Description
The present invention relates to a folding door device provided with a lattice-like panel configured to relieve the line of sight from the vicinity and to have ventilation and daylighting, while being able to take a large opening in the frontage when folded.
A folding door is conventionally known as one means for opening and closing the frontage. With this folding door, a plurality of panels are connected via a joint so that they can be bent, and the upper end is suspended from the upper rail and the lower end is restrained by the guide rail. FIG. 12 is an external view of a conventional general folding door. (A) is a case where the folding door is extended and the front door is closed, and (b) is a case where the folding door is folded and the front door is opened. Each case is shown.
The folding door composed of multiple panels (A), (A), ... is a rectangular frame that has an upper frame (B), a lower frame (C), and both vertical frames (D) and (D). The suspension wheel (e), (e), ..., which is attached to the frame and attached to the upper end of the main joint, rests on the upper rail formed on the upper frame (b) and is provided at the lower end of the main joint. The sliders (f), (f)... Are loosely fitted on guide rails formed on the lower frame (c).
Therefore, when the folding door is folded, the suspension wheel (e), (e)... And the sliders (f), (f)... Move along the upper rail and the lower rail. Is kicked outward from the upper rail and the lower rail, and is moved toward one side as shown in FIG. By the way, the form of the panel (A) constituting the folding door is various, such as when a transparent plastic plate is fitted in a rectangular frame, or when an aluminum plate is fitted in a rectangular frame. is there.
If a transparent plastic plate is fitted, the light permeability is lost but the air permeability is impaired, and if the front surface is an aluminum plate, there is no daylight and the air permeability is also impaired. However, if an aluminum plate is fitted, it is possible to completely block the line of sight from the neighborhood. On the other hand, in the case of a folding door constructed by connecting a plurality of panels via a main joint and a sub-joint, the operation of each panel (A), (A) ... is not constant when performing an opening / closing operation. And it is not possible to create a space between the adjacent panels (I), (I) ... to ventilate and light.
That is, it is impossible to provide a louver function from the panel connection structure. And when the front door is opened by folding the folding door completely as shown in the same figure (b), each panel (A), (A) ... overlaps, so the frontage width that opens when the number of panels increases Will get smaller. Therefore, the thickness of each panel (A), (A)... Must be reduced, and the panel rigidity is impaired by reducing the thickness.
Therefore, there is known a folding door in which each panel (A), (A),... Is connected through a link, and each panel (A), (A),.・ Rotate and change the direction to form a space (gap) between panels (b), (b). That is, the folding door which connected panel (I), (I) ... by the link is provided with a louver function, so that the direction of each panel (I), (I) ... is changed, and each panel (I), (B) A space (gap) is formed between them.
“Blind” according to Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 46-33320 has a required number of shielding plates in which left and right edges are bent in different directions to form joint edges, and upper and lower ends are fixed with L-shaped connecting pieces. Side by side, forming the shielding body that sequentially connects the required number of shielding plates in a telescopic manner as if the center of one connecting piece and both ends of each connecting piece parallel to both sides of the connecting pieces are connected together. The outer edge of the shielding plate facing the shielding body is hinged so that the sealing plate can be folded inward without forming a joining edge, and a bearing is provided on one side of the required number of upper connecting pieces. The guide ring is pivotally attached to the bearing body, and a support body is pivotably suspended from one side of the required number of the lower connecting pieces, and the bearing opening of the bearing body is Rolls are accommodated so that they can roll freely.
The “blind shutter” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-2060 has a structure that itself has a housing for rain, snow and dust.
Therefore, a shutter frame for fitting a blind shutter is formed, and a casing is integrally formed on the upper side of the shutter frame. A guide rail portion having a downward slit is formed integrally with the housing, and a guide pin at the upper end of the slat is inserted into the slit, and a roller is connected to the guide pin. A guide rail portion having a slit is integrally formed on the lower side of the shutter frame, and a guide pin at the lower end portion of the slat is inserted into the slit to prevent the guide rail portion from coming off.
The “blind shutter installation structure” according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-105515 improves the mounting workability of the upper frame of the blind shutter.
Therefore, the shutter guide frame fixed to the outer wall of the window opening formed in the building constitutes the upper frame constituting the upper side, the left and right vertical frames constituting the side, and the lower side. And a lower frame. The upper frame includes a frame main body that supports the blind shutter and a fixing portion that fixes the frame main body to the outer wall. Both of these are constituted by separate bodies, and the frame body has a structure in which a housing is integrally formed.
Thus, the conventional folding door device has the above-mentioned problem. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems, and the opening / closing operation is stable, there is no backlash of each panel, and even in the extended closed state, it has air permeability and lighting, and it is large in the folded state. Provided is a folding door device constituted by a grid-like panel in which openings are formed.
The folding door device according to the present invention is a folding door having a grid shape and having pantograph type link mechanisms at the upper and lower ends, that is, a pantograph type link constituting the link mechanism is attached to the upper and lower ends of a plurality of grid type panels. It has been. Accordingly, the lattice-like folding door can be opened and closed with the expansion and contraction of the link mechanism. For this purpose, a suspension wheel is attached to one side end of each panel, and a slider is provided below.
The suspension wheel rests on the upper rail and the slider loosely fits on the lower rail, the link mechanism expands and contracts along the upper and lower rails, and the lattice panel attached to each link of the link mechanism changes its direction and moves The folding door opens and closes by expanding and contracting. Here, the grid panel is configured as a member independent of the link mechanism, and not only when this grid panel is attached to the link, but also a structure in which the links constituting the vertical link mechanism are connected by a plurality of grids. You can also
(1) The cross section of the lattice constituting the cross section panel of the lattice can have a convex shape on the front side and a concave shape on the back side. By making such a cross sectional shape, the folding door is folded. Each grid is partially fitted and polymerized.
(2) The French drop lattice has a French drop. Accordingly, if the French drop is lowered, the link is engaged to prevent the link mechanism from contracting, and the folding door cannot be folded to open the front door.
(3) The front end of each link constituting the fitting link mechanism within the plane of each panel when fully folded is notched, and when the link mechanism is extended, the notch portions of the adjacent links are engaged with each other. The link width is Therefore, each grid-like panel to which the link is attached becomes one plane.
(4) Upper frame divided structure constituting the frame The upper frame on which the folding door is mounted has a two-piece structure of an upper frame body and an auxiliary upper frame. The upper frame body is fixed to the building wall surface, and the auxiliary upper frame is assembled to the upper frame body. A metal fitting is fixed to the building wall surface, and the upper frame and the lower frame are engaged and attached to the metal fitting.
In the folding door device according to the present invention, since a plurality of grid panels are attached to the pantograph type link mechanism, the grid panels are folded and overlapped. The lattice panel has multiple lattices, so even if the folding door is extended and the frontage is closed, a space (gap) is formed between the lattices, making it air permeable. Have sex. Therefore, in the state where the folding door is extended and closed, the line of sight from the neighborhood can be moderated appropriately, and the frontage can be opened wide by folding.
On the other hand, if the folding door is attached to the front of the window, the appearance of the lattice arranged at a constant interval is preferable, and it is harmonized not only with Japanese-style houses but also with Western-style houses. And the tip of each link which constitutes a link mechanism is notched, and when the link mechanism is extended, the notch portions of adjacent links mesh with each other to form one link width. Therefore, each grid-like panel to which the link is attached becomes one plane. Since the front surface of the lattice is convex and the back surface is concave, in the folded state, the lattices of the panels overlap each other so that they are compactly folded and the opening becomes large.
FIG. 1 shows the appearance of a folding door device constituted by a lattice panel according to the present invention, (a) shows a fully closed state in which the folding door is extended, and (b) shows a fully opened state in which the folding door is folded. Yes. The

And the cap for covering this screwed part is attached. Accordingly, the upper frame main body 11 is formed with the one-side upper rail piece 5a, and the one-side wheel of the
FIG. 3 shows a cross section of the folding door of the present invention. (A) shows a state in which the folding door is extended and closed, and (b) shows a state in which the folding door is folded and fully opened. . The folding door has a plurality of
FIG. 4 shows a detailed view when the
Since the pantograph
Therefore, the
FIG. 5 is a front view when the
FIG. 6 shows a case where the
8 shows a cross section of the
The
