Description

The present invention relates to a drop-preventing device in a transmission-line insulator device that prevents a liquid, such as a solvent or a silicone resin, from dropping when a transmission-line insulator device provided in a transmission-line tower is maintained.

For insulators used in power transmission lines, maintenance work is regularly performed so that the surface is not soiled. When the surface of the insulator device is soiled, the insulating property is lowered and the withstand voltage characteristic is lowered. Therefore, silicon resin coating is implemented as a countermeasure against corona in power transmission insulators using salt dust. However, when the insulator device is exposed to wind and rain, the silicon resin is peeled off and the effect is reduced. Therefore, maintenance work such as repainting of silicon resin is performed once every several years.

When carrying out the repainting operation of the silicon resin of the insulator device, on the transmission line tower, peel off the old silicon resin applied to the surface of the insulator device with a cloth soaked with an alcohol solvent, etc. Thereafter, silicon resin is applied. When removing and applying these components, care should be taken so that the solvent and silicon resin do not drop onto private houses near the transmission line tower.

Various techniques for working such that the solvent and silicon resin do not drop have been proposed. For example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-30041 “Protective Curing Sheet Body” of Patent Document 1, a temporary protective curing for curing an arm when working at a high position on a steel tower having an arm extending horizontally in the upper part of the steel tower body. A sheet body, comprising two sheets facing each other across an arm, and two suspension frames for suspending the two sheets respectively, and each suspension frame is detachably connected to the tower main body at the base end A support member that extends horizontally or obliquely downward and at least in front of the tip of the arm in the same orientation as the arm, and is detachably connected to the tower body at a position higher than the base end of the support member, and extends obliquely downward. An upper oblique suspension member that suspends and supports the support member in the middle of the support member, and is detachably connected to the tower body at a position lower than the base end of the support member, and extends obliquely upward and in the middle of the support member At least one of the lower slant support members that support the holding member is provided, and each seat is connected to the support member of the suspension frame at the upper edge, and is suspended from the upper edge and extends below the arm at the lower edge. And the protective curing sheet body provided with the connection tool which connects two sheets mutually to the at least lower edge part of the outer edge part of a sheet | seat is proposed.

In addition, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-259937, “Paint prevention cover for paints and the like, and method for preventing the adhesion thereof”, the insulator portion of the insulator device that supports the wires installed on the steel tower while insulating them. A cover for preventing the paint from adhering to the insulator part when the steel tower is painted, and preventing the paint from adhering to the insulator device, which is hung on the line side arcing horn of the insulator device. An operation rod provided at the tip of the latching tool, and a substantially rectangular protective sheet material having an area enough to be wound around the insulator portion in order to prevent adhesion of paint or the like, and having flexibility, The protective sheet material is fixed to both ends of the operation rod, and a plurality of insertion rings attached to both side edges of the protection sheet material are inserted into the operation rods. Accordingly, we paint adhesion preventing cover of the protective sheet material is adjusted to the length of the insulators portion to the configuration was but insulator device such that the can wound around the stone portion has been proposed.

特開平11−30041号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-30041 特開2008−259937号公報JP 2008-259937 A

In general, the application and removal of silicon resin in a transmission line insulator device is a relatively short work, and since it moves to a plurality of steel towers in one day, it is a lightweight and compact drop prevention device. desirable. However, the “protective curing sheet” of Patent Document 1 is composed of a large number of parts, and the work processes such as transportation, unloading and unloading on the steel tower, assembling and dismantling increase, and the safety of the work tends to decrease. Since time and labor were required, there was a problem that it was not practical in terms of work cost.

Further, “Paint prevention adhesion cover and the like prevention method to the insulator device” of Patent Document 2 is configured to cover the protective sheet material from the upper part of the insulator device and prevent adhesion of the paint or the like. In order to prevent dropping, as in the case of applying and removing silicon resin from the insulator, it is necessary to install it in a bag shape at the bottom of the insulator, and to install an accessory device to secure the work space. There has been a problem that it is difficult to divert to a dripping prevention device such as a silicon resin solvent.

The present invention has been developed to solve such problems. That is, the object of the present invention is to make the entire device extendable and contractible so that the shape that expands and contracts according to the length of the insulator device can be held independently, and the preparation for curing is completed in a short time. In addition, it is possible to prevent dripping of silicon resin, paint, solvent, etc., and the device can be folded compactly after the work is finished, and the dripping prevention device in the transmission line insulator device that can be easily transported to mountainous areas etc. Is to provide.

Moreover, this invention is a drop prevention apparatus in the transmission line insulator apparatus which prevents the drop of liquid, such as resin and a coating material used when performing maintenance work of a transmission line insulator apparatus (i), Comprising: The said insulator apparatus ( Expanded to the same length as the longitudinal direction of i), and folded the rectangular frame material (2) and the frame material (2) receiving the liquid dropped from the insulator device (i) to the maximum extent. A drip-preventing bag (3) having the same size as the area at the time and the frame member (2) suspended on the insulator device (i), overhead wire (C), steel tower arm or steel tower (T) The frame member (2) comprises a short side frame member (5) on both sides of the short side direction, and a plurality of rod-like members (at both ends of each short side frame member (5)). 32) and two long side frame members (7) connected to each other to form a rectangular shape. The short side frame member (5) is obtained by connecting the rod-shaped member (32) to both ends of one member and attaching a corner angle adjusting plate (8) for regulating the angle. The member (7) is formed by alternately connecting the rod-shaped member (32) and the rod member for angle adjustment (34) having the angle adjusting plate portion (33) at one end of the rod-shaped member, and the short side frame. The member (5) is attached with an opening edge (4) of the drip-preventing bag (3) and a string-like member (17) for latching the suspending tool (16), and the long-side frame member (7) The opening edge (4) of the drop-preventing bag (3) is attached to each rod-like member (32) and each angle-adjusting rod-like member (34), and depending on the expansion or folding of the frame member (2), The drop-proof bag (3) is configured such that the width of the bag can be changed .

In the present invention, the dripping prevention device (1) is suspended from a steel tower (T), a brace or insulator device (i), an overhead wire (C), etc. so as to spread over the entire area below the insulator device (i). It is possible to receive various things such as solvents, silicon resin, paint drops, and tools that are easily scattered during maintenance work of the insulator device (i). In particular, for short insulator devices (i), the frame (2) is folded to shorten the overall length together with the drop-preventing bag (3), so that the overhead wire (C) and the steel tower (T) or arm metal Even when the interval is narrow, the drop prevention device (1) can be safely suspended. Conversely, for a long insulator device (i), the frame material (2) and the drip-preventing bag (3) are expanded to the maximum so that the total length of the drip-preventing device (1) is increased. Dropping in can be prevented.

Moreover, since this drop prevention apparatus (1) is a structure hooked in several places in the upper part of a steel tower (T), it is not necessary for the operator himself to hold this drop prevention apparatus (1). Therefore, the worker can perform maintenance work with a stable posture.
Since the drop-prevention device (1) has a stretchable configuration, it can be made compact, and can be transported on mountain roads with many steel towers and easily and safely to high places. .
By using this dripping prevention device (1), it is not necessary to perform curing for a large steel tower (T) or an insulator device (i) as in the prior art. Reduction.

The rod-shaped member (32) and a long-side frame member (7) composed of an angle adjusting rod-shaped member (34) having an angle adjusting plate (33) at one end of the rod-shaped member (32) are alternately connected. In the drip prevention device (31), since the rod-shaped member (32) and the angle adjusting rod-shaped member (34) do not interfere with each other, the frame member (2) can be folded more compactly. Therefore, the drop-preventing device (1) can be easily transported and can be safely transported and mounted on the upper part of the steel tower (T).

The drop prevention device in the transmission line insulator according to the present invention is such that a liquid such as a solvent or a silicone resin that is used when performing maintenance work on the transmission line insulator provided in the transmission line tower scatters and drops around. It is a device that prevents this.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a dripping prevention device in power transmission work of the present invention. 2A and 2B show a drop-preventing device according to the first embodiment, where FIG. 2A is a partially omitted plan view, and FIG. 2B is a partially omitted front view.
The drop-preventing device 1 of the first embodiment can be expanded to a length substantially the same as the longitudinal direction of the insulator device i and can be folded, and a silicon resin, a solvent, a paint, etc. that drops from the insulator device i. And a drip-proof bag 3 for receiving the liquid. The drop-preventing bag 3 has the same size as the width when the frame member 2 is fully developed. The drop prevention device 1 of the present invention attaches the opening edge 4 of the drop prevention bag 3 to the frame member 2, and changes the width of the drop prevention bag 3 to be developed by following the expansion or folding of the frame member 2. It has come to be able to do.

<Short side frame member>
The frame member 2 includes two short-side frame members 5 on both sides in the short-side direction, and two sets of long-side frame members 7 each having a plurality of connecting members 6 connected to both ends of each short-side frame member 5. It is connected to form a rectangle. For example, the short side frame member 5 is a pipe-shaped aluminum member having a length of 25 to 30 cm. A lightweight metal member is preferred so that it can be easily transported. Alternatively, a synthetic resin material having rigidity can be used.

<Corner angle adjustment plate>
FIG. 3 shows a corner angle adjusting plate of the short side frame member, where (a) is a plan view and (b) is a front sectional view.
The short side frame member 5 is provided with a corner angle adjusting plate 8 for connecting the connecting member 6 constituting the long side frame member 7 to both ends of one rod-like member and regulating the angle thereof. The corner angle adjusting plate 8 is made of a fan-shaped plate member. A connecting hole 9 is opened at a position corresponding to the fan-shaped “kaname”, and the end of the connecting member 6 is rotated by the shaft member 10. It is connected freely. The corner angle adjusting plate 8 is provided with several engaging recesses 11 along an arc shape. More precisely, several engaging recesses 11 are provided at equal distances and at equal angles with the connecting hole 9 as the center point of rotation.
For example, the corner angle adjusting plate 8 is an arc-shaped metal plate having an angle of 90 degrees. The angle is not limited to 90 degrees. The angle may be a little wider than this. Further, the engaging recess 11 may be a through-hole (not shown) when the angle adjusting plate 8 for the corner is a thin member since the ball 12 described later is stopped.

As shown in FIG. 2A, the corner angle adjusting plate 8 has the arc-shaped portion of the corner angle adjusting plate 8 facing both ends of the short side frame member 5, and one side of the straight line is a short side frame. The member 5 is fixed so as to be parallel to the linear direction. This is because the length of the lateral width of the insulator device i does not change drastically, and can be made constant. Moreover, it is because the angle adjustment of the long side frame member 7 becomes easy by fixing to the short side frame member 5 so that it may mention later.

One end of each connecting member 6 of the long side frame member 7 is rotatably attached to the connecting hole 9 of the corner angle adjusting plate 8. In this way, the connecting member 6 can be folded, and the area of the drop-preventing bag 3 is adjusted.

<Engagement of connecting member and corner angle adjustment plate>
The corner angle adjusting plate 8 regulates the folding angle of the connecting member 6 constituting the frame member 2. Therefore, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. For example, the engaging portion 13 of the connecting member 6 is one in which a spring 15 such as a coil spring and a ball 12 are sequentially accommodated in a ball hole 14 opened in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the connecting member 6. It is. The ball 12 is configured to be pushed and retracted by the elastic force of the spring 15 to the outer peripheral side of the connecting member 6. The opening of the ball hole 14 has an inner diameter shorter than the outer diameter of the ball 12 so that the spring 15 does not come off. These balls 12 and springs 15 are suitably made of a non-oxidizing material such as stainless steel.

A state in which the connecting member 6 is engaged with the corner angle adjusting plate 8, that is, a method for adjusting the angle will be described.
First, the connecting member 6 is turned around the “required” point (connecting hole 9) of the corner angle adjusting plate 8. At this time, the ball 12 of the engaging portion 13 sinks into the ball hole 14 by the spring 15, and the connecting member 6 can be rotated on the corner angle adjusting plate 8.

When the connecting member 6 is rotated to some extent, the ball 12 of the engaging portion 13 reaches the engaging recess 11, and the ball 12 is lifted by the spring 15 (jumps downward in the illustrated example) and is engaged in the engaging recess 11. Combined, it functions as a stopper. Thereby, it can fix in the position of the desired engagement recessed part 11 of the angle adjustment board 8 for corners. When it is desired to bend to another angle, the angle of the connecting member 6 with respect to the corner angle adjusting plate 8 can be varied by repeating the same operation.

<Modified example of engagement state between connecting member and corner angle adjusting plate>
The engaging portion 13 of the connecting member 6 is not limited to the configuration of the ball hole 14 in which the ball 12 and the spring 15 are housed as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. For example, instead of the ball 12, a groove may be formed in the connecting member 6 in the axial direction, and a positioning protrusion whose tip may be a sphere may be housed in the groove so as to be retractable (not shown). The positioning projection is fixed in a groove of the connecting member 6 in the groove so as to be able to protrude and retract with a rotating shaft, and the positioning protrusion is pushed out of the periphery of the connecting member 6 with a coil spring and a plate. An elastic member such as a spring is interposed between the positioning projections. This positioning projection can protrude from the outer periphery of the connecting member 6 and can be pushed into the groove. When the positioning projection protrudes with the pressing force of the elastic member, the positioning projection can be hooked on the desired engagement recess 11 of the corner angle adjusting plate 8.

As shown in FIG. 1, in addition to the opening edge 4 of the drop-preventing bag 3, a string-like member 17 that holds the hanging tool 16 is attached to each short side frame member 5. The hanging tool 16 hangs the dripping prevention device 1 of the present invention by hanging on the insulator device i, the overhead line C, the steel tower arm or the steel tower T.

<Anti-rotation stopper for corner angle adjustment plate>
A stopper 18 that prevents the connecting member 6 constituting the long side frame member 7 from coming off the corner angle adjusting plate 8 and over-rotating at the outer edge of the corner angle adjusting plate 8 of the short side frame member 5. Is preferably provided. For example, the over-rotation preventing stopper 18 is formed by raising a tongue piece on the side where the connecting member 6 is connected to a straight side connecting the connecting member 6 of the corner angle adjusting plate 8.
Alternatively, although not shown, a protrusion may be provided on a part of the straight side of the corner angle adjusting plate 8 and a protrusion that contacts the protrusion may be provided on the connecting member 6 side.

<Long-side frame member>
FIG. 4 shows an intermediate angle adjusting plate for the long side frame member, where (a) is a plan view and (b) is a front sectional view.
As shown in FIG. 4, the long side frame member 7 constituting the frame member 2 is formed by connecting a plurality of connecting members 6 with a shaft member 10. Each connecting member 6 can be bent at the shaft member 10 portion. The connecting member 6 is a pipe-shaped aluminum member having a length of 10 to 15 cm, for example. A lightweight metal member is preferable so as to facilitate transportation. Alternatively, a synthetic resin material having rigidity can be used. The length of the frame member 2 is determined depending on the number of connected members 6.

<Intermediate angle adjustment plate>
The intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 is interposed at every other place in the connecting portion of the connecting member 6. The intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 is a semi-circular plate material, and a connecting hole 20 is opened at a position corresponding to the “key” of the fan. Here, the end of each connecting member 6 is rotated by the shaft member 10. Connect freely. The intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 is provided with several engaging recesses 11 along the arc shape in substantially the same manner as the corner angle adjusting plate 8. To be precise, the engagement recesses 11 are provided at several positions at equal distances and at equal angles with the connection hole 20 as a center point of rotation.

The ball 12 of the engaging portion 13 of the connecting member 6 described above is engaged with the engaging recess 11 of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19. That is, when the connecting member 6 is rotated to some extent, the ball 12 of the engaging portion 13 reaches the engaging concave portion 11 of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19, and the ball 12 is lifted by the spring 15 (jumps downward in the illustrated example). , Engages in the engaging recess 11 and functions as a retaining stopper. Thereby, it can fix in the position of the desired engagement recessed part 11 of the angle adjustment board 19 for intermediate | middle. The angle of the two connecting members 6 can be regulated by the single intermediate angle adjusting plate 19.
In this way, the long side frame member 7 in which the plurality of connecting members 6 are connected by the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 enables the connecting member 6 to be folded and adjusts the area of the drop-preventing bag 3.

<Anti-rotation stopper for intermediate angle adjustment plate>
A stopper 18 is provided at the outer edge of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 of the long side frame member 7 to prevent the connecting member 6 of the long side frame member 7 from coming off from the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 and over-rotating. It was. On the straight side where the connecting member 6 of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 is connected, tongue pieces are raised at two locations on the side where the connecting member 6 is connected. Alternatively, a protrusion may be provided on a part of the straight side of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 and a protrusion that contacts the protrusion may be provided on the connecting member 6 side (not shown).

<Drip prevention bag>
The opening edge 4 of the drop-preventing bag 3 is attached to the short side frame member 5 and the connecting members 6 constituting the long side frame member 7. A string-like member or a belt-like member is attached to a plurality of locations on the opening edge 4 of the drop-preventing bag 3, and these are connected to the short-side frame member 5 and the long-side frame member 7 (connecting member 6) and suspended. Like that.

The drop-prevention bag 3 is a box with an open top formed with a rectangular bottom having the same width as when the frame member 2 is expanded to the maximum and a peripheral edge so as to rise from the periphery of the bottom. The material is preferably a flexible material. This is because it is necessary to deform following the folding of the frame member 2. For example, a synthetic resin sheet such as polyester, a cloth sheet, and the like are preferable. However, when carrying out the repainting operation of the silicon resin of the insulator device i, when the silicon resin is peeled off, since a waste soaked with an alcohol solvent is used, it is not damaged by these solvents. Durability is required.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drop prevention bag 3 follows the bend at the connecting portion of the connecting member 6 of the long side frame member 7 and the connecting portion of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 as shown in FIGS. A crease 21 is provided for easy processing. By attaching this crease 21, it can be folded compactly when not in use. Further, in order to increase the strength of the drop-preventing bag 3, a reinforcing wire 22 is inserted.

<Worn state>
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the drop-preventing device is mounted on a steel tower and insulator device.
The drop-preventing device 1 configured as described above extends the drop-preventing bag 3 together with the frame material 2 to the entire area below the insulator device i, and the hanging tool 16 is a tower T, a brace or insulator device i, and an overhead wire C. Suspend and hang on. In this state, maintenance work of the insulator device i is performed. Various drops such as tools, droplets of solvent, silicon resin, and paint that are scattered during the maintenance work can be received by the drop prevention bag 3. In the illustrated example, a working ladder L is hung on a transmission line (overhead line) C and a steel tower T.

As shown in FIG. 5, the dripping prevention device 1, as shown in FIG. 5, bends the frame member 2 to shorten the overall length of the dripping prevention device 1 together with the dripping prevention bag 3. Even when the space between the steel tower T and the metal brace is narrow, the dripping prevention device 1 can be safely suspended. Conversely, for long insulator devices i, the frame material 2 and the drop-preventing bag 3 are deployed to the maximum to lengthen the overall length of the drop-preventing device 1, thereby preventing drops in a wide range. Can do.

In addition, since the drop prevention device 1 is configured to be hooked at several places on the top of the steel tower T, it is not necessary for the operator himself to hold the drop prevention device 1. That is, the worker can perform maintenance work with a stable posture.

6 to 9 show a state in which the drop-preventing device is extended and contracted, FIG. 6 shows a state in which the drop-preventing device has been extended to the maximum extent, (a) is a plan view partially omitted, and (b) ) Is a partially omitted front view.
The drop-preventing device 1 of the present invention can adjust the total lengths L1 to L4 of the drop-preventing device 1 by adjusting the angle of the connecting member 6 at the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 portion. For example, when performing maintenance work on the long insulator device i, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, all the connecting members 6 of the long side frame member 7 are in a straight line state. At this time, the drop-preventing bag 3 is similarly developed to the full length L1. Since the connecting member 6 is temporarily fixed by the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19, it can be maintained at a desired length, and there is no problem that the total length L1 of the drop-preventing device 1 changes during maintenance work.

Further, when the maintenance work at one place is completed, when the frame material 2 of the drop prevention device 1 is shrunk, the peripheral portion of the drop prevention bag 3 is located between the connecting portion of the connecting member 6 of the long side frame member 7 and the intermediate portion. Since the connecting portion of the angle adjusting plate 19 has a fold line 21, it can be easily folded and can be folded compactly.

FIGS. 7A and 7B show a state in which the entire drop-preventing device is slightly shrunk, wherein FIG. 7A is a partially omitted plan view and FIG. 7B is a partially omitted front view. FIGS. 8A and 8B show a state in which the entire drop-preventing device is further shrunk, in which FIG. 8A is a partially omitted plan view, and FIG.
Next, from the state shown in FIG. 6, the angle of the connecting member 6 is changed at the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 portion. As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, the total length L2 of the drop-preventing device 1 can be slightly shortened. Furthermore, as shown to Fig.8 (a), (b), the full length L3 of the dripping prevention apparatus 1 can further be shortened. Also at this time, since the connecting member 6 is temporarily fixed by the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19, a desired length can be maintained.

FIGS. 9A and 9B show a state in which both ends of the drop-preventing device are partially shrunk, wherein FIG. 9A is a partially omitted plan view and FIG. 9B is a partially omitted front view.
Since the angle of the connecting member 6 can be freely adjusted by the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 portion, it is not always necessary to adjust all the connecting members 6 to the same angle as shown in FIGS. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the connecting member 6 can be in a straight state at the middle, and both ends can be contracted in a partially contracted state. By doing in this way, the lower part of the drop apparatus 1 can shorten the full length L4 of the drop prevention apparatus 1, maintaining the state where the width of the drop prevention apparatus 1 is wide.
When transporting or storing the drop-preventing device 1, it is further reduced from the state shown in FIG. 8 to a compact state. When not in use for a long time, the frame material 2 and the drip-proof bag 3 can be separated and stored.

<Modified example of connecting structure of connecting member and intermediate angle adjusting plate>
10A and 10B show a modification of the long side frame member of Example 1, wherein FIG. 10A is a partially omitted plan view, and FIG. 10B is a partially omitted front view. 11A and 11B show a modification of the intermediate angle adjusting plate of the long side frame member of Embodiment 1, wherein FIG. 11A is a plan view and FIG. 11B is a front sectional view.
In the modification of the first embodiment, the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 is connected to the lower side of the connecting member 6, and the adjacent connecting member 6 is connected to the lower side of the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19. This is to prevent the adjacent intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 from interfering when the drop-preventing device 1 of Example 1 is folded.

According to this modification, when the drop-preventing device 1 is used in a short form, it is not necessary to bend all the connecting members 6 in a zigzag manner, and half of the connecting members 6 are developed in a straight line, but the remaining half of the connecting members ( 6) can be used in a state of being folded closer.

12A and 12B show a drop-preventing device of Example 2, wherein FIG. 12A is a plan view of the rod-shaped member, FIG. 12B is a plan view of the angle-adjusting rod-shaped member, and FIG. It is. 13A and 13B show a drop-preventing device of Example 2, wherein FIG. 13A is a partially omitted plan view, and FIG. 13B is a partially omitted front view.
In the drop prevention device 31 in the power transmission work of the second embodiment, the long-side frame member 7 constituting the frame member 2 is different from the configuration of the first embodiment. In the long-side frame member 7 of Example 2, the rod-shaped members 32 and the angle-adjusting rod-shaped members 34 having the angle adjusting plate portion 33 having an angle adjusting function at one end of the rod-shaped members are alternately connected. In the drop prevention device 31 of the second embodiment, the angle adjusting function is given to one of the rod-shaped members, and the separate intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 as in the first embodiment is omitted. With this configuration, the number of parts is reduced, and the drop-preventing device (1) can be folded compactly without the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 interfering with each other.

<Bar member for angle adjustment>
The rod member 34 for angle adjustment of Example 2 has the semicircular angle adjustment plate part 32 at one end of the rod member. The angle adjusting plate portion 33 has a connecting hole 35 formed in a semicircular plate material at a position corresponding to the “key” of the fan, and the end portion of the rod-shaped member 32 is connected here. Furthermore, several engaging recesses 11 are provided along the arc shape in substantially the same manner as the intermediate angle adjusting plate 19 of the first embodiment. A connecting hole 36 that is simply connected to one end of the rod-shaped member 32 is opened at the other end of the angle-adjusting rod-shaped member 34.

<Bar-shaped member>
On the other hand, one end (the right side in FIG. 12A) of the rod-shaped member 32 is simply connected to the angle adjusting rod-shaped member 33 and the shaft member 10 so as to be bendable. The other end (left side in FIG. 12A) of the rod-shaped member 32 is rotatably connected to the connection hole 35 of the angle adjusting plate portion 33 of the adjacent angle adjusting rod-shaped member 34. Further, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 12C, the other end of the rod-shaped member 32 is provided with a ball 12 that can be moved in and out so as to engage with the engaging recesses 11 at several places. For example, a spring 15 such as a coil spring and a ball 12 are sequentially accommodated in a ball hole 14 opened in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the rod-shaped member 32.

<Modified example of connecting structure of connecting member and rod member for angle adjustment>
Also in the configuration of the second embodiment, the angle adjusting rod-shaped member 34 is connected to the lower side of the rod-shaped member 32, and the adjacent rod-shaped member 32 is further connected to the lower side of the angle adjusting rod-shaped member 34. This is to prevent the angle adjusting plate portion 33 of the adjacent angle adjusting rod-shaped member 34 from interfering when the droplet dropping prevention device 31 of the second embodiment is folded.

In the present invention, the drop-prevention devices 1 and 31 have a structure that can be expanded and contracted, so that the expanded and contracted shape according to the length of the insulator string of the insulator device i can be held independently, and the preparation for curing can be shortened. If it can be completed in time and dripping can be completely prevented and the dripping prevention devices 1 and 31 can be folded in a compact manner and can be easily transported to a mountainous area or the like, the embodiment of the invention described above can be achieved. Of course, the present invention is not limited, and various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The drop-preventing device in the transmission line insulator according to the present invention is not limited to the high-voltage transmission line or the substation equipment of the power generation / substation, but can be used for work using other paints, solvents, and tools at high places. it can.
