Description
The present invention comprises a nipple member provided with one end capable of joining a hose, and an intermediate member provided with one end capable of being joined to the device side, between the other end of the nipple member and the other end of the intermediate member, The present invention relates to a hose joint provided with a locking mechanism that connects both members to be rotatable around an axis.
There exists
However, the hose joint described in
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hose joint having as few parts as possible in view of the problems given by the conventional hose joints exemplified above.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a hose joint that is unlikely to lose its locking ability due to rust or the like and that is easy to reduce in weight.
The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is:
A nipple member having one end to which a hose can be joined;
An intermediate member having one end that can be joined to the device side;
Between the nipple member and the intermediate member, a hose coupling provided with a locking mechanism for connecting the other ends of both members so as to be rotatable around an axis,
Both the members are made of resin, and the locking mechanism is connected to an elastic locking piece formed on one outer peripheral portion of the both members, and the elastic locking piece is engaged during the connection. A locked groove formed on the other inner peripheral surface of the two members so as to be inserted ,
The one of the two members is provided with a flange portion that can contact the other of the two members in the axial direction when the connection is completed, and the elastic locking piece extends from the flange portion. It is in the point.
In the hose joint according to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, since both the nipple member and the intermediate member are made of resin, the hose joint is reduced in weight.
In addition, since the elastic locking piece constituting the locking mechanism is also formed of resin, there is little possibility that the locking mechanism loses its locking capability due to rust even when placed in a humid environment.
Furthermore, a locking mechanism is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the other member so that the elastic locking piece is locked in response to the elastic locking piece formed on the outer peripheral portion of one member and the connection. Therefore, it is easy to ensure the cross-sectional area of the flow path as compared with a configuration in which the elastic locking piece is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the member. Further, since unevenness is hardly generated on the wall surface of the flow path, it is possible to reduce resistance and pressure loss that the fluid flowing through the flow path receives from the wall surface . Furthermore, even when an external force that bends the shaft center is applied to both the members after the completion of the connection, the flange portion and the other of the two members abut against each other, resulting in a reaction force that resists bending deformation. Therefore, there is less possibility that either or both of the members are damaged by the same external force, and the problem of insufficient strength due to resinization can be sufficiently cleared.
According to another characteristic configuration of the present invention, the intermediate member includes a male intermediate member having a male screw or a female intermediate member having a female screw, and both the male intermediate member and the female intermediate member are It has the said latching mechanism which can be latched with the said nipple member of the same shape.
If it is this structure, one kind of nipple member can be used as a common member which can be connected with both a male type | mold intermediate member and a female type | mold intermediate member. Therefore, since it is not necessary to manufacture two types of nipple members, one for a male intermediate member and one for a female intermediate member, the cost of the nipple member can be reduced. At the time of assembling the nipple member and the intermediate member, there is no erroneous operation in which the nipple member for the male intermediate member and the nipple member for the female intermediate member are mistaken. In addition, the parts that make up the hose joints can be composed of only three types: a male-type intermediate member, a female-type intermediate member, and a common nipple member. Can be simple.
Another feature of the present invention is that the locking mechanism is provided at the other end of the intermediate member, and a male fitting tube portion provided at the other end of the nipple member. And a female-type fitting cylinder portion to be fitted to the portion.
If it is this structure, since the fitting cylinder part and the to-be-fitted cylinder part are fitted in the double cylinder shape in the state after completion of the connection, an external force that temporarily folds the shaft centers of both members, or Even if an external force acting in such a direction as to shift the axial centers of the two members is applied, a reaction force that receives these external forces is generated between the fitting tube portion and the fitting tube portion. On the other hand, it is difficult for excessive stress to act.
In another aspect of the present invention, the intermediate member is a female intermediate member having a female screw, and the female intermediate member has an annular small diameter protruding inward in the radial direction between the one end and the other end. The end face of the annular small diameter part on the one end side is provided with an attachment part for a seal member that can be crimped to the end face of the male screw part screwed into the female screw of the female intermediate member. There is in point.
With this configuration, when the female intermediate member is attached to the device by screwing or the like, the pressing force applied to the packing from the end surface of the tube on the device side can be received by the annular small diameter portion. There is little risk of reaching the elastic locking piece of the member. Therefore, as compared with a configuration in which there is no annular small-diameter portion and the packing is close to the nipple member, there is no possibility that the elastic locking piece is damaged by the screwing operation, so the problem of insufficient strength due to resinization can be cleared.
According to another characteristic configuration of the present invention, an elbow-shaped auxiliary member having one end and the other end whose axial centers intersect each other can be connected between the nipple member and the intermediate member, and the auxiliary The one end of the member is connectable to the other end of the nipple member by the locking mechanism so as to be rotatable around an axis, and the other end of the auxiliary member is connected to the intermediate member by the locking mechanism. It is in the point which can be connected with an other end and an axial center so that rotation is possible.
With this configuration, the nipple member that can join the hose and the intermediate member that can be joined to the equipment side can be joined to each other so that the shaft centers intersect with each other and to the hose and the equipment side so as to be rotatable. This makes it possible to easily handle the hose connected to the device.
In another characteristic configuration of the present invention, the elastic locking piece is provided on the nipple member, and a resin material constituting the nipple member is a material having a larger yield strain than a resin material constituting the intermediate member. It is in the point used.
If it is this structure, suitable elasticity can be given with respect to an elastic locking piece by using a material with a big yield distortion for a nipple member. A material having a large yield strain generally has a small hardness, but the nipple member does not require a screw portion for connecting to a screw on the device side, so that a particularly high hardness is not necessary. On the other hand, by using a material with low yield strain but high hardness for the intermediate member, the screw part of the intermediate member for connecting to the device side screw generally made of metal such as iron should have suitable hardness. Can do.
EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, the form for implementing this invention is demonstrated, referring drawings.
A hose coupling set 50 shown in FIG. 1 includes a

As shown in FIG. 1-3, the

As shown in FIG. 1, a

(2) Second stage: When the
(3) Third stage: When the
(Linked state)
Since the surface facing the
Further, in the state where the connection is completed, the O-ring R1 that is externally fitted to the
Further, since the locking
The above description of the connection state between the
As shown in FIG. 2, the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the fitted
Similarly, in the state where the connection with the
In the state where the connection is completed, the external force in the direction of shifting the

As described above, the
