Description

The present invention relates to a film clamp apparatus that feeds a film for a predetermined length by holding a film tip that is drawn from a film roll and stands by at a predetermined position, and a film packaging apparatus including the film clamp apparatus.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a film wrapping apparatus waits for a film tip pulled out from a film roll supported in a rotatable manner at a predetermined position, and holds the film front end with a clamp of a film supply device so that the film has a predetermined length required for packaging. The product to be packaged is wrapped with the film that is fed and pulled out.
And the member which operate | moves electrically, for example, an electromagnetic solenoid, is used in order to maintain the clamp of the said film supply apparatus in a closed state (for example, refer patent document 1).

However, since the solenoid acts to hold the film while the film is being fed, the power consumption increases, so the film clamping device can reduce power consumption from the viewpoint of ecology and environmental protection these days. Development is desired.

5)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-119711 (paragraph number 0034 to step number 0040, FIG. 5)

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and an object thereof is to provide a film clamping device that can further reduce power consumption, and a film packaging device including the film clamping device. To do.

In order to achieve the above object, the film clamping device of the present invention is such that the leading end of the film drawn out from the rotatably supported film roll waits in the standby unit, the film clamping unit moves from the initial position to the standby unit, and the standby unit A film clamping device for grasping the leading edge of a film waiting for the film and pulling out the film, wherein the film clamping part is composed of an openable and closable member, and the film clamping part is provided with an operating part for controlling opening and closing, A guide part is provided in the vicinity of the standby part position to contact the operating part to open and close the film clamping part. When the film clamping part moves close to the standby part, the upper and lower members are opened, and when the film clamping part reaches the standby part A film is sandwiched (claim 1).
The film clamping portion is composed of an openable and closable upper and lower member, and both the upper and lower members may be flat plates, or one of the upper and lower members may be a hard member, and the other may be an elastic member.
The guide portion differs depending on the state of the film sandwiching portion at the initial position. For the film sandwiching portion that is closed at the initial position, the guide portion that is opened to sandwich the film and then closed is opened at the initial position. A guide portion that is closed to sandwich the film is disposed on the sandwiching portion.
That is, the opening and closing of the film clamping unit by the operation unit of the film clamping unit and the guide unit in the vicinity of the standby unit is closed at the initial position and is forcibly opened by the guide unit to clamp the film tip of the standby unit or It includes both forms that are open at the position, forcibly closed by the guide portion, and sandwiching the film front end of the standby portion.

According to the above-described means, the film holding portion composed of the upper and lower members that can be opened and closed is forcibly opened and closed by the action of the operating portion provided in the holding portion and the guide portion provided in the vicinity of the standby portion position. A supported film can be sandwiched. In other words, since the solenoid does not continue to operate in order to clamp the film during film feeding as in the prior art, the film clamping unit can suppress power consumption.

The opening / closing operation by the operating unit and the guide unit is, for example, that the operating unit is a roller, the film clamping unit moves toward the standby unit, and the guide unit guides the roller, and the film clamping unit is in an open state. Thus, when the roller exceeds the guide portion, the film clamping portion is closed to clamp the film (Claim 2).
Specifically, the openable and closable upper and lower members constituting the film clamping unit are always urged in the closing direction, and the guide unit is configured to at least connect the film clamping unit to the film standby unit via the operating unit. It is set as the structure which has the inclined surface which switches and guides from an open state to a closed state in a position (Claim 3).

According to the above means, the film clamping unit is closed at the initial position, moves from the initial position toward the standby unit, and is provided with a roller (actuating unit) provided on the film clamping unit side in the guide unit provided near the standby unit position. Part) is opened, the closed film holding part is opened, and the standby part film can be held. When the film clamping unit further moves and the roller passes through the end of the guide unit, the opened film clamping unit is automatically closed by the urging force in the closing direction to clamp the film. Moreover, since the operating portion is a roller, the roller is rotated and guided when in contact with the guide portion, and the frictional resistance is reduced. Therefore, the movement of the film clamping part can be performed easily.

Further, the film sandwiching portion is composed of upper and lower members that are normally urged in the opening direction, and the closed state of the film sandwiching portion switched by the guide portion is maintained from the vicinity of the guide portion toward the initial position. A guide plate for guiding to the initial position may be provided.

According to the above means, the film clamping unit is open at the initial position, moves from the initial position toward the standby unit while remaining open, and is provided on the film clamping unit side in the guide unit provided near the standby unit position. When the roller (actuating part) comes into contact, it is forcibly closed and the film of the standby part is sandwiched. And since the film clamping part which pinched | interposed the film is guided toward the initial position while the operation part is regulated so as to maintain the closed state by the guide plate, the film clamping part can draw out the film.

By equipping the film wrapping apparatus with the film clamp apparatus having the above configuration, at least the film can be sandwiched in the film feed without using a member that is driven by electric power such as an electromagnetic solenoid. Therefore, a packaging device that can contribute to power saving can be realized. In addition, the packaging form of the packaging apparatus is a sealed packaging apparatus in which the film to be packaged placed on the base material is covered with a drawn and stretched film, and the peripheral edge of the film is thermally welded to the base material, or the film to be packaged on the drawn and stretched film A push-up type stretch wrapping device that pushes up and wraps up a tray containing objects is not a problem.

According to the film clamping device of the present invention, the film clamping unit composed of the upper and lower members that can be opened and closed is forced by the action of the operation unit provided in the clamping unit and the guide unit provided in the vicinity of the standby unit position. The film that is opened and closed automatically and supported by the standby portion can be sandwiched. In other words, since the solenoid does not continue to operate in order to clamp the film during film feeding as in the prior art, the film clamping unit can suppress power consumption.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the roller is rotated and guided when in contact with the guide portion, and the frictional resistance is reduced. Therefore, opening / closing control of the film clamping unit can be easily performed.
Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the opening and closing of the film clamping portion and the maintenance of the film clamping state can be reliably performed without requiring a member driven by electric power such as a solenoid.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the film located in the standby portion can be securely held and pulled out by the action of the operating portion and the guide portion even in the film holding portion opened at the initial position.
Further, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, at least when the film is pulled out, the film is not continuously clamped by the film clamping portion, so that a packaging device with reduced power consumption can be provided.

It shows a state of moving toward and pulling out the film. Explanatory drawing which shows the other structure which cancels | releases the clamp state of a film clamping part.

Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a film clamp device according to the present invention will be described based on an example equipped in a seal packaging device.

The packaging apparatus A shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 places a package W on a flat base material, covers a stretch film on the package W, and the film edge outside the package W is placed on the base material. 1 shows a manual seal wrapping apparatus in which a film to be wrapped on an object W to be wrapped and drawn up and down in a sealing process is manually operated by means of heat welding on the surface and sealing wrapping.
In the packaging apparatus A, a base material placing portion 2 is horizontally supported at a predetermined height position by a pair of support legs 3 on a base 1, and further to the side of the base material placing portion 2 (right side in the drawing). A pair of mounting plates 4 are fixed upright in parallel at a predetermined interval, and a film roll disposing portion 5 is provided between the attaching plates 4 and 4 and a film roll supported on the film roll disposing portion 5 is provided below. A frame body 6 having a film clamping device B for drawing out the film, a holding portion 28 for stretching and holding the film drawn out by the film clamping device B, and a heating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31 is provided on the base material placing portion 2. On the other hand, it is attached and configured to be rotatable up and down.

The base material placing portion 2 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view using a metal plate or the like, and a peripheral frame 2a having a predetermined width for supporting and supporting the outer periphery of the base material a is supported by a spring so as to be elastically movable up and down. Yes. A heater receiving portion 31b corresponding to the heating element 31a of the sealing means 31 is attached to the peripheral frame 2a.
The heater receiving portion 31b is made of an elastic body having heat resistance, such as a rubber material, and can elastically support a film and a base material that are press-contacted via a heating element.
In addition, the base material placing portion 2 is provided with a partition frame 39 inside the depth direction so that two kinds of base materials a having different sizes can be placed, and the peripheral frame is formed above the partition frame 39 in the same manner as described above. 2a is supported so that it can be raised and lowered, and a heater receiving part is attached to the peripheral frame.

The film roll arrangement portion 5 includes two rotating rollers 11a and 11b rotatably mounted on a support 10a installed between a pair of mounting plates 4 and 4 that are erected and fixed on the base 1, and the mounting plate 4 The film roll 12 is mounted so as to be capable of rolling by a total of four rotation rollers 11a to 11d, which are rotation rollers 11c and 11d respectively attached to the supports 10b and 10c attached to each other.
The supports 10b and 10c, to which the rotating rollers 11c and 11d for supporting and supporting the rear side of the film roll 12 are attached, are inclined and attached in the direction in which the distance from the support 10a is increased. Thereby, the film 12a drawn from the film roll 12 acts so as to be separated from the outer peripheral surface of the film roll 12, and the film roll 12 is prevented from laterally moving in the axial direction, and always rolls at a predetermined position. It is configured. In addition, the support structure of the film roll in the film roll arrangement | positioning part 5 is not restricted to the four-point support structure by rotation roller 11a-11d, The general support structure supported through a shaft in the center hole of the film roll 12 may be sufficient.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, between the mounting plates 4 and 4, one side rear portion of the frame body 6 that is positioned below the film roll placement portion 5 and has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view is rotated up and down by a shaft 13. Further, the balance weight 14 is connected and fixed at a position behind the shaft support portion of the shaft 13 in the frame body 6, and one end 15 a of the gas spring 15 is connected to the left and right connection portions of the balance weight 14. The other end 15b of the gas spring 15 is connected to the upper part of the mounting plate 4 by a shaft 15c.
The balance weight 14 and the gas spring 15 are in a state in which the front part of the frame 6 (the front part from the shaft 13) is opened with respect to the base material placing part 2 (a state in which the base material and the packaged article are placed on the base material placing part) ) And the frame body 6 is rotated downward about the shaft 13, the elastic force of the balance weight 14 and the gas spring 15 becomes resistance, and the frame body 6 is closed (lowered). There is no impact.

As shown in FIG. 3, a guide roller 16 for guiding the film 12a connected to the film roll 12 in the pulling direction is attached to the shaft 13 via a one-way clutch (not shown). That is, the guide roller 16 rotates together with the rotation of the shaft 13 in the clockwise direction, and the one-way clutch is disconnected and does not rotate with respect to the rotation of the shaft 13 in the counterclockwise direction.
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, toothed pulleys 18 and 19 are fixed to the shaft end of the shaft 13 and the shaft end of the shaft 17 which is rotatably mounted on the rear portion (front side) of the frame body 6 respectively. The toothed belt 20 is wound around the toothed pulleys 18 and 19, and the shaft 13 is rotated by the movement of the toothed belt 20.
Further, the toothed belt 20 is connected to a film clamping unit 8 of a film clamping device B, which will be described later, and the guide roller 16 is driven to rotate when the film clamping unit 8 moves backward along the frame 6. It is supposed to be.

The frame 6 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view using a metal strip, and a film clamp device B is disposed at a position before the shaft 13 of the frame 6. Hereinafter, the film clamp apparatus B will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, the film clamping device B feeds the film 12a by sandwiching the leading end of the film 12a drawn from the film roll 12 and supported substantially horizontally by the film standby unit 7 together with the film standby unit 7. The clamping unit 8 and a moving unit 9 that allows the film clamping unit 8 to reciprocate in a predetermined section.

The film standby portion 7 is formed in a substantially comb-like shape in a plan view using a metal strip-like thin plate, the base side is fixed to a guide plate 21 laid horizontally on the frame body 6, and the tip side (comb-shaped side) is It projects horizontally from the guide plate 21 toward the front. Thereby, the front end side of the film standby part 7 protruding forward from the guide plate 21 is freely bent in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the movable lower plate 8b of the film clamping part 8 described later is closed for film clamping, the film standby part 7 also bends together by the closing movement of the movable lower plate 8b, so that the film is pressed against the fixed upper plate 8a, so that the film front end is securely held by the film holding portion 8.
As described above, since the film clamping unit 8 sandwiches the leading end of the film 12a together with the film standby unit 7, the leading end of the film 12a can be reliably fed.
Further, the lateral width of the film standby portion 7 has a length that can support the entire width (film width) in the width direction of the film 12a from below and can be supported substantially horizontally.

Further, the film standby portion 7 has a surface (surface) on which the film 12a is mounted and supported is subjected to a lubrication treatment such as silicone processing that makes the film 12a slip easily. Thus, when the film holding unit 8 holds and feeds the leading end of the film 12a waiting on the film standby unit 7 together with the film standby unit 7, the film 12a is smoothly separated from the surface of the film standby unit 8 to feed the film. Can be performed stably. The slip treatment (silicone processing) may be performed not only on the surface (surface) with which the film 12a comes into contact, but in that case, the film sandwiching section 8 that sandwiches the film standby section 7 feeds the film. When moving in the direction, there is little frictional resistance with the film standby part 7, and smooth movement is ensured.
A film holding plate 48 is supported upright below the front end of the film standby section 7 so as to be slidably contacted with the cutter 35 for cutting the film so as to be able to be elastically rotated in the front-rear direction. Due to the presence of the film holding plate 48, when the film 12a held and pulled out by the film holding portion 8 is cut, the film 12a below the cutter is supported substantially horizontally to ensure that the cutting is performed smoothly. When the opened film clamping unit 8 advances toward the film standby unit 7, the film holding plate 48 is rotated rearward (film standby unit side) by contact with the film clamping unit 8, and the film clamping unit 8. When the film 12a is sandwiched and separated from the film standby section 7, the original state (vertical state) is restored by the elastic force of the spring member or the like.

As shown in FIG. 6, the film holding portion 8 is clamped at the top end of the film 12a supported horizontally on the upper surface of the film standby portion 7 so as to draw out the film 12a along the lower surface of the frame 6 as shown in FIG. A movable lower plate (the other) 8b is pivotally supported on the lower side of the upper plate (one) 8a so as to be pivotable up and down by the shaft 22, and extends from the shaft 22 to the fixed upper plate 8a and the movable lower plate 8b. The spring 23 is elastically mounted. Thereby, the front end side of the movable lower plate 8b is pressed against the lower surface of the fixed upper plate 8a so that the film 12a can be attached. Then, an elastic body (for example, urethane foam) 8c is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the movable lower plate 8b so that the film can be more securely attached by the fixed upper plate 8a and the movable lower plate 8b. The elastic body 8c and the fixed upper plate 8a are attached over the entire width in the width direction so that the entire width in the width direction of the film 12a can be attached. Since the film is sandwiched by the elastic body 8c, in the case of the comb-shaped standby portion as described above, the elastic body 8c bites between the teeth, so that the film can be more securely sandwiched. . In addition, since the fixed upper plate 8a and the elastic body 8c adhere the entire width in the width direction of the film 12a, the film is sandwiched over the entire width of the film, and there is no portion where the film is not sandwiched. Absent. Further, since the film is sandwiched over the entire width of the film, it is possible to effectively use up to the end of the film. The end can be clamped.

A guide roller for forcibly opening the movable lower plate 8b closed by the elastic force of the spring 23 on the side surface of the movable lower plate 8b on the front end side (the side to which the elastic body 8c is attached). An (operation part) 24 is attached. A guide inclined plate (guide portion) 25 for guiding the guide roller 24 downward with respect to the horizontal line is disposed on the side surface of the frame 6 where the vicinity of the tip of the film standby portion 7 is located.

The guide inclined plate 25 springs the movable lower plate 8b that moves forward along the frame 6 so that the film clamping portion 8 clamps the leading end of the film 12a, and is closed at a position before the end of the forward movement. 23 is forcibly opened against the elastic force of 23, and is disposed forward and downward at a position in front of a horizontal line on a line through which the guide roller 24 attached to the outer surface of the movable lower plate 8b in the closed state passes. When the guide roller 24 comes into contact with the guide inclined plate 25 and continues to advance, the leading end side (the side on which the film is attached) of the movable lower plate 8b is moved downward about the shaft 22 so that the film standby unit 7 Positioned on the lower side, after passing through the guide inclined plate 25, it is closed by the resilient force of the spring 23, and the fixed upper plate 8a located on the upper side of the film standby part 7 is the film 12a and the front part of the film standby part 7. Wear.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, the inclined guide plate 25 is fixed in the inclined state in the direction in which the guide roller 24 abuts forward, and the guide roller 24 is guided along the lower surface of the guide inclined plate 25 and passes ( When the film clamping portion 8 switches to the backward movement (retreat) and passes through the upper surface side of the guide inclined plate 25, the inclined plate 25 faces downward so as not to hinder the movement of the guide roller 24. A spring 26 of a tension coil spring is attached so as to be able to fall down and, after passing through the guide roller 24, the fallen guide inclined plate 25 returns to the initial state (inclined state in which the guide roller 24 is guided downward in the traveling direction). Has been pulled.

As shown in FIG. 4, the moving unit 9 for reciprocating the film clamping unit 8 along the frame 6 includes a guide shaft 9a arranged from the front end to the rear end on the left and right side surfaces of the frame 6, and its guide. The sliding body 9b is slidably attached to the shaft 9a, and the handle 9c is attached to the left and right sliding bodies 9b. The sliding body 9b is disposed on the side surface of the frame body 6 and has endlessly rotating teeth. The belt 20 is connected to the lower side (return path side). Then, both side portions of the fixed upper plate 8a of the film clamping portion 8 are connected and fixed to the left and right sliding bodies 9b.
Accordingly, the sliding body 9b slides along the guide shaft 9a by being pushed or pulled by holding the handle 9c, and the film clamping portion 8 connected to the sliding body 9b slides along the frame body 6. When the forward movement (advance), the leading end of the film 12a is clamped by the opening / closing operation of the film clamping part 8. When the backward movement (retreating), the film clamping part 8 moves backward while holding the leading end of the film 12a. It is possible to draw out the necessary amount of film.

The starting position of the sliding body 9b to which the film clamping portion 8 is connected is configured by attaching a stopper 27 to the frame body 6, and further, the sliding body 9b is equipped with a magnet (not shown). Can be adsorbed and held at the starting position. Further, when the film clamping unit 8 is moved backward by operating the moving unit 9, the film withdrawal length can be adjusted by stopping the backward movement at a position before the stopper 27.

Both side edges in the width direction (left and right side edges parallel to the drawing direction of the drawn film) of the film 12a having a predetermined length drawn by the film clamping unit 8 are stretched by the holding unit 28 on the lower surface of the frame body 6. Retained.
As shown in FIG. 8, the holding portion 28 presses and holds the film 12 a against the lower surface of the frame body 6 that supports the upper surface side of the film 12 a, and is positioned on the outer side in the width direction of the frame body 6. An attachment arm 28a attached to the shaft 13 so as to be swingable up and down, a base plate 28b attached horizontally to the lower surface of the attachment arm 28a, and a position corresponding to the lower surface of the side portion of the frame 6 on the upper surface of the base plate 28b. The elastic body 28c is fixed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting arm 28 a is urged by a spring 29 in a direction in pressure contact with the moving down frame 6. The holding portion 28 is attached to the mounting arm 28a in order to stand by and hold at a slightly lower initial position (inclined upward) with respect to the initial position of the frame body 6 (a position away from the base material placement portion). One side portion (the side opposite to the side on which the base plate 28 b is attached) is in contact with a stopper 30 disposed on the base 1.
As a result, the film 12a pulled out along the lower surface of the frame body 6 by the film clamping device B is lowered by the frame body 6 about the shaft 13, and the lower surface of the frame body 6 waits at the initial position. By contacting the elastic body 28c of the film 12a via the film 12a, the side part in the width direction of the film 12a is attached by the frame body 6 and the holding part 28. When the lowering operation of the frame body 6 further proceeds, the elastic body 28c that supports the lower side of the film 12a is urged to the lower surface side of the frame body 6 by the spring 29 via the mounting arm 28a. Combined with the lowering, the side edges in the width direction of the film 12 a are firmly attached and held, and the film 12 a is stretched and held on the lower surface of the frame body 6.
The end point of the lowering operation of the frame 6 is a position where the mounting arm 28a of the holding portion 28 is substantially horizontal, and the horizontal film attachment position is from the surface on which the base material a of the base material mounting portion 2 is placed. The lower position is set (see FIG. 8B).

Further, the frame body 6 has a peripheral edge of the base material a and a film W covered on the packaging material W placed on the base material a by the lowering of the frame body 6 along the outer peripheral edge of the surface of the base material a. A heating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31 for heat welding is disposed.
The heating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31 uses a resistance wire such as a nichrome wire, and is disposed on the inner side in the horizontal direction and vertically above the film attachment position by the holding portion 28 as shown in FIG. The heater receiving portion 31b provided on the base material placing portion 2 is arranged and configured to correspond to the heater receiving portion 31b. The upper surface side of the heating element (heater) 31a (the surface opposite to the surface in contact with the film) is covered with a heat insulating material 32, and safety measures are taken to prevent burns or the like even if fingers are accidentally contacted. Yes.
The heating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31 is arranged so that the four sides of the base material a having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view can be thermally welded, but the heating element (heater) 31a corresponding to each side is independent. When it is divided, the corners where the sides intersect are not thermally welded. In order to eliminate the non-welding of the corner portions, the end portions of the heating elements may be connected to each other with a metal conductor so that the corner portions are also thermally welded.

Further, in the heat generating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31, the heat generating element (heater) 31a for heat-welding the near side in the depth direction of the base material a placed on the base material placing portion 2 is the size of the base material a. Corresponding to (depth direction), it can be moved and adjusted in the front-rear direction. As the moving mechanism, for example, ball screw mechanisms 33 are arranged on both sides in the width direction of the frame 5, and the left and right ball screw mechanisms 33 are connected by a belt 34 to be operated synchronously.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a cutter 35 is disposed on the frame body 6 so as to be able to move up and down while being positioned forward and upward from the tip of the film standby portion 7.
The cutter 35 cuts the film 12a, which is covered with the package W and is thermally welded to the periphery of the base material a, at a position outside the seal position in the depth direction, and the operation unit 36 is connected to the cutter 35, and The cutter 35 is elastically biased upward by a spring 37 away from the film 12a.

The base material a used for the seal packaging is a flat paper base material, a resin base material (for example, a film base material, a foamed resin base material, etc.), a thin wooden base material, or a laminated base material bonded with different materials. Any material, such as a material, may be used, and a surface treatment (resin laminating, coating treatment, etc.) that enables heat welding is applied to a material that is difficult to heat-weld the film. In this surface treatment, the melting point is preferably slightly lower than that of the film 12a, and the central portion may not be subjected to the surface treatment. That is, the surface treatment may not be performed on the portion where the article W is placed. The surface of the base material may be plain (white), but the product may be conspicuous by using a colored or printed pattern according to the product to be placed.
The upper surface of the base material a may be somewhat uneven. For example, a protrusion is provided at a position on the upper surface of the base material a corresponding to the heating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31, and the protrusion and the heating element (heater) 31a are in contact with each other with the film 12a interposed therebetween. You may make it improve the sealing performance (thermal welding) of 12a.

Next, the opening / closing operation and the packaging operation of the film clamp apparatus B will be described.
(1) The base material in a state where the frame body 6 is in the initial position and the film clamping portion 8 of the film clamping device B is located at the starting position of the frame body 6 (position where the sliding body 9b contacts the stopper 27). The base material a is placed on the placing portion 2, and the article W to be packaged is placed on the base material a (see FIG. 1).
(2) The film clamping unit 8 of the film clamping device B is moved forward (advanced) from the starting position toward the distal end side of the frame body 6 by holding the handle 9c of the driving unit 9. Then, the guide roller 24 mounted on the film clamping unit 8 at the position before the end point is guided downward by the guide inclined plate 25 attached to the frame body 6 side, and the movable lower plate 8b is opened and fixed with respect to the fixed upper plate 8a. The upper plate 8a is positioned above the film 12a supported on the film standby portion 7, and the movable lower plate 8b is positioned below the film standby portion 7 (see FIG. 6A).
(3) When the guide roller 24 of the film clamping unit 8 passes under the guide inclined plate 25, the movable lower plate 8b is closed by the elastic force of the spring 23, and the leading end of the film 12a and the leading end of the film standby unit 7 The parts are attached by the fixed upper plate 8a and the movable lower plate 8b. At this time, since the elastic body 8c is attached to the upper surface of the movable lower plate 8b, the elastic body 8c bites into the comb teeth of the film standby section 7 and securely attaches the film 12a (FIG. 6B and FIG. See enlarged view). That is, when the movable lower plate 8b is closed by the elastic force of the spring 23 and the elastic body 8c presses the film 12a against the fixed upper plate 8a, the movable lower plate 8b moves in an arc shape. Hits from the tip side. Thereby, since the pressing force with respect to the film 12a becomes strong, the film 12a can be grasped more reliably.
(4) The film clamping unit 8 that is attached to the front part of the film 12a and the front part of the film standby unit 7 is moved back (retracted) to the front side position of the frame 6 with the handle 9c (see FIG. 4). . The backward movement (retraction) of the film sandwiching portion 8 is carried out by sliding only the film 12 a and sliding the film roll 12 supported by the film roll arrangement portion 5 to pull out the film 12 a from the film roll 12. . When the film clamping unit 8 moves backward (retracts), the guide roller 24 causes the guide inclined plate 25 to fall down in a substantially horizontal state and passes through the upper surface. After the guide roller 24 passes through the upper surface, the inclined guide inclined plate 25 is returned to the initial state of being inclined by the tension force of the spring 26 (see FIG. 6C).

(5) The film holding portion 8 is moved back (retracted) to the initial position and the film 12a is pulled out along the lower surface of the frame 6, and then the frame 6 is pushed downward by the handle 9c. As a result, the frame body 6 rotates downward about the shaft 13, and the elastic body 28c attached to the upper surface of the base plate 28b of the holding portion 28 is elastically pressed against the lower surface of the frame body 6 in the middle of lowering. Both side edges in the width direction of 12 a are attached and held, and the film 12 a is stretched and held on the lower surface of the frame body 6.
(6) The frame body 6 on which the film 12a is stretched and held is lowered, and the film 12a is placed on the base material a placed on the base material placing portion 2 and the packaging material W stacked on the base material a, and further the frame body. 6, the heating element (heater) 31 a of the sealing means 31 is pressed against the surface of the film 12 a covering the periphery of the base material a placed on the base material placing portion 2. At this time, since the holding portion 28 that attaches the side edge in the width direction of the film 12a is positioned below the surface of the base material mounting portion 2 of the base material mounting portion 2, the film 12a is sealed (heated) to the base material a in a tensioned state. (Welding) 38 (sealing process) (see FIGS. 2, 5, and 8B).
(7) After sealing the film 12a on the periphery of the base material a, the operation part 36 of the cutter 35 is pushed downward to cut the film 12a (see FIG. 7B). The leading end of the film 12a connected to the film roll 12 is supported in a horizontal state by the film standby unit 7 and waits for the next packaging.
(8) Finally, the adhesion of the leading end of the film 12a by the film clamping unit 8 is released, and the packaged material for which sealing packaging has been completed is removed from the base material placing unit 2. Clamp release of the film clamping unit 8 is performed by using the elastic force of the spring 23 on the opposite side (rear end side) of the movable lower plate 8b that is closed by the elastic force of the spring 23, on the opposite side (front end side). Closing against the opening opens the clamping side and releases the clamped state. It should be noted that the operability is improved by providing the film clamping unit 8 with an operation unit for releasing the clamped state on the attachment side.
In this way, by using a stretch film, the film is tightly packed according to the form of the packaged object W, so that the film does not sag without using a vacuum device or the like, and has a good appearance. Can be realized with a simple configuration.
And since a film feed apparatus clamps and feeds the full width direction of a film, uniform force acts on the full width direction of a film, and a wrinkle does not generate | occur | produce on a film.

Next, another example of the film clamp device B will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same member as the member shown in the said Example 1 attaches the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.
The film clamping device B ′ shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 includes a film holding unit 40 that is open at an initial position, and an operation unit 43 provided in the film holding unit 40 and a guide unit 44 in the vicinity of the film standby unit 7. Are closed, the leading edge of the film 12a supported by the film standby section 7 is clamped, the film clamping section 40 is moved (returned) to the initial position while being held closed, and the film 12a is pulled out.

As shown in FIG. 9, the film clamping unit 40 of the film clamping device B ′ is pivotally supported by a shaft 41 so that a movable lower plate (the other) 40b can be vertically rotated on the lower side of the fixed upper plate (one) 40a. A compression spring 42 is elastically mounted across the fixed upper plate 40a and the movable lower plate 40b at a substantially intermediate position between the shaft 41 and the opening / closing side of the holding portion 40. Accordingly, the movable lower plate 40b is biased in a direction away from the lower surface of the fixed upper plate 40a, that is, in a normally open state. Then, the upper surface of the movable lower plate 40b is closed so that the movable lower plate 40b is closed against the elastic force of the compression spring 42 so that the film can be more securely attached to the fixed upper plate 40a and the movable lower plate 40b. An elastic body (e.g., urethane foam) 40c is bonded and fixed to.

Further, the movable lower plate 40b opened by the elastic force of the compression spring 42 is provided on the side surface of the movable lower plate 40b on the front end side (the side to which the elastic body 40c is attached). A guide roller (actuating portion) 43 for forcibly closing is attached. A guide inclined plate (guide portion) 44 for guiding the guide roller 43 upward with respect to the horizontal line is disposed on the side surface of the frame 6 where the vicinity of the tip of the film standby portion 7 is located.

The guide inclined plate 44 moves forward along the frame 6 so that the film clamping portion 40 clamps the leading end of the film 12a, and the movable lower plate 40b opened at a position before the end of the forward movement is compressed by a compression spring. It is forcibly closed against the elastic force of 42, and is disposed at a position in front of the horizontal line through which the guide roller 43 attached to the outer surface of the movable lower plate 40b in the open state passes.
The inclined guide plate 44 includes a first horizontal portion 44a that horizontally guides the open movable lower plate 40b, an inclined portion 44b that guides the open movable lower plate 40b in the closing direction (upward), and a film standby portion. 7 is formed in a staircase shape having a second horizontal portion 44 c that maintains a closed state in which the film 12 a supported by 7 is sandwiched between the standby portions 7.

And, in order to move (return) the film sandwiching portion 40 that has been closed at the second horizontal portion 44c of the guide inclined plate 44 in the initial position direction in the closed state (the state in which the film 12a is sandwiched), At the same height position as the second horizontal portion 44c of the guide inclined plate 44, the guide plate 45 is installed horizontally up to a position near the initial position.
The guide plate 45 extends from the vicinity of the initial position to a bent portion where the inclined portion 44b of the guide inclined plate 44 switches to the second horizontal portion 44c, and the guide roller 43 is inclined at the tip portion near the guide inclined plate 44. When the guide roller 43 rides up on the second horizontal portion 44c and moves back to the initial position, the guide roller 43 moves along the inclined portion 44b. In order to prevent it from descending, the portion directly above the inclined portion 44b is flipped up and movable. Specifically, the movable plate 45b is rotatably attached to the front portion of the guide plate main body 45a, and the movable plate 45b that is flipped up is biased by the spring 46 so as to return to the horizontal state. .
In addition, a stopper 47 that stops the movement of the guide roller 43 of the film clamping unit 40 that moves backward on the guide plate 45 toward the initial position is provided at the front end portion of the guide plate 45 so as to be movable up and down. Yes.

(図11(a)参照)。
Next, the opening / closing operation of the film clamp apparatus B ′ will be described with reference to FIGS.
(1) The film clamping unit 40 of the film clamping device B ′ is moved forward (advanced) from the starting position toward the distal end side of the frame body 6 as in the first embodiment (see FIG. 10A). During this forward movement, the film clamping unit 40 is in an open state by the elastic force of the compression spring 42, and the guide roller 43 attached to the movable lower plate 40 b moves below the lower surface of the guide plate 45.
(2) Then, the guide roller 43 mounted on the film clamping unit 40 at the position before the end point is placed on the first horizontal portion 44a of the guide inclined plate 44 attached to the frame body 6, and the closing guide by the guide inclined plate 44 is started. (See FIG. 10B)
(3) When the further movement of the further film clamping unit 40 continues, the guide roller 43 attached to the movable lower plate 40b of the film clamping unit 40 shifts from the first horizontal part 44a of the guide inclined plate 44 to the inclined part 44b. Then, the movable lower plate 40b is pushed upward against the elastic force of the compression spring 42 and starts to close (see FIG. 10C). At this time, the movable plate 45b of the guide plate 45 is flipped upward by the force by which the guide roller 43 is pushed upward by the inclined portion 44b, and the guide roller 43 is closed without being obstructed. The opened film clamping unit 40 is positioned in front of the leading end of the film 12a supported on the film standby unit 7, and the film clamping unit 40 advances to sandwich the leading end of the film standby unit 7 and the film 12a. .
(4) The guide roller 43 attached to the movable lower plate 40b of the film clamping unit 40 is guided upward by the inclined portion 44b, and rides on the second horizontal portion 44c from the upper end position of the inclined portion 44b to move the movable lower plate 40b. The closed state is forcibly established by mechanical action. (See FIG. 11 (a)). The fixed upper plate 40a and the movable lower plate 40b sandwich the leading edge of the film standby unit 7 and the film 12a.

(5) The film clamping unit 40, which is attached to the leading end of the film 12a and the leading end of the film standby unit 7, is moved back (retracted) to the stopper 47 position with the handle 9c (see FIG. 11B). The guide plate 45 is provided with a stopper 47 that can move up and down to prevent the guide roller 43 from passing the rear end of the guide plate 45. Due to the presence of the stopper 47, even when the handle 9c is moved backward in the forward direction of the frame body 6, the movement of the guide roller 43 is stopped at the position of the stopper 46, and the movable lower plate 40b is closed (upward). Therefore, the film 12a can be held between the fixed upper plate 40a and the movable lower plate 40b.
The stopper 47 protrudes above the guide plate 45 by a spring member (not shown), but the stopper 47 can be positioned below the guide plate 45 by applying a force against the spring member. Thereby, the guide roller 43 can be moved to the near side position over the rear end of the guide plate 45. In this case, since the film clamping unit 40 is always urged in the opening direction, the opening of the film clamping unit 40 that clamps the tip of the film 12a is moved from the state shown in FIG. When the guide roller 43 attached to the movable lower plate 40b is removed from the guide plate 45 by moving it (to the left in the drawing), the external force of the guide plate 45 that presses the movable lower plate 40b in the closing direction is removed. Accordingly, the film clamping unit 40 is opened by the elastic force of the compression spring 42, and the clamping of the leading end of the film 12a is released (see FIG. 9).

The backward movement (retraction) of the film clamping unit 40 is carried out by sliding only the film 12a and rolling the film roll 12 supported by the film roll disposing unit 5 to pull out the film 12a from the film roll 12. . When the film clamping unit 40 is moved backward (retracted), the guide roller 43 is guided by rolling on the guide plate 45 continuously arranged at the same height as the second horizontal portion 44c of the guide inclined plate 44. Therefore, it moves backward while maintaining the closed state and pulls out the film 12a.

Further, after the film 12a is pulled back to a predetermined position by the backward movement of the film sandwiching section 40, the frame 6 holding the film 12a is lowered and the film 12a is placed on the base material placing section 2 as in the first embodiment. The base material a placed and the packaged material W piled on the base material a are covered, and the frame 6 is further lowered to place the heating element (heater) 31a of the sealing means 31 on the base material placing portion 2. The film 12a is pressed against the surface of the film 12a covering the periphery of the placed base material a, and the film 12a is thermally welded to the base material a and packaged. And after that, the cutter 35 is driven and the film 12a connected from the film roll 12 is cut.
Further, the film 12a sandwiched between the fixed upper plate 40a and the movable lower plate 40b has the stopper 47 positioned below the guide plate 45, so that the guide roller 43 exceeds the stopper 47 and the rear of the guide plate 45. It is moved to the near side (left direction in FIG. 11B) from the end, and the nipping at the front end of the film 12a is released.

Although the present invention shows a heat-sealing type packaging device as a packaging device having the film clamp device, the present invention is not limited to this, and can be incorporated into a general push-up type packaging device today. . When the film clamp device is incorporated into a push-up type packaging device, the film drawn out by the film clamp device is stretched tightly on the packaging portion without causing slack on both sides in the width direction. Therefore, a beautiful packaging finish can be expected.

The film clamping device of the present invention and the packaging device provided with the film clamping device are not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the scope of the present invention.
(1) In the embodiment, the configuration has been shown in which the film clamping unit of the film clamping device is slid by manual operation to clamp the film and pull out the film. You may automate using an actuator etc.
(2) In the embodiment, the four-point support for the support structure of the film roll in the film roll arrangement portion has been described.
(3) In the embodiment, the seal wrapping device is shown as the wrapping device provided with the film clamp device. However, the wrapping device provided with the film clamp device of the present invention is not limited to the heat seal wrapping device, and the film clamp device. A folding plate in which the film pulled out is stretched and held on the packaging part, the packaged object is pushed up from below the film, the peripheral surface of the packaged object is covered with the film, and the periphery of the film is arranged in the packaging part It is also possible to use a push-up type packaging apparatus that folds into the bottom side of the article to be packaged.
(4) In the embodiment, the film pulled out by the film sandwiching part is moved downward with respect to the fixed base material placing part in order to cover the base material placed on the base material placing part and the object to be packaged. On the contrary, the film holding part is fixed by pulling and holding the film stretched, and the base material and the base material placing part on which the article to be packaged is moved are moved from below the film, and are wrapped, or the both are moved relative to each other. Any of these may be used. Further, the relative movement of the film clamping unit and the base material placing unit is not limited to the manual type, but may be an automatic type using a motor, a hydraulic / pneumatic actuator, or the like.
(5) In the embodiment, the configuration is shown in which the clamps on both side edges in the width direction of the film drawn out by the film clamping device (film clamping unit) are performed during the lowering operation of the frame, but immediately after the film is drawn out. In short, both sides of the film in the width direction (left and right side edges parallel to the direction of drawing out the film) are clamped and stretched when the film is put on the package W. That's fine.
(6) In the embodiment (Example 1), the film clamping portion that is normally urged in the closing direction is constituted by a compression spring arranged outside the rotation center of the movable lower plate. It is good also as a structure which replaces with the compression spring of the film clamping part shown, and arrange | positions a tension spring and is always urged | biased in the closing direction. Similarly, the film clamping portion urged in the normally open direction shown in the second embodiment may be replaced with a compression spring of the film clamping portion shown in the first embodiment, and a tension spring may be arranged.
(7) In the embodiment, one of the film clamping portions is an elastic member, but both may be elastic members. At that time, the elastic force of the upper and lower elastic members may be changed.

(8) In the embodiment (Example 2), the film clamping unit 8 is moved manually, and the guide plate 43 is provided with the stopper 47 to control the movement of the guide roller 43. However, the film clamping unit 8, when the guide shaft 9a is moved by a stepping motor, for example, the stopper is not provided, and the movement of the guide shaft 9a of the film clamping unit 8 is controlled to stop at a position corresponding to the position of the stopper. Also good. Then, the frame 6 holding the film 12a is lowered, and the film 12a is placed on the base material a placed on the base material placing portion 2 and the packaging material W stacked on the base material a, and the sealing is finished. Later, the stopped motor may be driven to open the leading end of the film 12a.
(9) In the embodiment (Example 1), the clamping of the film clamping unit 8 is performed on the side opposite to the attachment side (tip side) of the movable lower plate 8b closed by the elastic force of the spring 23. An example in which the clamping side is opened by closing the (rear end side) against the elastic force of the spring 23 to open the clamped state is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. In addition, a roller 49 is attached to the side opposite to the side where the guide roller 43 is attached on the side (tip side) where the movable lower plate 8b of the film sandwiching portion 8 is attached, and the operation plate 50 pushes down the roller 49 downward. Is driven up and down by a solenoid 51. When the film clamping unit 8 is clamping the film, the horizontal part 50 'of the operating plate 50 is positioned above the roller 49, and when the film clamp is released after the film feed is completed, the solenoid 51 is operated to operate. The plate 50 may be rotated downward about the shaft 52, and the horizontal portion 50 ′ may push the roller 49 downward to open the movable lower plate 8b and open the film clamping portion. In this case, a solenoid is used to release the clamped state of the film clamping unit. Unlike the solenoid that continues to operate during film feeding, the film is released if the solenoid operates for a short period of time. Power can be reduced.
This mechanism is not limited to a device for manually feeding a film, but can also be used for a device for automatically feeding a film using a motor or the like.
Further, the position where the solenoid is released by releasing the clamp is not limited to the end point position, and the film feed may be stopped at a desired position (position before the end point) and the solenoid may be operated at that position. Thereby, the film length to feed can be changed.
(10) In the embodiment (Example 2), the spring 42 is provided so as to open between the fixed upper plate 40a and the movable lower plate 40b. However, the spring 42 may not be provided.
