Description

The present invention provides a cushion structure that prevents kicking and stepping off and prevents slipping and scratches on the contact surface, a low-cost structure that makes effective use of material removal, a separation structure that is easy to carry, and two futons The present invention relates to a tatami mat bed having a futon drying structure.

The tatami mat bed, which has been widely used in the past, has a ventilation structure that can improve sleepability by laying a mushroom under the mattress to improve the sleepability between the floor and the mattress, and moderate hardness It has a manipulative structure that can improve low back pain by not compressing the backbone while sleeping, and also dust, moisture absorption, sweat odor, floor slippage, body temperature, etc. It is provided with a function of preventing folding and the like, having a storability by folding the slatboard in half, and further having a function of standing up in a mountain shape and drying the futon.

Specific examples of the above are, for example, having moderate hardness, facilitating the circulation of air and humidity through ventilation, moderately releasing body heat and sweat, and further helping to prevent bad odors and floor slippage, and simple There is proposed a “snowboard-like sleeping bedboard” (see Patent Document 1) that can be folded in half and is excellent in storability and can also be used as a drying tool for a saddle band or the like by being stably erected in a horse shape.

However, in the above proposal, the board-side slat-like board of the same width and the same length and the opposing inner end of the pulling-up board are foldably connected via a hinge, A support frame is provided which is folded to the back side of the board-side slat-like board via a hinge and holds the board-side slat-like board and the draw-up stool-like board in a horse shape at a predetermined inclination angle, and supports the upper end of the support frame. The loop-shaped pulling string of the support frame is looped between the two insertion holes provided in the member and the two insertion holes provided in the rotating hinge portion of the hinge, so that the breathability at bedtime and the futon drying The function can be secured, but the weight of the board-side slat-like board and the drawing-on board is heavy and heavy to carry, and cushioning materials are attached to both sides of the board. Because there is no kick It was those where there is a risk of or remove only.

In addition, it can be changed to a mountain-shaped tilted position or folded position, or a futon can be used on a bedbed in a tilted position and used as a futon drying. In addition, there has been proposed a “bed bedding” (see Patent Document 2) that can maintain an inclined posture even when a person or an object hits the bedding plate in an inclined posture.

However, in order to maintain the inclined posture in which the cocoon child has a mountain shape, the two proposals have almost the same size of the cocoon child, the connecting member that connects the cocoon child so that the posture can be freely changed between the folding posture and the use posture. A posture maintaining member that connects a predetermined position in the tilt direction of the other spear child and a predetermined position in the tilt direction of the other spear child, the other end of the posture maintaining member having one end connected to the one spear child It is provided with a locking part that can be locked and unlocked in the locked part that is provided in and a plurality of vent holes that penetrate the upper surface side plate member in the vertical direction. Breathability and futon-drying function are ensured, but because the two cocoons are connected in the same way as above, the weight is heavy and carrying is heavy labor, and cushioning materials are not attached to both sides of the cocoons, Kick It was those where there is a risk of or Italy slips.

Further, the folding bedding placing stool can be used also as a futon drying, and the folding intermediate form holding tool, and the folding intermediate form holding tool that can be used as a futon drying are also provided. A folding intermediate shape holder and a bedding placing slat used for a standing slat (see Patent Document 3) have been proposed.

However, the above proposal is provided with a plurality of slatboard plate units each having a predetermined number of wooden strips connected to each other in a juxtaposed manner with a spacing between connecting wooden strips. Is a folding intermediate shape holder used for a bedding placing ditch that is configured to be connected to each other via a flexible connecting member or a folding means such as a hinge, and a plurality of slatboard plate units can be folded together by this bending means. The both ends of the holder main body having a length that can be installed between the adjacent slatboard plate units when the bedding placing slats are formed in a mountain-shaped or valley-shaped folding state by the bending means, It is formed in a shape that can be inserted into the gap between the wooden strips of the snowboard board unit, and at both ends of the holder body, above the gap of the snowboard board unit Alternatively, a locking portion is provided to hold the adjacent slatboard plate unit in a non-opening state when it is locked to the wooden strip located below and is in the middle of folding, and the locking action by this locking portion is provided. The bedboard placing slats can be held in the folded state, thereby ensuring air permeability and a futon-drying function at bedtime. Since the units are connected, they are heavy and heavy to carry, and there are no cushions on either side of the slatboard unit, so there is a risk of kicking or stepping off.

In addition, a “futon drying and futon mating board device” (see Patent Document 4) that can dry two futons with a single futon mating board device has been proposed.

However, the above proposal is an air-permeable device used as a bed for laying a futon, and has a pair of slat-like laying boards used in combination with a set of quilts. Each laying board is made up of a pair of slats for laying a quilt and a support leg for standing the slats to be used for drying a futon. Since it is configured with a coupling means for releasably coupling the plates, it can be easily carried by separating the two slatboard plate units, but it is cushioned on both sides of the slatboard unit. Since there was no material attached, there was a risk of kicking or stepping off.

As described above, the conventional tatami mat bed is provided with air permeability, a futon-drying function and a portable function, but it is a cushion that prevents kicking and stepping off and prevents slipping and scratching of the contact surface. In addition to the structure and low-cost structure for effective use of materials, a tatami mat bed with a separation structure that is easy to carry and a futon drying structure that can dry two futons at the same time is provided. I did not come.

In view of the current situation of the tatami mat bed as described above, the present inventor has a problem that it is heavy and not easy to carry in addition to the problem of conventional kicking and stepping off, and the problem of sliding and scratching of the contact surface. Focus on the problem of not being able to dry two futons at the same time, and prevent kicking and unstepping under the idea that these problems cannot be solved at once using cheap and simple means At the same time, a cushion structure that prevents slipping and scratches on the contact surface, a low-cost structure that makes effective use of material removal, a separation structure that is easy to carry, and a futon drying structure that can dry two futons at the same time The tatami mat bed has been developed, leading to the proposal of the “tatami mat bed” in the present invention.

特開2003-33254号公報JP 2003-33254 A 特開2010-259917号公報JP 2010-259917 A 実用新案登録第3176764号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3176664 特開2005-66242号公報JP 2005-66242 A

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a cushion structure that prevents kicking and stepping off and prevents sliding and scratching of the contact surface, a low-cost structure that makes effective use of material removal, and a separation structure that is easy to carry And a tatami mat bed having a futon-drying structure capable of drying two futons at the same time.

The tatami mat bed of the present invention is made in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, and is formed in the same shape of a square, and a pair of slat plates installed at a connecting bar at a predetermined interval are horizontally connected by a connecting member. Cushion members are attached to the outer wall surfaces of either or both of the connecting bars that are installed in accordance with the icicle positions on both sides of the slatboard plate in the slatted slatted bed that is foldably connected to the state and the chevron state. The cushion member forms a cylindrical hollow portion extending in the longitudinal direction, and a means is provided in which a slit extending in the longitudinal direction is provided in a part of the outer periphery of the hollow portion.

In addition, the tatami mat bed of the present invention adopts means in which the bed width dimension of the tatami mat bed is 1000 mm or less.

Further, the tatami mat bed of the present invention is provided with a connecting bar along the longitudinal direction at the lower end of the board member on the side opposite to the side where the connecting member of the board is provided, and a cushion on the outer wall surface of the connecting bar. A means with attached members is adopted.

Further, the tatami mat bed according to the present invention forms engaging means by fitting protrusions and fitting grooves that are connectable and separable to one side end of the connecting bar on the side where the connecting member of the board is provided. At the same time, a means is adopted in which a support means that allows the futon to be dried is formed by inclining the saw board in a mountain shape inside the connecting bar on the back side of the saw board.

According to the slatted bed for tatami mats of the present invention, a pair of slatboards that are formed in the same shape of a square and are installed on a connecting bar at a predetermined interval are connected by a connecting member so as to be foldable into a horizontal state and a mountain shape. In a tatami mat bed, a cushion member is attached to one or both outer wall surfaces of the connecting rails that are installed in accordance with the icicle positions on both sides of the slat plate, so that kicking and stepping off can be performed at bedtime. In addition to being able to prevent, it has an excellent effect of preventing slippage and scratches on the contact surface such as a floor surface and a tatami surface at the same time.

According to the slatted bed for tatami mats of the present invention, the cushion member attached to the side surface of the slatted bed forms a cylindrical hollow portion extending in the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal direction is formed on a part of the outer periphery of the hollow portion. By providing a slit that extends to the side of the bed, the shock can be sufficiently absorbed even if the foot hits the side of the bed, and the screw fixing part is buried and covered by the slit. It has an excellent effect that the area where kicking and stepping off is not exposed.

Further, according to the tatami mat bed of the present invention, the cushion member forms a cylindrical hollow portion extending in the longitudinal direction, and a slit extending in the longitudinal direction is provided in a part of the outer periphery of the hollow portion. By using a commercially available foamed polyethylene cushion member, it is possible to achieve an excellent effect that safety measures are taken at an extremely inexpensive manufacturing cost.

Moreover, according to the slatted bed for tatami mats of the present invention, the width of the slatboard member is formed to be 1000 mm or less, so that the material of the slatboard member can be easily taken. For example, from a standard material having a width of 4000 mm By taking four slatboard members having a width dimension of 960 mm, effective utilization of the sawboard member and efficiency of processing man-hours can be achieved (conventionally, the width dimension of the sawboard member is 1000 mm, so the width dimension is 4000 mm. It has an excellent effect of obtaining only three pieces of material from the standard material.

According to the slatted bed for tatami mats of the present invention, a connecting bar is provided along the longitudinal direction at the lower end of the board member on the side opposite to the side where the connecting member of the board is provided, and the outer wall surface portion of the connecting bar. By attaching a cushion member to the head, a cushion structure is added also in the direction of the head and feet, and an excellent effect is obtained such that kicking and stepping off during bedtime preparation can be prevented.

Further, according to the slatted bed for tatami mats of the present invention, the engaging means by the fitting protrusion and the fitting groove which can be connected and separated are formed on one side end of the connecting bar on the side where the connecting member of the board is provided. By forming a support means that allows the futon to be dried by inclining the slat board in a mountain shape inside the connecting bar on the back side of the slat board, it is possible to save the storage space and separate it into two parts Carrying is easy, and there is an excellent effect that two futons can be dried simultaneously with a pair of slatboards.

The stool bed 1 for tatami mats according to the present invention is formed in the same rectangular shape, and a pair of slat boards 2 installed at a connecting bar 5 at a predetermined interval can be folded into a horizontal state and a mountain shape by a connecting member 4. A cushion member 7 is attached to either one or both outer wall surface portions 5a of the connecting bars 5 that are installed in accordance with the icicle positions on both sides of the slatboard plate 2, It is made of wood such as paulownia, oak, and cedar having a length of 2000 to 2100 mm, a width of 1000 mm, and a thickness of 40 to 50 mm.
Although not shown in the drawings, the semi-double and double specification tatami mat beds 1 are combined by arbitrarily shortening the bed width dimension T.

The slatboard 2 is formed in the same rectangular shape, and is formed by linking the slatboard members 3 with connecting bars 5 at a predetermined interval.

The thickness board and the width dimension are arbitrarily selected, and the lateral board L 3 has a width dimension L of, for example, 960 mm, and is formed of a rectangular plate material.

The connecting member 4 connects the pair of slatboards 2 so as to be foldable in a horizontal state and a chevron state, and in terms of material, a fitting structure using a hinge, synthetic resin, rubber, leather, wood, etc. can be considered. The tatami mat bed 1 of the present invention does not particularly specify the connecting means.

The connecting bar 5 is a square member for laying a plurality of slat plate members 3 at a predetermined interval, and a cushion member 7 is attached to one or both outer side surface portions 5a at both sides of the slat plate 2. Is done.

The cushion member 7 is attached to one or both of the outer wall surfaces 5a of the connecting bar 5 and uses an elastic foamed resin body such as polyethylene foam so that the end of the tatami mat bed 1 is attached to the end. It is used as a means to ensure safety even if it hits the tip. It also has secondary functions such as slipping of mattresses and preventing slipping and scratches on the floor and tatami.

The fastening means of the cushion member 7 is not particularly limited as long as the cushion member 7 can be attached to the outer surface portion 5a of the connecting bar 5. For example, the screw nail 6 with a pressing plate attached by expanding the slit, or the cushion member 7 adhesives, double-sided tape, and the like.

The tatami mat bed 1 constructed as described above is provided by attaching cushion members 7 to either one or both outer wall surface portions 5a of the connecting bars 5 that are installed with the icicles at both ends of the slat board 2 aligned. In addition to the conventional breathability and futon drying function, the problem of kicking and stepping off, the problem of sliding and scratching of the contact surface, the problem of not being able to effectively use the material removal, and the heavy weight carrying It is possible to provide a tatami mat bed 1 that solves the problem that it is not easy and the problem that two futons cannot be dried simultaneously.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing another embodiment of claim 1 in the tatami mat bed of the present invention, and FIG. 2 (a) is an explanatory view showing a use state of the cushion member 7.
The cushion member 7 is formed by forming a cylindrical hollow portion 7a extending in the longitudinal direction and providing a slit 7b extending in the longitudinal direction at a part of the outer periphery of the hollow portion 7a.

FIG. 2B is an enlarged explanatory view showing a specific specification example of the cushion member 7.
The cushion member 7 is, for example, a product name co-type ace 1700 manufactured by DM Nova Foam Co., Ltd., material: foamed polyethylene, thickness 11 mm × width (50) mm × height (45) mm × length 1700 mm, effective width dimension ( A partially-cured triangular attachment for architecture having 20) mm and an elastic width (10 to 40) mm can be used. In addition, () indicates an approximate dimension value.

FIG. 2 (c) is an explanatory view showing the effect on use of the cushion member 7.
Since the hollow portion 7a functions as a deformation space of about 32 mm, safety is ensured even when kicked or stepped off.

The slit 7b extends in the longitudinal direction in a part of the outer periphery of the hollow portion 7a of the cushion member 7, and the slit 7b is expanded to attach the cushion member 7 to the outer surface portion 5a of the connecting bar 5 with the screw nails 6 with a holding plate. be able to.

The cushion member 7 may be formed of a flat foamed resin material. However, when the fastening means uses an adhesive and double-sided tape, the work man-hours and the cost of the adhesive member significantly increase the manufacturing cost. It becomes.

The cushion member 7 configured as described above can pursue the safety of the tatami mat bed 1 of the present invention using a very inexpensive material by using a curing attachment marketed as a building curing material. it can.

FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of claim 2 in the tatami mat bed of the present invention, and FIG. 3 (a) is an explanatory view showing a bed width dimension T of the tatami mat bed 1.
The stool bed 1 for tatami mats according to the present invention is configured such that the lateral width L of the slatboard member 3 is 1000 mm or less.
Therefore, since the effective width dimension S of the cushion member 7 is approximately 20 mm, when the bed width dimension T of the tatami flooring mushroom bed 1 is secured to 1000 mm, the horizontal width dimension L of the mushroom board member 3 can be formed at 960 mm. it can.

In the conventional processing method, in producing the tatami mat bed 1 having a bed width dimension T of 1000 mm, when the material of the slatboard board member 3 having a lateral width L of 1000 mm is taken from a plate material having a standard material dimension of 4000 mm, In consideration of scratches and cut parts of the damaged part, the number of materials taken out of the slat board member 3 is limited to three.

Therefore, material width can be efficiently taken from the standard material by forming the width dimension L of the slatboard member 3 to 960 mm which is 1000 mm or less.
When the bed width dimension T is 1000 mm or less, the tatami mat bed 1 enters the inside of the mattress and the width becomes narrow so that the bed is sluggish and the bed width dimension T is 1000 mm or more. When the end of the stool bed 1 protrudes from the mattress, a problem of kicking or stepping off occurs.

FIG. 3 (b) is an explanatory view showing a processing step for material removal of the saw board member 3.
(1) A plate material having a standard material size of 4000 mm is prepared.
(2) The plate material is cut into four equal parts (the width dimension L is processed to 960 mm) and both ends are cut at the same time. At this time, since it can be driven by 80 mm from one end, it can be absorbed without leaving any cracks, flaws and broken parts of the material.
(3) Four slat board members 3 having a width L of 960 mm are completed.

The stool bed 1 for tatami configured as described above has a horizontal width L of 960 mm from the plate material having a standard material size of 4000 mm and the same processing man-hour as the conventional processing method by forming the horizontal width L of the slatboard plate member 3 at 960 mm. Since the material of the board member 3 can be obtained, the number of processing steps can be reduced and the material cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional case.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing an embodiment of claim 3 in the tatami mat bed of the present invention.
