Description
The present invention relates to a common mode transformer used for a conductive noise active filter for reducing conductive noise generated in power electronics equipment.
IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)などのパワー半導体デバイスの発展に伴って、インバータのスイッチング周波数が高周波化している。 With the development of power semiconductor devices such as IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor), the switching frequency of the inverter is increased. When the switching frequency is increased, the noise and vibration of the motor that is the load of the inverter is reduced and the ability to control voltage, current, torque, etc. is improved. As a result, high-frequency leakage current (common mode current) flows through the ground wire. The common mode current has a bad influence on the current control of the inverter, and may cause electromagnetic interference (EMI) such as malfunction of the earth leakage breaker.

FIG. 6 illustrates the configuration of a common mode transformer used in the conventional noise active filter. The
The conventional common mode transformer requires time and effort to insert and connect the
The present invention has been made in view of such conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a common mode transformer capable of facilitating mounting and reducing costs.

A second end projecting toward the outside of the first core part, the base end part being detachably coupled to the first arm member and the dividing element located on the other end side of the first core part. And a coupling member interposed between the distal ends of the first and second arm members, and the primary winding is wound around the coupling member. The holding members can be configured to face each other.
According to the present invention, there is no need to insert and connect the secondary winding in the middle of the power line, and it is not necessary to wind the number of secondary windings corresponding to the number of phases of the power line around the core. Become. Therefore, the practicality can be further improved by facilitating the mounting and reducing the cost.

As is well known, the
The divided voltage output from the voltage dividing /

As shown in FIG. 3, the

One end of the
A primary winding 91 is wound around the
In the present embodiment, the tenon and the tenon hole are used as means for connecting the
Thus, according to the
Furthermore, according to the
