Description
The present invention relates to a rolling apparatus.
Conventionally, the rolling apparatus which rolls a metal endless band is well-known, for example, it describes in patent document 1. FIG.
The rolling apparatus described in Patent Document 1 includes a first bearing roller and a second bearing roller on which a metal endless band (hereinafter referred to as a band) to be rolled is placed, and a second bearing roller interposed therebetween. A rolling roller and a backup roller arranged to face each other.
In the rolling apparatus, the second bearing roller and the rolling roller are pressed by pressing the second bearing roller toward the rolling roller with the backup roller in a state where the band is stretched over the first bearing roller and the second bearing roller. The band is rolled by pressing with the band sandwiched between. When the band is pressed, the backup roller supports the second bearing roller.
The backup roller is a first backup roller (corresponding to the
The rolling apparatus described above has three backup rollers. However, if the number of rollers increases, it is disadvantageous in that man-hours required for adjusting the rolling apparatus, such as adjusting the positional relationship between the rollers, are increased. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous in that the manufacturing cost of the apparatus is high.
Therefore, it is preferable that the number of rollers is small.
Accordingly, it is conceivable to reduce the number of rollers by using only the second and third backup rollers without using the first backup roller for the backup roller of the rolling apparatus.
With this configuration, since the second bearing roller is supported only by the second and third backup rollers when the band is pressed, the diameters of the second and third backup rollers are increased to increase the second and third backup rollers. It is necessary to increase the rigidity of the three backup rollers.
As shown in FIG. 7A, when the second bearing
And, when the second and
On the other hand, if the diameters of the second and
Here, the shaft connection line X that connects the shaft centers of the second bearing
When the band is pressed, the second and
As described above, when the diameters of the second and third backup rollers are increased, for example, when the second and

Therefore, even if the second and

A rolling device is provided.
The rolling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a first bearing roller and a second bearing roller over which a metal endless band is stretched, a rolling roller that rolls the metal endless band, and the second with respect to the rolling roller, A backup roller disposed at an opposing position across the bearing roller, and the second roller is pushed toward the rolling roller by the backup roller, and the second bearing roller and the rolling roller A rolling device for rolling the metal endless band by pressing between the metal endless band, wherein the backup roller has a first backup roller and a second backup roller arranged parallel to each other, The first backup roller is formed as a maximum diameter portion of the first backup roller The second backup roller has a second flange formed as a maximum diameter portion of the second backup roller, and the first flange and the second flange have an axial position. Arranged differently, the first backup roller and the second backup roller are arranged so that the outer periphery of the first flange and the outer periphery of the second flange overlap each other.

In the rolling apparatus according to claim 3, a plurality of the first flanges and the second flanges are provided, and the first backup roller is disposed between the pair of first flanges arranged on the center side in the axial direction. The part and the part between the pair of second flanges arranged on the center side in the axial direction in the second backup roller are located on the outer side in the axial direction than the pair of first flanges in the first backup roller. It is comprised as a large diameter part formed in a larger diameter than a site | part and the site | part located in an axial direction outer side rather than said pair of 2nd flange in said 2nd backup roller.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the rigidity of the roller (backup roller) which supports a band at the time of rolling can be improved, reducing the number of rollers with which a rolling apparatus is equipped, and it can suppress that a backup roller bends when a band is pressurized.
Below, rolling device 1 which is one embodiment of a rolling device concerning the present invention is explained with reference to drawings.

For example, a band 2 (an endless band made of special steel such as maraging steel) is rolled by the rolling device 1 to produce a continuously variable transmission belt (CVT belt) component.
As shown in FIG. 1, the rolling device 1 includes a total of four types of rollers: a first bearing
The rolling device 1 is configured to push the second bearing

Note that the B direction and the A direction are orthogonal to each other.

(7) As shown in FIG. 5D, the pressing means 25 moves by pushing the backup roller 13 (21, 22) in the B direction with a force “Fu1” larger than “Fp”. Thereby, the backup roller 13 (21, 22) and the
