Claims (8)
- 液体試料を自動分析するシステム(1)であって、
前記試料と1つ以上の試薬との間で反応を行わせ、それによって反応生成物を得る1つ以上の処理ユニット(3)と、
前記試料を前記1つ以上の処理ユニット(3)に供給する試料ユニット(7)と、
前記試料と混合する1つ以上の試薬を収容する複数の試薬容器(8)を装備する試薬ユニット(5)と、
少なくとも一部が前記試薬容器(8)と前記1つ以上の処理ユニット(3)に接続され、その間に中間分配経路を形成する複数の分配経路(13)を備えた、前記1つ以上の試薬を含む流体を分配する分配ユニット(6)と、
前記反応生成物に基づき前記試料を分析する少なくとも1つの分析ユニット(2)であって、前記反応生成物を検出する少なくとも1つの検出器(4、19)を含む分析ユニット(2)とを備え、
前記1つ以上の処理ユニット(3)のそれぞれが、
前記試薬ユニット(5)の前記試薬容器(8)から、前記分配ユニット(6)の前記中間分配経路を通じて、前記1つ以上の試薬が直接供給される第1主経路と、
前記流体を分配するために、前記第1主経路の端部に接続され、前記第1主経路に正または負圧力を生成する主ポンプと、
前記流体の流れを制御する1つ以上のオン−オフ弁とを備えるシステム。 - 前記分配ユニット(6)は、1つ以上の処理ユニット(3)と前記分配経路(13)とを接続する複数の接続ポート(24)を備える請求項1記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記分配ユニット(6)は複数のモジュラー式サブユニット(26)を具備し、そのそれぞれが1つ以上の前記処理ユニット(3)を受けるよう適合させたプラグポートとして実装される複数の接続ポート(24)を備える請求項2記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記1つ以上のオン/オフ弁は、前記分配経路(13)を開/閉する1つ以上の凍結−解凍弁である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記処理ユニット(3)は複数のサブセットを備え、そのそれぞれが少なくとも1つの処理ユニット(3)を含んでおり、各サブセットを分配経路(13)の個々のサブセットに接続した請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記分配経路(13)のそれぞれを、前記処理ユニット(3)のそれぞれに接続した請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記試薬容器(8)は複数の試薬容器のサブセットを備え、そのそれぞれが1つ以上の試薬容器を含んでおり、各サブセットを処理ユニット(3)の個々のサブセットに接続した請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(1)。
- 前記試薬容器のそれぞれを、前記処理ユニット(3)のそれぞれに接続した、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム(1)。
