Claims (17)
- 液体流からエネルギーを取り出すための装置であって、
空気圧縮チャンバと、
対応する弁孔を介して前記液体流を調整するために開閉動作可能な弁の配列と、を備え、
前記配列内の前記弁孔が、前記液体流の方向において上向きの斜面に広がり、
前記液体流が流入するときは前記弁が段階的に閉じるように動作可能であることによって前記液体流を前記空気圧縮チャンバの方に集中させて空気を圧縮し、前記圧縮チャンバから液体流が戻るときは前記弁が開くように動作可能である、装置。 - 前記空気圧縮チャンバで圧縮された圧縮空気を貯蔵するための蓄積チャンバをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記空気圧縮チャンバで圧縮された空気によって駆動されるように動作可能なタービンをさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記圧縮チャンバから前記液体流が戻る間に前記タービンの両端間の圧力差を高めるために、前記タービンの下流に配置された減圧チャンバを備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記配列内の前記弁がフラップ弁である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フラップ弁がそれぞれ浮き要素を備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記浮き要素が、前記フラップ弁を閉じるために必要な角変位を有し、前記角変位が前記斜面の上方ほど大きくなる、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記浮き要素の浮力が前記斜面の上方ほど大きくなる、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- 前記浮き要素がタイヤを備える、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記弁が、前記上向きの斜面に沿った前記液体流の偏向を容易にするために且つ/又は前記液体流が戻る間に前記弁の開きを補助するためにスポイラ要素を備える、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置を所定の位置に保持するための安定装置をさらに備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体流が潮汐流である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体流が河川流である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体流が海洋流である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置により取り出されたエネルギーが水力タービンを駆動することに使用されるよう構成された、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置により取り出されたエネルギーがより高所の容器へ水をポンプで汲み上げることに使用されるよう構成された、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の複数の装置を有する装置網であって、前記複数の装置は前記装置網を形成するために共に組み合わされて配置またはリンクされている装置網。
