前記頂部壁および前記底部壁のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記それぞれの頂部壁または底部壁に沿って長手方向軸線に向かって横向きに収束するように横方向に互いに対して角度をなす、ソケットの後端部にある一対の第1の傾斜面であって、掘削作業中に垂直荷重及び水平荷重の双方に耐えるためにソケットの中に突出する一対の第1の傾斜面を含み、
前記第1の傾斜面のそれぞれが前記長手方向軸線に実質的に平行に軸方向に延在する、掘削装置用の摩耗部材。 - 1つの前記対の第1の傾斜面が、概ねV字形の形状を画定するように前記頂部壁および前記底部壁のそれぞれに設けられる、請求項1に記載の摩耗部材。
- 前記側壁のそれぞれが、前記それぞれの側壁に沿って長手方向軸線に向かって横向きに収束するように横方向に互いに対して角度をなす、後端部にある一対の第2の傾斜面を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の摩耗部材。
- 前記第2の傾斜面のそれぞれが前記長手方向軸線に向かって前記ソケットの中に突出する、請求項3に記載の摩耗部材。
- 前端部、後端部、および支持ノーズを受け入れるための前記後端部のソケット開口を備え、
前記ソケットがソケットの前端部からソケットの後端部まで後方に延在する頂部壁、底部壁、および側壁によって画定されかつ長手方向軸線を有し、前記側壁が前記それぞれの側壁に沿って長手方向軸線に向かって横方向に収束し、かつ掘削作業中に垂直荷重及び水平荷重の双方に耐えるために内向き突起を画定する、ソケットの後端部にある一対の傾斜安定化表面をそれぞれ含み、それぞれの前記安定化表面が前記長手方向軸線に実質的に平行に延在する、掘削装置用の摩耗部材。 - それぞれの前記対の前記安定化表面が、鈍角で横方向に互いに対して角度をなす、請求項5に記載の摩耗部材。
- 前方に突出するノーズを有するベースと、
請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一つに記載の摩耗部材と、
前記摩耗部材を前記ベースに固定するためのロックと、を備える、掘削装置用の摩耗アセンブリ。
