100〜40ppm: AlIVと表す、四配位タイプのアルミニウム
40〜20ppm: AlVと表す、五配位タイプのアルミニウム
20〜−100ppm: AlVIと表す、六配位タイプのアルミニウム
アルミニウム原子は、4極核である。幾つかの分析条件(低無線周波電界:30kHz、低衝撃角度:π/2、及び水で飽和した試料)でのマジック角度回転(MAS)NMR技術が定量技術である。MAS NMRスペクトルの分解によって、様々な種類の量を直接に入手できる。スペクトルは、1Mの硝酸アルミニウム溶液に対するケミカルシフトで固定される。アルミニウムのシグナルは、ゼロppmにある。我々は、AlIV及びAlVに関して100〜20ppmの間(エリア1に対応)で、かつAlVIに関して20〜−100ppmの間(エリア2に対応)でシグナルを積分することを選択した。本発明の以下に続く説明において、八面体AlVIの割合とは、エリア2/(エリア1+エリア2)の比を意味する。

本発明のアルミナシリカは、Q2、Q3、Q3−4及びQ4タイプのケイ素の化合物である。多くの種類は、Q2タイプであり、概算で約10〜80%、好ましくは20〜60%、より好適には20〜40%である。Q3及びQ3−4の割合は、同様に大きく、2つの種類に関して概算で約5〜50%、好適には10〜40%である。

本発明による触媒に使用されるアルミナ−シリカは、好ましくは、マイクロメートル規模で均質な、かつカチオン不純物(例えばNa+)の含量が、0.1重量%未満、好ましくは0.05重量%未満、更に好ましくは0.025重量%未満であり、かつアニオン不純物(例えばSO4 2−、Cl−)の含量が、1重量%未満、好ましくは0.5重量%未満、更に好ましくは0.1重量%未満である、アルミナ−シリカである。
従って、本発明による触媒は:
シリカ(SiO2)の質量含量が15重量%を超え、かつ95重量%以下の、好ましくはシリカ含量が20重量%を超え、かつ80重量%未満、更に好ましくは25重量%を超え、かつ75重量%未満であり、かつ、下記特徴を有するアルミナ−シリカをベースとする(すなわちアルミナ及びシリカを含む)非ゼオライト担体を含む。
− アニオン不純物含量が、好ましくは1重量%未満、より好ましくは0.5重量%未満、かつ更に好ましくは0.1重量%未満であり、
− 周期表のVIB族及びVIII族の元素からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の水素化−脱水素化元素を含み、
− 金属形態又は酸化物形態のVIB族金属(単数または複数)の質量含量が、好ましくは、1〜50重量%、好ましくは1.5〜35重量%、更に好ましくは1.5〜30重量%であり、
− 金属形態又は酸化物形態のVIII族金属(複数)の質量含量が、好ましくは、0.1〜30重量%、好ましくは0.2〜25重量%、更に好ましくは0.2〜20重量%であり、
− リン、ホウ素及びケイ素からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の触媒上に付着されるドーピング元素(ドーピング元素とは、以上に記載したアルミノケイ酸塩担体の調製後に導入される元素を意味する)、好ましくはリン及び/又はホウ素、更に好ましくはリンを含み、その酸化物形状で計算されるリン、ホウ素、ケイ素の質量含量が、0.01〜5.5%、好ましくは0.1〜4%、より好ましくは0.2〜2.5%、更により好ましくは0.2〜1%であり、
− 場合により、少なくとも1種のVIIB族の元素(例えば、かつ好ましくはマンガン)を含み、かつ、酸化物又は金属形態の化合物の重量含量が、0〜20%、好ましくは0〜10%であり、
− 場合により、少なくとも1種のVB族の元素(例えば、かつ好ましくはニオブ)を含み、かつ、酸化物又は金属形態の化合物の重量含量が、0〜40%、好ましくは0〜20%であり、

本発明による触媒の水素化性能及び酸性度は、モデル分子混合物の触媒テスト(すなわちトルエンの水素化及びシクロヘキサンの異性化)によって評価され得る。
触媒は、(Vinci Technologies製作の)catatestタイプのパイロットユニットの横断固定床を有する管形反応器中動的にインシチュで硫化され、流体は、上から下に循環する。水素化及び異性化活性の測定は、加圧下での硫化直後に実行され、触媒の硫化に役立った炭化水素装入物による空気中への排出はない。

シクロヘキサンの異性化率XISOは、非転化シクロヘキサン、及びその反応生成物であるメチルシクロペンタンの濃度から、同じように計算される。トルエン水素化及びシクロヘキサン異性化反応は、我々のテスト条件において一次であり、かつ反応装置は、理想的ピストン反応装置として作動するので、触媒の水素化活性AHYD及び異性化活性AISOは、次の式を適用して計算する:

本発明による触媒は、当業者に周知であるあらゆる方法により調製され得る。
好ましい調製態様によれば、前駆体は、アルミナ−シリカのみの直接成形又は少なくとも1種の結合剤によるアルミナ−シリカの成形、次に乾燥及び焼成によって得られる。その場合、VIB及び/又はVIII族の元素、並びに場合によりリン、ホウ素、ケイ素及び場合によりVB及びVIIB族の元素から選択される元素が、前駆体又は触媒の成形前又は後に、かつ焼成前又は後に、当業者に公知のあらゆる方法によって場合により導入される。
出願人は、酸性媒体に部分的に可溶なアルミナ化合物の、完全に可溶なシリカ化合物または完全に可溶なアルミナおよびケイ酸の組み合わせとの任意の工程での出発混合物から、これを成形し、次に水熱処理または熱処理し、マイクロメートル規模、更にはナノメートル規模で均質化して得られるアルミノケイ酸担体により、水素化分解方法において特に活性な触媒を得ることができることを発見した。酸性媒体に部分的に可溶とは、出願人において、完全に可溶なシリカ化合物組み合わせの完全な添加前のアルミナ化合物が酸、例えば硝酸または硫酸の溶液と接触することによって、部分的な溶解が引き起こされることを意味する。
本発明により使用するシリカ化合物は、ケイ酸、ケイ酸ゾル、水溶性アルカリケイ酸塩、ケイ素のカチオン塩、例えば、メタケイ酸ナトリウム水和物、アンモニア形態又はアルカリ形態のLudox(登録商標)、ケイ酸第四アンモニウムからなる群から選択され得る。シリカゾルは、当業者に公知の方法により調製され得る。好ましくは、脱カチオン化されたオルトケイ酸溶液は、樹脂に対するイオン交換によって水溶性アルカリケイ酸塩から調製される。もう一つの実施態様において、シリカゾルNyacol(登録商標)又はNyacol(登録商標)のナノテクノロジーが使用されてもよい。もう一つの実施態様において、シリカ粉末Aerosil(登録商標)又はNyasil(登録商標)が使用されてもよい。
本発明により使用される完全に可溶なアルミナ−シリカ水和物は、ケイ素を含む塩基性溶液(例えば、ケイ酸ナトリウムの形の溶液)、場合によっては、アルミニウムを含む塩基性溶液(例えば、アルミン酸ナトリウムの形の溶液)の、少なくとも1種のアルミニウム塩、例えば、硫酸アルミニウムを含む酸性溶液との反応により制御される定常的操作条件(pH、濃度、温度、平均滞留時間)において、真正の共沈によって調製され得る。少なくとも1種の炭酸塩又はCO2を、場合により反応媒体に加えることができる。
本発明により使用されるアルミナ化合物は、酸性媒体に部分的に可溶である。アルミナ化合物は、一般式Al2O3・nH2Oのアルミナ化合物の群から全部又は部分的に選択される。特に、水礬土石(hydrargillite)、ギブサイト、バイヤライト、ベーマイト、擬似ベーマイト、非晶質な又は実質的に非晶質なアルミナゲルのような水和アルミナ化合物を使用できる。遷移アルミナからなり、その結晶構造の組織によって実質的に区別されるロー、カイ、エータ、ガンマ、カッパ、シータ、及びデルタの群から選択される相の少なくとも1つを含む脱水形の化合物を同様に利用できる。通常、コランダムと呼ばれるアルファアルミナは、本発明による担体中に低い割合で組み込まれ得る。

a)第1工程において、非晶質のヒドロキシ炭酸アルミニウムの洗浄した沈殿物を塩基又は塩又はこれらの混合物の酸性溶液と混合する;この混合は、ヒドロキシ炭酸に溶液を注入して行われ、このように構成された媒体のpHは、11未満である。
担体は、有利には、下記の方法の1つによって調製され得る。
担体は、当業者に公知のあらゆる技術によってアルミナ−シリカの成形によって得られ得る。成形は、例えば、押出、ペレット製造、滴状凝固(油滴)法、回転プレートでの顆粒化、又は当業者に周知の他のあらゆる方法によって実施され得る。
乾燥は、当業者に公知のあらゆる技術によって実施される。
合成後の処理は、担体の性質、特に、上記に定義したような担体均質性が改良されるように、実施され得る。
一般的に本発明による触媒は、一般的に水素の存在下、200℃を超える温度、1MPaを超える圧力で炭化水素留分の処理に使用され、空間速度は、0.1〜20h−1であり、導入される水素の量は、水素のリットル/炭化水素のリットルの容積比が、80〜5000 l/lであるようになっている。
装入物の注入に先立ち、本発明による方法において使用される触媒は、好ましくは、処理される装入物と接触させる前に、少なくとも部分的に金属種を硫化物に変換することを可能にする硫化処理を予め受ける。この硫化による活性化処理は、当業者に周知であり、かつ文献にすでに記載されたあらゆる方法によって、インシチュ、すなわち反応器内にせよ、反応器外(ex-situ)にせよ実行され得る。
非常に多様な装入物が、上記の本発明の方法によって処理され得、かつ一般的に装入物は、少なくとも20重量%、かつしばしば少なくとも80重量%の、340℃を超えて沸騰する化合物を含む。
装入物が、樹脂及び/又はアスファルテンタイプの化合物を含む場合、装入物を触媒床または水素化分解又は水素化転化触媒と異なる吸着剤に予め通過させることが好適である。
温度、圧力、水素の再循環率、時間空間速度のような操作条件は、装入物の性質、所望の生成物の質、及び精製業者が有する設備に応じて、非常に可変であり得る。水素化分解/水素化転化又は水素処理の触媒は、一般的に水素の存在下、200℃超、しばしば250〜480℃、好適には320〜450℃、より好ましくは330〜435℃の温度で、1MPa超、しばしば2〜25MPa、好ましくは3〜20MPaの圧力で上記の装入物と接触させ、空間速度は、0.1〜20h−1、好ましくは0.1〜6h−1、より好ましくは0.2〜3h−1であり、かつ導入される水素の量は、水素のリットル/炭化水素のリットルの容積比が、80〜5000 l/l、かつ多くの場合100〜2000 l/lであるようになっている。
本発明による触媒を利用する水素化分解/水素化転化法は、穏やかな水素化分解から高圧水素化分解に及ぶ圧力及び転化の領域をカバーする。穏やかな水素化分解とは、中程度、一般的に40%未満の転化率に至らせ、かつ低圧、一般的に2MPa〜6MPaで機能する水素化分解を意味する。
いわゆる一段階の水素化分解は、最初に、かつ一般的に、装入物が本来の意味での水素化分解触媒に送られる前に、特に水素化分解触媒がゼオライトを含む場合に、装入物の強度の水素化脱窒及び脱硫を実施することを目的とする、強度の水素化精製を含む。装入物のこの強度の水素化精製は、装入物のより軽質なフラクションへの限定された転化しか引き起こさず、それは不十分なままであり、かつそれ故に更に活性な水素化分解触媒に関して補わねばならない。しかしながら、いかなる分離も2つのタイプの触媒の間で介在しないことに注意すべきである。反応器から出る流出液全体は、本来の意味での水素化分解触媒に注入され、かつ形成された生成物の分離が実施されるのは、その次でしかない。「ワンススルー」とも呼ばれるこの水素化分解の形は、より強度に装入物を転化するために、反応器への非転化フラクションの再循環を有する、変形を有する。
本発明による触媒が、例えばゼオライトYをベースとする、水素化分解のゼオライト触媒の上流で使用される場合、好適には高いシリカ重量含量を有する、すなわち20〜80%、好ましくは30〜60%の触媒の組成に入る担体のシリカ重量含量で、触媒を使用する。好適には、該触媒は、水素化精製触媒と組み合わせて使用され得、水素化精製触媒は、本発明の触媒の上流に位置する。
本発明による触媒は、1つ又は複数の反応器内で単独で使用され得る。
本発明による触媒は、水素化精製ゾーン、例えば高温フラッシュ蒸発によりアンモニアの部分的除去を可能にするゾーン、及び水素化分解触媒を含むゾーンを含む、いわゆる一段階の水素化分解法でも使用され得る。中間留出物を及び場合により油ベースを生成するための、一段階の炭化水素装入物のこの水素化分解法は、水素化精製を含む少なくとも1つの第1反応ゾーン、及び第1反応ゾーンの流出液の少なくとも一部の水素化分解が行われる、少なくとも1つの第2反応ゾーンを含む。この方法は、第1ゾーンから出る流出液からのアンモニアの不完全分離を同様に含む。この分離は、好適には、中間高温フラッシュ蒸発により実行される。第2反応ゾーンで行われる水素化分解は、装入物中に存在する量よりも少ない量で、好ましくは窒素の1500重量ppm未満、より好ましくは1000重量ppm未満、更により好ましくは800重量ppm未満のアンモニアの存在下で実施される。本発明の触媒は、好ましくは、本発明の触媒の上流に位置する水素化精製触媒と組合わせて、又は組合わせずに、水素化分解の反応ゾーンで使用される。本発明による触媒は、ゼオライト触媒の上流又は下流で使用され得る。ゼオライト触媒の下流で、本発明による触媒は、HPA又はHPA前駆体を転化することを可能にする。
本発明による触媒は、
− 標準活性テストにおいて10質量%未満のシクロヘキサン転化率を有する少なくとも1種の水素化精製触媒と装入物が接触する、第1水素化精製反応ゾーン、および、
− 標準活性テストにおいて10質量%を超えるシクロヘキサン転化率を有する少なくとも1種のゼオライト水素化分解触媒と水素化精製工程から生じた流出液の少なくとも一部が接触する、第2水素化分解反応ゾーン
を含む水素化分解法で使用され得、本発明による触媒は、2つの反応ゾーンの少なくとも一方に存在する。
二段階の水素化分解は、「一段階」法のように装入物の水素化精製を実施することを目標とするが、装入物の転化率を、一般的におよそ40〜60%達成することも目標とする第1工程を含む。第1工程から生じた流出液は次に、非転化フラクションから転化生成物を分離することを目標とする、多くの場合中間分離と呼ばれる分離(蒸留)を受ける。二段階の水素化分解法の第2工程において、第1工程の際に転化されない装入物のフラクションのみが処理される。この分離によって、二段階水素化分解法は、一段階の方法よりも、中間留出物(ケロシン+ディーゼル)において選択性を向上させることが可能になる。実際、転化生成物の中間分離は、水素化分解触媒を行う第2工程においてナフサ及びガスへの「過度の分解」を回避している。その上、第2工程で処理された装入物の非転化フラクションが、一般的に非常に低いNH3及び有機窒素化合物含量、一般的に20重量ppm未満、更には10重量ppm未満を含むことに注意すべきである。
米国特許第3124418号明細書の情報により、アルミナ水和物を調製する。濾過後、新たに調製された沈殿物が、脱カチオン化樹脂に対する交換によって調製されたケイ酸溶液と混合される。2種の溶液の割合は、最終担体に対してAl2O370%−SiO230%の組成を達成するように調整される。この混合物は、硝酸の存在下、市販のコロイド状粉砕機で、粉砕機から出る懸濁液の硝酸含量が、シリカ−アルミナ混合固体に関して8%であるように迅速に均質化される。次に古典的に、懸濁液を従来のように噴霧器(atomiseur)内において300℃〜60℃で乾燥させる。このようにして調製された粉末は、無水生成物に対して3%の硝酸の存在下で、Z字形のアーム内で成形される。押出は、直径1.4mmの開口を備えたダイス鉄板にペーストを通過させることによって実施される。このようにして得られた押出物は、150℃で乾燥され、次に550℃で焼成され、次に、水蒸気の存在下に750℃で焼成する。
シリカ−アルミナの担体の組成は、Al2O371%−SiO229%である。
水酸化アルミニウム粉末は、国際公開第00/01617号パンフレットに記載された方法により調製された。レーザー粒度分析によって測定された水酸化アルミニウム粒子の平均粒子寸法は、40ミクロンである。この粉末は、脱カチオン化樹脂に対する交換によって調製されたシリカゾルに混合され、次に多孔度2の樹脂で濾過される。シリカゾル及び水酸化アルミニウム粉末の濃度は、Al2O360%及びSiO240%の最終組成が得られるように調整される。成形は、無水生成物に対して8%の硝酸の存在下で実施される。混練は、Z字形のアームの混練機でなされる。押出は、直径1.4mmの開口を備えたダイス鉄板にペーストを通過させることによって実施される。このようにして得られた押出物は、150℃で乾燥され、次に550℃で焼成され、次に、水蒸気の存在下700℃で焼成される。
シリカ−アルミナ担体の組成は、Al2O359.7%−SiO240.3%である。
触媒C1及びC6は、タングステン及びニッケル塩を包含する水溶液による、実施例1及び2に記載されたように調製された押出物形状の各担体SA2及びSA3の乾式含浸によって得られる。タングステン塩は、メタタングステン酸アンモニウム(NH4)6H2W12O40・4H2Oであり、かつニッケル塩は、硝酸ニッケルNi(NO3)2・6H2Oである。水で飽和した大気中、室温で熟成した後、含浸押出物を一晩中120℃で乾燥させ、次に乾燥空気下、500℃で焼成する。
触媒C2、C3、C4及びC5は、タングステン及びニッケル及びリン酸H3PO4の塩を包含する水溶液による、実施例1に記載されたようにして調製された押出物形状の担体SA2の乾式含浸によって得られる。タングステン塩は、メタタングステン酸アンモニウム(NH4)6H2W12O40・4H2Oであり、かつニッケル塩は、硝酸ニッケルNi(NO3)2・6H2Oである。水で飽和した大気中、室温で熟成した後、含浸押出物を一晩中120℃で乾燥させ、次に乾燥空気下、500℃で焼成する。
触媒C7、C8、C9、C10は、タングステン及びニッケル及びリン酸H3PO4の塩を包含する水溶液による、実施例2に記載されたようにして調製された押出物形状の担体SA3の乾式含浸によって得られる。タングステン塩は、メタタングステン酸アンモニウム(NH4)6H2W12O40・4H2Oであり、かつニッケル塩は、硝酸ニッケルNi(NO3)2・6H2Oである。水で飽和した大気中、室温で熟成した後、含浸押出物を一晩中120℃で乾燥させ、次に乾燥空気下、500℃で焼成する。
担体SA5及びSA4は、乾燥および焼成された押出物の形状で担体SA2及びSA3からそれぞれ調製される。冷却後、それぞれ試料SA2、SA3を、オルトケイ酸テトラエチルSi(OC2H5)4のエタノール溶液と接触させる。この接触は、撹拌して2時間、室温で実施される。次に溶剤を、減圧下で蒸発させる。次に含浸押出物を15時間120℃で乾燥させ、かつ2時間、乾燥空気流下、530℃で焼成する。このようにして得られた試料は、それぞれSA4、SA5と名付ける。触媒C11、及びC12は、タングステン及びニッケル及びリン酸H3PO4の塩を包含する水溶液による、押出物形状の担体SA4及びSA5の乾式含浸によって得られる。タングステン塩は、メタタングステン酸アンモニウム(NH4)6H2W12O40・4H2Oであり、かつニッケル塩は、硝酸ニッケルNi(NO3)2・6H2Oである。水で飽和した大気中、室温で熟成した後、含浸押出物を一晩中120℃で乾燥させ、次に乾燥空気下、500℃で焼成する。
我々は、二ホウ酸アンモニウムを包含する水溶液によって触媒C3及びC8の試料を含浸した。水で飽和した大気中、室温で熟成した後、含浸押出物を一晩中120℃で乾燥させ、次に乾燥空気下、2時間、500℃で焼成する。それぞれC13、C14と名付けられる触媒を得る。
C15、C16、C17、C18と名付けられる触媒は、次のように調製される。担体SA2及びSA3の調製の際、我々は、商標Degussa P25の酸化チタン粉末を、担体の成形の際に導入した。押出物は、最初の担体と同じ焼成処理を受ける。次に、活性相の含浸を、実施例3(C15、C17)、4(C16)、5(C18)に記載の手順により行った。
実施例1で調製された担体SA2(押出物の形状)は、ヘキサクロロ白金酸H2PtCl6溶液によって乾式含浸される。次に含浸押出物を、乾燥空気下、550℃で焼成する。白金含量0.48重量%を有する触媒C19が得られる。
実施例3〜5に記載されたように調製された触媒C1〜C18は、主要な特徴を以下に示す真空留出物の水素化分解を行うために使用される:

第2工程の装入物は、水素の存在下、温度395℃、かつ時間空間速度0.55h−1での、Axensによって市販されている水素化精製触媒による真空留出物の水素化処理によって生成される。380℃の生成物への転化は、約50重量%である。分離工程の後、380℃+のフラクションは収集され、かつ第2工程用の装入物として役立つことになる。この装入物の物理化学的特徴を、表3に示す:
触媒C22は、モリブデン及びニッケルの塩を包含する水溶液による、実施例1に記載されたようにして調製された押出物形状の担体SA2の乾式含浸によって得られる。モリブデン塩は、七モリブデン酸アンモニウムであり、かつニッケル塩は、硝酸ニッケルNi(NO3)2・6H2Oである。水で飽和した大気中、室温で熟成した後、含浸押出物を一晩中120℃で乾燥させ、次に乾燥空気下、500℃で焼成する。
実施例4に記載されたようにして調製された触媒C1、C4及びC5、並びに実施例12に記載されたようにして調製された触媒C22及びC23が、実施例10に記載された真空留出物の水素化分解を実施するために使用される。

担体SA6は、メタケイ酸ナトリウムから、かつNa2O/SiO2比=1で2リットルの反応器でアルミナ−シリカの従来の手順により調製された。対象とする含量は、シリカ75%(重量)及びアルミニウム25%である。合成は、3分で、5g/lのSiO 2 の700mlのメタケイ酸ナトリウム溶液を、30重量%の硝酸が添加されてアルミナが1.64g/lであると滴定された硫酸アルミナに導入することからなった。30分の熟成時間が、実施された。得られた沈殿物は、布を備えたフレームで濾過され、次に水で洗浄され、硝酸アンモニウムに交換され、次に水で再度洗浄された。得られた塊は、灼熱減量(perte au feu)の調整後に成形される。押出は、1.6mmのダイス鉄板を備えたピストン上で行われた。押出物は、120℃で通気した乾燥炉内に置かれ、次に横断床を有する炉内で、4時間、550℃で乾燥空気によって焼成される。担体の表面積は、240m2/gである。この担体は、75−25の組成の市販のシリカ−アルミナに完全に匹敵する。
上記の触媒C1〜C10、C23及びC24は、Catatestタイプのパイロット装置(製作者:Geomecanique社)の横断固定床を有する管形反応器中で動的にインシチュで硫化され、流体は、上から下に循環する。水素化及び異性化の活性の測定は、加圧下での硫化直後に実行され、触媒の硫化に役立った炭化水素装入物による空気中への排出はない。

- 2〜6MPaの圧力で行われ、かつ40%未満の転化率に至らせる請求項25〜30のいずれか1つに記載の水素化分解および/または水素化転化法。
- 固定床で行われる請求項25〜31のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 沸騰床で行われる請求項25〜31のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜24のいずれか1つに記載の触媒を使用する炭化水素装入物の水素化処理法。
- 水素化分解法の前段階で実施される、請求項34に記載の方法。
- 前記水素化分解法のための触媒は、ニッケル及びタングステンをベースとする請求項35に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素装入物は、
LCO(ライトサイクルオイル:接触分解装置から生じた軽油)、
常圧留出物、
真空留出物、
潤滑油のベースの芳香族抽出装置に由来するか、又は潤滑油のベースの溶剤での脱パラフィンから生じた装入物、
RAT(常圧残渣)及び/又はRSV(真空残渣)及び/又は脱アスファルト油の固定床又は沸騰床での脱硫又は水素化転化法に由来する留出物、および、
脱アスファルト油
からなる群から選択される単独またはその混合物である請求項25〜36のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 - 装入物は、水素化分解および/または水素化転化または水素化処理のための触媒と異なる触媒床上または吸着剤を予め通過する請求項25〜37のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
