Claims (5)
- 多数の相(2a,2b,2c)を有する交流電圧線(2)の電力伝送に影響を及ぼすための装置(1)であって、それぞれ交流電圧線(2)の1つの相に接続するための1つの交流電圧端子(6a,6b,6c)と2つの接続端子(7p,7n)とを有する相モジュール(5a,5b,5c)を備え、各接続端子(7p,7n)と各交流電圧端子(6a,6b,6c)との間に相モジュールアーム(8ap,8bp,8cp,8an,8bn,8cn)が配置されていて、相モジュールアーム(8ap,8bp,8cp,8an,8bn,8cn)がサブモジュール(9)の直列回路からなり、各サブモジュール(9)がパワー半導体回路とパワー半導体回路に対して並列接続されたエネルギー蓄積器(15)とを有し、接続端子(7p,7n)が互いに接続されている装置(1)において、
パワー半導体回路が、互いにハーフブリッジ結線されたターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体(13)を有することを特徴とする装置(1)。 - 各サブモジュール(9)が、第1の接続端子(10)と、第2の接続端子(11)と、エネルギー蓄積器(15)と、2つの直列接続されたターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体(13)を含みかつエネルギー蓄積器(15)に並列接続されたパワー半導体アーム(12)とを有し、各ターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体(13)に逆極性のフリーホイールダイオード(14)が並列接続されていて、パワー半導体アームの第1のターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体(13)のエミッタと第1のターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体に付設された逆極性のフリーホイールダイオード(14)のアノードとの接続点が第1の接続端子(10)を形成し、パワー半導体アーム(12)のターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体(13)およびフリーホイールダイオード(14)の接続点が第2の接続端子(11)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(1)。
- 各サブモジュール(9)が第1の端子、第2の端子を有し、パワー半導体回路が2つの直列接続されたターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体を含みかつエネルギー蓄積器に並列接続されたパワー半導体アームを有し、各ターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体に逆極性のダイオードが並列接続されていて、パワー半導体アームの第1のターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体のコレクタと第1のターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体に付設された逆極性のダイオードのカソードとの接続点が第1の接続端子を形成し、パワー半導体アームのターンオフ制御可能なパワー半導体およびフリーホイールダイオードの接続点が第2の接続端子を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置(1)。
- 大地電位に接続された接地端子(16)および2つの接続端子(7p,7n)を有する他の相モジュール(5d)が設けられ、各接続端子(7p,7n)と接地端子(16)との間にそれぞれ相モジュールアームが(8dp,8dn)が配置されていて、各相モジュールアーム(8dp,8dn)がサブモジュール(9)の直列回路からなり、各接続端子(7p,7n)が残りの相モジュール(5a,5b,5c)の接続端子(7p,7n)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の装置(1)。
- 接地端子(16)および2つの接続端子(7p,7n)を有するコンデンサモジュール(17)が設けられ、接地端子(16)と各接続端子(7p,7n)との間にそれぞれコンデンサアームが配置されていて、各コンデンサアームが1つまたは直列接続された多数のコンデンサ(18)からなり、各接続端子(7p,7n)が相モジュール(5a,5b,5c)の接続端子(7p,7n)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の1つに記載の装置(1)。
