Description
Claims (10)
- 画面のタッチ領域フレームを取り囲むように設けられた本体と、
前記本体で上下2個の横辺と左右2個の縦辺とに、前記タッチ領域に向けて一定間隔で赤外線微細座標光源(fine gauge light source)を発生させるように、それぞれ設けられて、横軸と縦軸との座標基準を提供する赤外線微細座標光源発生部と、
前記赤外線微細座標光源発生部によって発生した赤外線微細座標光源を感知するように、前記本体に設けられる2個以上の赤外線カメラと、
前記赤外線カメラから感知されたデータに基づいて、前記タッチ領域でタッチされるタッチ物体の座標を算出する制御部と、を含み、
前記制御部は、
あらゆる赤外線微細座標光源に付与された位置番号をインデックス値とし、3個の赤外線カメラから赤外線微細座標光源の各位置で測定された角度をテーブル値とするルックアップテーブルを保存し、前記赤外線カメラの各イメージセンサー上で赤外線微細座標光源によって感光される画素のアドレスに付与された識別番号を、前記位置番号とマッチングしたアドレスマップとを保存するメモリと、
前記識別番号に該当するアドレスマップにある画素の感光データを周期的に検査して、感光が中断された画素があれば、当該画素のアドレスに付与された識別番号で前記アドレスマップで当該赤外線微細座標光源の位置番号を読み出し、前記ルックアップテーブルを通じて当該赤外線微細座標光源に対する角度値を求め、該求められた角度値に基づいてタッチ物体の座標を演算する演算部と、
を含むことを特徴とする光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記それぞれの赤外線微細座標光源発生部は、
少なくとも1つの赤外線発光部と、
前記赤外線発光部から発散された光を一定間隔の赤外線微細座標光源に分配する微細座標光源分配器と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記微細座標光源分配器は、
少なくとも一側端部に前記赤外線発光部が配され、一側部に長手方向に沿って一定間隔で微細溝が形成された透明棒と、
前記微細溝から赤外線微細座標光源をあらゆる角度で均一に発光させる拡散部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記微細座標光源分配器は、
一側端部に前記赤外線発光部が配され、一側部に長手方向に沿って一定間隔で微細溝が形成され、前記微細溝でそれぞれ乱反射された光によって、反対側部に一定間隔の赤外線微細座標光源を発生させる透明棒を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記透明棒は、
赤外線微細座標光源が位置する側部が曲面状に形成されて、レンズの役割を行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記透明棒は、
前記微細溝が形成された側部が曲面状に形成されて、前記微細溝でそれぞれ乱反射された光を前記透明棒の内部方向に集光させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記微細溝が形成された側部側に反射部材がさらに備えられたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。
- 前記微細座標光源分配器は、
低屈折率のベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルム上に一定間隔を有するように高屈折率の透明レジンで形成された光通路と、
前記ベースフィルム上に前記光通路を覆うように低屈折率のレジンで形成された皮膜と、
前記光通路から赤外線微細座標光源をあらゆる角度で均一に発光させる拡散部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。 - 前記赤外線カメラは、3個に備えられて、前記本体の3個コーナーに1つずつ配されるが、各中心が、前記本体の横辺と縦辺とに対して45゜方向に配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。
- 前記演算部は、
マルチタッチの場合、前記3個の赤外線カメラのうち、2個の赤外線カメラから求められた角度値に基づいてタッチ物体の座標を演算し、該演算されたタッチ物体の座標と残りの1個の赤外線カメラから求められた角度値とに基づいて、実際座標とゴースト座標(ghost point)とを区別することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学式タッチスクリーン。
