Description
Claims (18)
- 共に回転する入力シャフトに結合し、前記入力シャフトは回転軸の回りに配置され、第1クラッチ係合面を形成するロータと、
前記入力シャフトの回りに配置され、回転に対し固定される界磁シェルと、
前記ロータの第1側の前記界磁シェル内に配置される導体と、
前記界磁シェルから軸方向に離間して前記界磁シェルに結合し、第1ブレーキ係合面を形成するブレーキプレートと、
前記導体の反対側の前記ロータの第2側で前記ロータと前記ブレーキプレート間に軸方向に配置され、出力部材に結合して第2クラッチ係合面及び第2ブレーキ係合面を形成するアーマチュアと、
前記ブレーキプレート及び前記アーマチュアの1つと結合し、前記アーマチュアを前記ブレーキプレートに係合させる永久磁石と、
前記ブレーキプレートと前記界磁シェル間に軸方向に配置され、少なくともその一部は、前記第1、第2のクラッチ係合面の係合時及び前記第1、第2ブレーキ係合面の係合時の摩耗からもたらされる前記ロータ、前記アーマチュア、前記ブレーキプレートの少なくとも1つの軸方向寸法の予想される減少に近似するように構成される第1軸方向寸法を有する、取り外し可能なシムとからなる回転結合装置。 - 前記シムの放射方向外側部分は軸方向に延在する、前記第1軸方向寸法より大きい第2軸方向寸法を有するリップを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記シムは前記ブレーキプレートを前記界磁シェルへ結合するファスナーを受け入れるスロットを構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記スロットは略U字形状である請求項3に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記シムの一部は前記ファスナーよりさらに放射方向内側に配置される請求項3に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記界磁シェル及び前記ブレーキプレート間に軸方向に配置されるスペーサをさらに有し、前記スペーサは前記シムに接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記界磁シェルと前記ブレーキプレート間に軸方向に配置されるスペーサをさらに有し、前記シムは前記スペーサと前記界磁シェル間に軸方向に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転結合装置。
- 共に回転する入力シャフトに結合し、前記入力シャフトは回転軸の回りに配置され、第1クラッチ係合面を形成するロータと、
前記入力シャフトの回りに配置され、回転に対し固定される界磁シェルと、
前記ロータの第1側の前記界磁シェル内に配置される導体と、
前記界磁シェルから軸方向に離間して前記界磁シェルに結合し、第1ブレーキ係合面を形成するブレーキプレートと、
前記導体の反対側の前記ロータの第2側で前記ロータと前記ブレーキプレート間に軸方向に配置され、出力部材に結合して第2クラッチ係合面及び第2ブレーキ係合面を形成するアーマチュアと、
前記ブレーキプレート及び前記アーマチュアの1つと結合し、前記アーマチュアを前記ブレーキプレートに係合させる永久磁石と、
前記ブレーキプレートと前記界磁シェル間に配置され、前記ブレーキプレートを前記界磁シェルへ移動させて前記第1クラッチ係合面、前記第2クラッチ係合面、前記第1ブレーキ係合面及び前記第2ブレーキ係合面の少なくとも1つの摩耗を調整により補償する、調整可能なスペーサとを備える回転結合装置。 - 前記調整可能なスペーサは前記界磁シェルを貫通して前記ブレーキプレートに当接し、前記界磁シェルとねじ係合するすべり軸受からなる請求項8に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記すべり軸受は比較的に高い磁気抵抗を有する材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記界磁シェル、前記すべり軸受、及び前記ブレーキプレートにおいて位置合わせされた貫通孔を貫通するファスナーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記調整可能なスペーサは圧縮可能なボディから成ることを特徴とする請求項8記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記圧縮可能なボディは比較的高い磁気抵抗を有する材料から作られることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記界磁シェル、前記圧縮可能ボディ、及び前記ブレーキプレートにおいて位置合わせされた貫通孔を貫通するファスナーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記調整可能なスペーサは変形可能なボディから成ることを特徴とする請求項8記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記ブレーキプレートと前記変形可能ボディは一体構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項15記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記変形可能ボディは弾性変形可能であることを特徴とする請求項15記載の回転結合装置。
- 前記調整可能スペーサは前記ブレーキプレートと摩擦係合するボディからなることを特徴とする請求項8記載の回転結合装置。
