Description
The present invention reproduces the design of a stained glass having a multilayer structure in which a plurality of glasses are stacked on a computer, and acquires shape data of glass pieces constituting the multilayer stained glass.
Conventionally, a stained glass is formed by cutting various glass plates and connecting shaped glass pieces to form a single glass, and expressing an arbitrary design by the shape and color of the glass pieces. However, because stained glass works with sharp glass fragments, there is a risk of injury. In addition, design freedom is limited because the design cannot be modified during production.
Therefore, a system (Patent Document 1) has been devised that produces stained glass-like image data by virtually reproducing the production process of stained glass on an information system.
When creating a stained glass with multiple layers of glass, the range of designs that can be expressed is wide depending on the combination of the shape and color of the stacked glass pieces, and the design is determined and the glass pieces are selected depending on the complexity of the combination. It takes a considerable amount of time.
Therefore, in the present invention, the design of the multilayer stained glass is reproduced on the computer, and the shape data of the glass pieces constituting the multilayer stained glass is acquired, thereby confirming the appearance of the multilayer stained glass and determining the design. It aims at realizing the system which can perform selection.
The present invention relates to a drawing system for drawing an arbitrary design on a computer, means for dividing a design into a set of polygons, means for determining overlapping of polygons, color information obtained by measuring the color of a glass plate, A multilayer stained glass production system comprising color information obtained by measuring a color when the glass plates are stacked.
According to the multilayer stained glass production system of the present invention, an arbitrary design is drawn on a computer, a shape of a glass piece necessary for the design is obtained, a glass plate type is selected for each glass piece, By displaying the appearance of the work reflecting the color of the glass plate and its combination, the creator can easily determine the design and select the glass piece.
According to the present invention, a producer can make a production while confirming the appearance of the multilayer stained glass on a computer, and can easily determine a design and select a glass piece.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the creator draws the first stained glass design on the computer using the drawing system.
The computer divides the drawn design into a set of polygons as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, the creator regards the polygon as a glass piece, assigns an arbitrary glass plate type to each, and checks the colors displayed on the screen by the computer.
As shown in FIG. 4, the producer confirms the appearance of the first stained glass displayed by the computer, and corrects the design and reselects the glass plate type.
As shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the creator draws the design of the second stained glass on the computer, selects the type of glass plate, and displays the appearance displayed by the computer, like the first stained glass. Confirm.
As shown in FIG. 7, the computer superimposes the design of the first stained glass and the second stained glass, and extracts an overlapped portion. The computer recognizes the extracted portion as a polygon, and searches for color information from the combination of the types of glass pieces selected with the first stained glass and the glass pieces selected with the second stained glass.
The color information obtained as a result of the search is applied to overlapping portions of the first and second stained glasses, and the appearance of the multilayer stained glass is displayed as shown in FIG.
The producer checks the appearance of the multilayer stained glass and, if necessary, redraws the design and selects the glass piece.
When the producer confirms the appearance of the multilayer stained glass and determines that it is complete, as shown in FIG. Produces multilayer stained glass using materials.
The multilayer stained glass is composed of two or more stained glasses.
