Description
Claims (6)
- 液体サンプルから得た試料を処理する装置であって、
フィルタと、
前記フィルタに隣接して配置されたスライドと、
前記液体サンプルを前記フィルタに供給するよう構成された複数の入力マイクロ流体チャネルとを具え、前記液体サンプルは、懸濁液中の粒子を含み、当該装置は、前記懸濁液から前記フィルタ上にほぼ単層の粒子からなる試料を凝集させるように構成され、各入力マイクロ流体チャネルは、長手方向の軸を有し、前記入力マイクロ流体チャネルの長手方向の軸はすべて単一平面にあり、
当該装置はさらに、
膨張可能な気嚢からなる移動機構であって、前記試料を前記フィルタから前記スライドに移動させるよう構成された移動機構を具え、
前記膨張可能な気嚢上に複数の出力マイクロ流体チャネルが設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1の装置において、さらに、
圧力源と前記複数の入力マイクロ流体チャネルとに連結されるか連結可能な液体サンプル容器と、
前記フィルタを通る流量を測定するよう構成された流量ゲージとを具えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1または2の装置において、さらに、前記複数の入力マイクロ流体チャネルに接続された染料源を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 液体サンプルから試料を処理する装置であって、
フィルタと、
前記フィルタに隣接して配置されたスライドと、
前記液体サンプルをフィルタに供給するよう構成された複数の入力マイクロ流体チャネルを含む第1の層であって、各入力マイクロ流体チャネルが長手方向の軸を有し、それらの軸がすべて単一平面にある第1の層と、
前記フィルタを通る液体を除去するよう構成された複数の出力マイクロ流体チャネルを含む第2の層と、
膨張可能な気嚢からなる移動機構であって、前記フィルタから前記スライドへと前記試料を移動させるよう構成された移動機構とを具え、
前記複数の出力マイクロ流体チャネルが、前記膨張可能な気嚢上に設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項4の装置において、前記サンプルは懸濁液中の粒子を含むとともに、前記装置は、前記懸濁液から前記粒子の空間的な分配を凝集させ、凝集させた粒子を前記スライド上に配置するよう構成されており、前記空間的な分配はほぼ単層を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4または5の装置において、さらに、
圧力源と前記複数の入力マイクロ流体チャネルとに連結されるか連結可能なサンプル容器と、
前記フィルタを通る流体の流量を測定するよう構成された流量ゲージと、
前記複数の入力マイクロ流体チャネルに接続された染料源を具えることを特徴とする装置。
