Claims (15)
- 光音響分光の方法において、
第一の量の検体を含むサンプルを提供するステップと、
担体流体及び第二の量の検体を含む充填流体を有する検出セルを提供するステップと、
前記サンプルと相互作用する光線を放出するステップと、
前記光線を多変量光学的素子に通すステップと、
前記サンプルから前記相互作用した光線を透過させるステップと、
前記光線の強度に比例する検出セルにおいて、熱波及び圧力振動を発生させるために、前記充填流体によって、前記相互作用した光線の一部を吸収するステップと、
センサにより前記圧力振動を検出して、前記サンプルに関する情報を決定するステップと、
を備えた方法。 - 前記多変量光学的素子は、前記サンプルの回帰ベクトルと実質的に相関するスペクトル特性を得るために、前記光線を選択的にフィルタにかけるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記検体は、ガス状検体、液体の検体、固体の検体、分解された検体、粉末状検体、又は乳化状検体の1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記担体流体は、前記相互作用した光線の非吸収性を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光線は、広帯域光源から放出される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定周波数において前記光線の強度を変調するステップを更に備えた、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固定周波数において検出器応答を読み取るステップを更に備えた、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記相互作用した光線は、非ゼロのスペクトル重みによって特徴付けられる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 第一の量の検体を含むサンプルと、
前記サンプルと相互作用するために、光線を放出するために配置された光源と、
前記光線の経路に配置された多変量光学的素子と、
前記サンプルから前記相互作用した光線を受け取るために配置された検出セルと
を備え、
前記検出セルは、担体流体及び第二の量の検体を含む充填流体を有し、
前記検出セルは、更に該検出セルにおける圧力振動を記録するように構成されたセンサを含み、
前記検出セルにおいて、前記サンプルに関する情報をもたらす熱波及び圧力振動を発生させるために、前記相互作用した光線の一部が、前記充填流体によって吸収される、
光音響検出システム。 - 前記多変量光学的素子は、前記サンプルの回帰ベクトルと実質的に相関するスペクトル特性を得るために、前記光線を選択的にフィルタにかけるように構成される、請求項9に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記検出セルは、前記充填流体の流れのための入口と出口を含む、請求項9に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記光源は広帯域光源である、請求項9に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記光源は、固定周波数において光線の強度を変調するように構成される、請求項9に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記センサと通信するオシロスコープを更に備え、このオシロスコープは、前記圧力振動に基づくシステム応答を与えるように構成される、請求項9に記載の光音響検出システム。
- 前記相互作用した光線は、非ゼロのスペクトル重みによって特徴付けられる、請求項14に記載の光音響検出システム。
