実施例３の立食パーティー用盆に可変の簡易皿を図３に基づいて説明する。図３の（Ａ）は、実施例３の立食パーティー用盆に可変の簡易皿を示す斜視図である。実施例１及び実施例２のものと異なる箇所は、基板１の全周に大側壁１５を設け、食品載せ部１３の境界(仕切り)のために堤部１３３を設けたことである。大側壁１５は、基板１に対して直角ではなく鈍角で、上方に開いた傾斜となっている。堤部１３３の断面形状は、逆V字形になっている。堤部１３３の断面形状は、文字通り逆Ｖ字形で尖っていてもよいし、図のように先端を少し削って、上部が平らになっていてもよい。又は、丸みがあってもよい。食品載せ部１３の断面形状も上方に開いた形になっている。積み重ね可能である。材料に厚手のアルミ箔も使用してよい。
