前記ワイヤレス給電を利用する携帯端末又はそのユーザを識別する識別情報を利用側IDとして、前記ユーザの決済用情報と関連付けて記憶する利用者記憶手段と、
給電の都度、給電を提供した給電装置から、その給電装置が携帯端末から受信した利用側IDと、その給電装置の提供側IDと、を受信すると共に前記携帯端末からその携帯端末の利用側ID及び充電量の情報を受信し、又は、給電を受けた携帯端末から、その携帯端末が給電装置から受信した提供側IDと、その携帯端末の利用側IDと、充電量の情報と、を受信すると共に前記給電装置から、その給電装置の提供側IDを受信する給電情報受信手段と、
前記給電装置又は前記携帯端末の一方から受信された前記提供側ID及び前記利用側IDと、他方から受信した前記利用側ID又は前記提供側IDと、を照合することで給電の事実を確認する照合確認手段と、
確認された前記給電に係る料金について、受信された前記充電量の情報と、前記提供側IDに係る前記決済用情報と、前記利用側IDに係る前記決済用情報と、に基づいて決済する料金決済手段と、
