施設(WWTP)へ運搬するための下水道設備に接続されているもので、殆どの都心において比較的一般的である。生物学的処理、より特定的には主だった方法である活性スラッジ処理とともに、様々な処理工程が、廃水の処理のために利用されている。
地域の自然環境から得られる、限られた供給量に対して需要が高まっており、水の限りある供給に高い世界的な関心がますます寄せられている。ほんの少しの割合の水しか実際には飲料目的に用いられていないにもかかわらず、従来の住宅開発は、全てが必然的に飲料品質に処理されている網の目状に送られるユーティリティーによる供給への接続を期待している。
本明細書を通して、「電力供給源」という単語は、エンジン/発電機、太陽および風力発電、ならびに燃焼炉/ボイラーといった火力発電を含むが、これらに限定されない発電設備を意味していることが理解される。
本明細書を通して、「廃棄エネルギー」と言う単語は、電力供給源からの副生成熱エネルギーまたは余剰の電気エネルギーのうち、一つまたはそれより多くのいずれかを意味していることが理解される。
i)電力供給源;
ii)廃水処理設備;および
iii)固形分を有する廃棄材料を処理するためのスラッジ燃焼ユニット
を含み、電力供給源によって発電された電力を敷地に案内し、電力供給源からの廃棄エネルギーを敷地で再使用するために確保して再利用し、この再使用には廃水処理設備およびスラッジ燃焼ユニットにおける使用を含み、廃水処理設備から回収した処理された水を敷地で直接再使用することが可能な、オンサイト総合ユーティリティー設備を提供する。
好ましくは、スラッジ燃焼ユニットが、マセレーターユニット、または濃縮化ユニットのうち一つまたはそれより多くのいずれかを出た廃棄固形分および/またはスラッジ材料を処理する。
電力供給源によって発電され、敷地によって、あるいは廃水処理設備または固形分処理装置において利用されない余剰のエネルギーを、好ましくは貯蔵デバイスに貯蔵する。
好ましくは、総合ユーティリティー設備は、網の目状に送られる、および/または中央集中型のユーティリティーサービスの供給から敷地が独立を保つことを可能にする。
本発明を、実施例のみによって、本発明の一つの実施形態および添付の図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1において、本発明に従った総合ユーティリティー設備10の工程図を示す。例えば燃焼エンジンまたは燃料電池といった電力供給源12は不動産のための電気を産出し、副生成物として廃棄熱エネルギー14の形態で廃棄エネルギーを産出する。
Claims (23)
- 不動産で用いるための電気及び廃棄熱エネルギーを産出するように構成された電力供給源;
電力供給源によって産出された廃棄熱エネルギーを動力源とする廃水処理設備;
一次水源を含む給水;及び
電力供給源によって産出された廃棄熱エネルギーを動力源とする、廃棄固形分を処理するためのスラッジ燃焼ユニット;
を含むオンサイト総合ユーティリティー設備。 - スラッジ燃焼ユニットが、マセレーターユニット、または濃縮化ユニットのうち一つまたは二つを出た廃棄固形分および/またはスラッジ材料を処理する、請求項1に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 一次給水に添加して再使用するための水を再生するように廃水処理設備が構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- a)電力供給源が副生成物として廃棄熱エネルギーを放出する任意の発電デバイスを含み、及び/又は
b)電力供給源を液体冷却し、そして該液体の廃棄熱エネルギーを廃水処理設備において用い、及び/又は
c)電力供給源が更に電力貯蔵デバイスを含み、及び/又は
d)電力供給源が、建物または不動産のための暖房設備と連結する、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。 - 電力供給源によって発電された余剰のエネルギーを電力貯蔵デバイスに貯蔵する、請求項4に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 電力供給源、廃水処理、およびエネルギー再利用設備の総合的な動作を、コンピュータ化された監視制御およびデータ収集(SCADA)システムにより管理する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- SCADAを遠隔監視のためにテレメトリーによって中央集中型のサービスサポート機能に接続する、請求項6に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 一次給水が飲料として標準的である、請求項3〜7のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- スラッジ燃焼ユニットが廃水処理設備に付随する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 廃水処理設備がスラッジ/固相から水相を分離する脱水ユニットを含み、脱水ユニットから産出される水相を処理するために廃水処理設備が水滅菌ユニットおよび水浄化ユニットを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 脱水ユニットから産出された水相の前処理を行うように構成された1つ以上の前処理ユニットをさらに含み、前処理はミクロろ過、化学酸化、逆浸透、イオン交換、及び炭素ろ過からなる群から選択され、前処理は滅菌ユニットの上流に位置し、そして前処理は固形分、生物化学的酸素要求量(BOD)、化学的酸素要求量(COD)、窒素、およびリンの濃度を最小化するのに有効である、請求項10に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 廃水処理設備がスラッジ/固相から水相を分離する脱水ユニットを含み、脱水ユニットが機械式ネジプレス器、浄化器、上澄み遠心分離器、沈降濃縮器、および/または相分離を促進するための化学薬品添加のうちいずれか一つまたは二つ以上を含む、請求項2〜11のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 濃縮化ユニットが少なくとも8%の固形分含有量を有するスラッジを産出するように構成された、請求項2に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 独立した固形分焼却炉がスラッジ燃焼ユニットに付随または連結する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 1つ以上の前処理ユニットが放流を生じ、放流中のBOD、窒素、およびリンの濃度がそれぞれ10、10、および1mg/Lを超えない、請求項11に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 総合断熱滅菌器および給湯ユニットをさらに含み、ここで前処理により生ずる放流を滅菌する、請求項11に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 水浄化ユニットがナノろ過、逆浸透、活性炭素ろ過、および化学殺菌のうちいずれか一つまたは二つ以上を含む、請求項10に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 熱交換器をさらに含み、水浄化ユニットを出る水が熱交換器を通過する、請求項10又は17に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 廃水処理設備から回収した処理された水の少なくとも一つの流れを、熱交換器を通して不動産で再利用する、請求項18に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 熱交換器からの廃棄熱エネルギーを脱水ユニットへ流入する廃水の前加熱に用いる、請求項18又は19に記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- スラッジ燃焼ユニットからの排気ガス放出物を電力供給源からの排気ガス放出物と組み合わせるように構成された、請求項1〜20のいずれかに記載の総合ユーティリティー設備。
- 電力供給源からの廃棄熱エネルギーをオンサイトで用いるための方法であって、電力供給源からの廃棄熱エネルギーを廃水処理設備およびスラッジ燃焼ユニットに案内する段階を含み、ここで廃棄熱エネルギーを少なくとも部分的に利用して廃水および廃棄固形分をオンサイトで処理し、ならびに処理された廃水および電力供給源からの廃棄熱エネルギーを少なくとも部分的に回収して敷地で直接再使用することが可能な、前記方法。
- 電力供給源および廃水処理設備が請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載の通りである、請求項22に記載の方法。
