Claims (4)
- 導電性を有する容器、前記容器の上部に接続される上部電極、及び、前記容器の下部に接続される下部電極を備え、前記上部電極及び前記下部電極間に電圧を印加して前記容器に通電することにより、前記容器に収容された材料を加熱する通電加熱装置であって、
前記容器と下部電極との間に、通電により発熱した容器の熱によって溶解可能な導電性の金属部材が配置されており、
前記容器は、上方に向けて開口する凹部を上部開口端に備えており、
前記上部電極は、前記凹部に挿入可能な凸部を備えており、
前記凹部に前記金属部材が収容されている通電加熱装置。 - 前記下部電極は、前記容器の底面を支持する容器状に形成されており、
容器状の前記下部電極に前記金属部材が収容されている請求項1に記載の通電加熱装置。 - 前記金属部材の形態は、複数の金属粒の集合である請求項1又は2に記載の通電加熱装置。
- 前記金属部材は、錫、亜鉛及び鉛のうち、少なくとも1つを含む金属材料から形成されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の通電加熱装置。
