Description
The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of a blade for a rolling cutter, which is a cutting device for cutting various textile products.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a rolling cutter has been provided as a cutting device for cutting various fiber products such as used clothes and unnecessary cloths. A rolling cutter is a device that cuts a fiber product that has been fed by feeding the fiber product from a slot and rotating a rotating frame body having a blade attached to the outer periphery.
For example, as shown in the plan view, the left and right side views, and the AA cross-sectional view of the cited
1) It has a plate-like outer shape that is long in the width direction of the rotating frame body and is formed obliquely with respect to the rotation axis direction of the rotating frame body.
2) It has a curved outer peripheral surface that is straight in the direction of the rotation axis of the rotating frame body and protrudes outward along the rotation direction.
3) It has a cutting edge with an acute cross section formed by an outer peripheral surface in the width direction of the rotating frame body and a slanted surface formed in front of the rotating direction.
It has a unique special shape.
A blade having such a shape is generally manufactured by preparing a long rectangular parallelepiped steel material, pressing it with a mold to form the blade body as described above, and polishing the blade edge. ing.
However, in order to form a blade having such a shape by press molding, a large press device is required, and the equipment cost is high. In addition, since the pressing mold has a very large load during pressing, the number of uses is limited. Therefore, conventionally, the manufacturing cost of a blade for a rolling cutter has become very high, and a reduction in cost for manufacturing the blade has been desired.
The present invention is for solving the above-mentioned problems. The objective is to provide the manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method which can manufacture the blade body for rolling cutters at further cost reduction.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention of
According to a second aspect of the invention, in addition to the configuration of the first aspect of the invention, the holding means grips one end portion of the steel pipe, and the cutting means rotates the steel pipe by the turning means. The gist is to cut from the open end side toward the holding means in synchronism with the above.
The gist of the invention of
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a holding means for holding a steel pipe having a circular cross section, a turning means for turning the steel pipe held by the holding means in the circumferential direction, A manufacturing method of a blade body for a rolling cutter by a manufacturing apparatus comprising a cutting means arranged in a predetermined cutting axis direction at an outer peripheral position and relatively moving along an axial direction of the steel pipe, wherein the steel pipe is A cutting line that is not parallel to the axial direction of the steel pipe by cutting by the cutting means that moves relative to the steel pipe along the axial direction of the steel pipe while being rotated by the rotating means. A plurality of cutting lines are formed by cutting the steel pipe with the cutting means shifted by a predetermined phase and sandwiched by the adjacent cutting lines. As its gist in that the region to obtain a blade.
Further, the gist of the invention of
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the configuration of the fourth or fifth aspect of the present invention, the holding means grips one end portion of the steel pipe by the holding means from the open end side from the open end side. A plurality of cutting lines are formed by cutting in the direction, and then the circumferential direction of the steel pipe is cut so as to intersect the end of the cutting line on the holding means side to obtain a blade body. Is the gist.
In such a configuration, the cutting means is connected to the steel pipe along the axial direction of the steel pipe while the steel pipe having a circular cross-sectional shape (that is, a cylindrical shape) is held by the holding means and is turned by the turning means. In this case, the steel pipe is relatively moved and cut from one end side to the other end side of the steel pipe. Here, “relative in relation to the steel pipe” means that either the cutting means or the steel pipe side may be moved. At this time, the cutting line for the steel pipe cut by the cutting means is not parallel to the axial direction of the steel pipe, but is an oblique cutting line. The angle of the cutting line with respect to the axial direction is set according to the amount of rotation of the rotating means. That is, it depends on a predetermined rotation cycle of the steel pipe from the cutting start point to the end point of the cutting means. By changing the value, the angle of the cutting line can be appropriately changed. Further, the linearity of the cutting line is not ensured unless the rotation speed of the rotating means and the moving speed of the cutting means are constant. When a line shape other than a straight line is formed as the cutting line, the rotation speed of the rotation means and the movement speed of the cutting means can be appropriately changed.
When cutting with the cutting means, it is executed by shifting every predetermined phase in the circumferential direction with respect to the steel pipe so as to obtain a region sandwiched between adjacent cutting lines as a blade body. The cutting lines are formed in the same locus to each other in order to obtain a blade having the same shape. However, the cutting lines need not necessarily have the same locus. An oblique cutting line may be used so as to displace at least in the same direction with respect to the axial direction of the steel pipe.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to create a blade for a rolling cutter without relying on conventional press molding, so that the manufacturing cost of the blade for a rolling cutter is reduced.
Here, when holding the steel pipe, the holding means grips one end of the steel pipe, and the cutting means cuts from the open end side toward the holding means in synchronism with the rotation of the steel pipe. Is preferred. In such a machining process, the rotation means and the cutting means are controlled in only one direction, and stable machining is possible. Further, since the cutting line formed by such cutting is not cut at one end side gripped by the holding means, a plurality of cutting lines are formed first, and then intersect with the end of the cutting line on the holding means side. For efficient blade manufacturing, it is preferable to obtain a blade by cutting the circumferential direction of the steel pipe.
As the cutting means, general means capable of cutting a steel pipe, for example, gas fusing with an acetylene burner, laser processing, water jet processing, or the like can be used. The cutting means is disposed at the outer peripheral position of the steel pipe in a predetermined cutting axis direction with respect to the steel pipe, but the cutting axis direction can be arbitrarily changed. This makes it possible to arbitrarily change the cutting edge angle.
If comprised like invention of said each claim, the special-shaped blade body for rolling cutters can be manufactured without using press molding, and a manufacturing cost will be reduced compared with the past.

Next, the electrical configuration of the
Next, an example of the manufacturing process which manufactures a blade body from the steel pipe W by the blade
One end side of the steel pipe W is gripped with respect to the
The operator operates the
The cutting line CL from the viewpoint of the
The driving speeds of the first and

On the other hand, since the first cutting is completed, the
This will be described from the viewpoint of the
Next, the second cutting (formation of the second cutting line CL-2) is performed in the same process as described above. FIG. 10 illustrates the middle of the second cutting. By repeating this, the third and subsequent cuts are executed around the entire circumference of the steel pipe W. In addition, the relationship between the steel pipe W and the cutting line CL in this Embodiment is as FIG. In the present embodiment, each cutting line CL is slightly displaced by 2.17 degrees with respect to the axial direction of the steel pipe W. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the driving amount of the

(3) When cutting from the open end, each cutting line CL is controlled so as to leave the end without reaching the other end completely. 41 is not scattered, and there is no trouble in processing.
