Description
本出願は、2008年9月15日出願日の一部継続国際出願PCT/US2008/76405であり、2007年9月14日に出願された米国予備出願60/972,543の利益を主張する。

Claims (12)
- CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb3+蛍光体、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体、Mg4GeO5.5F;Mn4+蛍光体、及び任意でBaMgAl11O17:Eu2+蛍光体を含む蛍光体ブレンドであって、該Y 2 O 3 :Eu 3+ 蛍光体を40〜70重量%、該CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb 3+ 蛍光体を20〜50重量%、該Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体を1〜20重量%、該Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体を5〜30重量%及びBaMgAl 11 O 17 :Eu 2+ 蛍光体を0〜10重量%含有するコンパクト蛍光ランプ用蛍光体ブレンド。
- CeMgAl11O19:Tb3+蛍光体20〜30重量%、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体40〜70重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体1〜5重量%、Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体10〜30重量%、及びBaMgAl11O17:Eu2+蛍光体0〜2重量%を含むコンパクト蛍光ランプ用蛍光体ブレンド。
- 前記蛍光体ブレンドは、CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb3+蛍光体27重量%、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体54重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体5重量%、Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体15重量%、及びBaMgAl11O17:Eu2+蛍光体0.1重量%未満を含む請求項2の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 前記蛍光体ブレンドは、CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb3+蛍光体26.8重量%、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体54.0重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体4.7重量%、及びMg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体14.5重量%を含む請求項3の蛍光体ブレンド。
- CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb3+蛍光体、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体、Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体、及び任意でBaMgAl11O17:Eu2+蛍光体のブレンドを含む蛍光体コーティングを有するコンパクト蛍光ランプであって、該ブレンドは、該Y 2 O 3 :Eu 3+ 蛍光体を40〜70重量%、該CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb 3+ 蛍光体を20〜50重量%、該Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体を1〜20重量%、該Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体を5〜30重量%及びBaMgAl 11 O 17 :Eu 2+ 蛍光体を0〜10重量%含むコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ランプは、相関色温度2700Kを有する光を発生する請求項5のコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ブレンドは、CeMgAl11O19:Tb3+蛍光体20〜30重量%、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体40〜70重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体1〜5重量%、Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体10〜30重量%、及びBaMgAl11O17:Eu2+蛍光体0〜2重量%を含む請求項5のコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ブレンドは、CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb3+蛍光体27重量%、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体54重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体5重量%、Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体15重量%、及びBaMgAl11O17:Eu2+蛍光体0.1重量%未満を含む請求項7のコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ブレンドは、CeMgAl 11 O 19 :Tb3+蛍光体26.8重量%、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体54.0重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体4.7重量%、及びMg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体14.5重量%を含む請求項8のコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ランプは、相関色温度2700Kを有する光を発生する請求項9のコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ブレンドは、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体50〜60重量%、CeMgAl11O19:Tb3+蛍光体25〜35重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体3〜8重量%、及びMg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体5〜15重量%を含む請求項5のコンパクト蛍光ランプ。
- 前記ブレンドは、Y2O3:Eu3+蛍光体50〜60重量%、CeMgAl11O19:Tb3+蛍光体25〜35重量%、Sr6BP5O20:Eu2+蛍光体3〜8重量%、及びMg4GeO5.5F:Mn4+蛍光体5〜15重量%を含む請求項1の蛍光体ブレンド。
