However, in the structure of the soundproof plate shown in Patent Document 1, a female screw member for fixing the bolt is disposed at a position corresponding to a hole drilled in order to insert the bolt into the soundproof plate at the construction site. When there is an obstacle at this position, it is necessary to prepare a separate soundproof plate having a shape corresponding to the obstacle.

Therefore, the present invention provides a sound-absorbing plate that can be installed and fixed in accordance with various situations at a construction site, and a construction method therefor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the sound absorbing plate according to the present invention is provided with a front plate having a large number of openings on the front side of a frame body including an upper frame and a lower frame,
A sound absorbing plate is mounted on the rear side of the front plate with a sound absorbing material housed inside the frame,
Grooves that open outwardly in the upper and lower frames are formed over the entire length along the longitudinal direction,
The groove is formed with an opening edge protruding inward,
The groove portion is a sound absorbing plate in which a fastening member can be slidably housed inside, and a fastening member can be fastened to the fastening member from the outside,
The groove formed in the upper frame is formed to open upward, the groove formed in the lower frame is formed to open downward, and the fastening member is formed from a fixing bolt,
The bolt head portion of the fixing bolt is housed inside the groove portion, and the male screw portion of the fixing bolt is attached facing outward,
Mounting brackets are respectively attached to the upper frame and the lower frame via the fixing bolts,
Each of the mounting brackets is formed having a frame contact plate portion and a construction surface contact plate portion extending perpendicularly to the frame contact plate portion,
Each of the mounting brackets is directed so that the construction surface contact plate portion is directed rearward, and the frame contact plate portion is attached in contact with the upper surface of the upper frame and the lower surface of the lower frame,
The construction surface abutment plate portion of each mounting bracket is brought into contact with the construction surface and can be fixed with a construction bolt.

According to the sound absorbing plate and the construction method thereof according to the present invention, the groove portion that opens outward is formed over the entire length along the longitudinal direction in the upper frame and the lower frame, and the fastening member is slidable inside the groove portion. Since it can be stored, it is possible to easily place the fastening member at a desired position in the longitudinal direction of the frame on which the groove is formed by sliding the fastening member along the groove. A plurality of the fastening members can be attached and arranged at desired positions.
In addition, since the opening edge of the groove portion is formed to protrude inward, the fastening member abuts on the inner side of the opening edge, and the fastening member can be attached without coming out of the groove portion.
In addition, since the fastened member can be fastened from the outside to the fastening member housed inside the groove, a mounting bracket for fixing the sound absorbing plate to the construction site is fastened with the fastened member. It can be easily attached to the sound absorbing plate by fastening with a member, and when there is an obstacle at the construction site that becomes an obstacle to fixing the mounting bracket, the fastening member is arranged at a suitable position and the attachment is performed. It can be constructed with the brackets fixed.

Further, the groove portion formed in the upper frame is formed by opening upward, and the groove portion formed in the lower frame is formed by opening downward, and the bolt head portion of the fixing bolt is stored inside the groove portion. The mounting screw is attached to the upper frame and the lower frame via the fixing bolt, and the sound absorbing plate is installed via the mounting bracket. By attaching to the surface, the sound absorbing plate is supported and fixed to the upper frame and the lower frame respectively, so the load of the sound absorbing plate on each mounting bracket is dispersed and applied to each mounting bracket and the bolt that fixes it The load is reduced.
Further, each mounting bracket is formed having a frame contact plate portion and a construction surface contact plate portion extending perpendicularly to the frame contact plate portion,
Since the frame abutting plate part is attached by being brought into contact with the upper surface of the upper frame and the lower surface of the lower frame, the load is attached to the lower frame when the upper frame of the sound absorbing plate is mounted upward. Since it is fixed so as to be received by the frame contact plate portion of the mounting bracket, the load of the sound absorbing plate is not applied to the fixing bolt attached to the groove portion of the lower frame, and the fastening is difficult to loosen. Further, in this case, although the load of the sound absorbing plate is applied to the fixing bolt attached to the groove portion of the upper frame, the load is distributed to the attachment fitting to which the lower frame is attached, and the fastening is difficult to loosen.
In addition, the construction surface abutment plate portion of each mounting bracket is directed rearward, and the construction surface abutment plate portion of each mounting bracket is abutted against the construction surface so that it can be fixed with bolts. When the construction surface abutting plate portion of each of the mounting brackets is brought into contact with a wall body or a column to be fixed and fixed with a bolt, the load on the bolt is applied perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the male screw. Is suppressed, and the fastening is difficult to loosen.

According to the sound absorbing plate and its construction method of the present invention, it is possible to install and fix the sound absorbing plate corresponding to various situations in the construction place.

Each groove portion 21 provided in each of the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 2b is formed to have a size capable of accommodating the bolt head 91 of the fixing bolt 9 therein, and each opening formed on both edges thereof. The edge 22 is formed such that the width of the gap is slightly larger than the diameter of the male thread portion 92 of the fixing bolt 9.
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the fixing bolt 9 has its bolt head portion 91 slidably housed inside the groove portion 21, and the male screw portion 92 projects downward from the gap between the respective opening edges 22. And attached to the lower frame 2b. Since the width of the gap between each opening edge 22 is formed slightly larger than the diameter of the male screw portion 92 of the fixing bolt 9, the bolt head 91 is brought into contact with the inner surface of each opening edge 22, Even if the fixing bolt 9 is slid along the groove 21, the bolt head 92 does not come out of the groove 21.
The fixing bolts 9 are used for fixing the mounting bracket 4 to be described later. In the present embodiment, two fixing bolts 9 are used for each mounting bracket 4, so that a necessary number of fixing bolts 9 are attached to the mounting bracket 4. It attaches to the groove part 21 before attachment.

Next, in the fixing bolt insertion hole 43 of the mounting bracket 4 in which the construction surface contact plate portion 42 is directed so that the frame contact plate portion 41 is oriented in the horizontal direction and extends downward from the rear thereof. The male threaded portion 92 of the fixing bolt 9 attached to the lower frame 2b is inserted, the frame abutting plate 41 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the lower frame 2b, and the nut N is screwed to the male threaded portion 92 from below, The mounting bracket 4 is fixed to the lower frame 2b.
In the upper frame 2a, only the vertical direction of the fixing bolt 9 and the mounting bracket 4 is reversed from the above method, and the frame abutting plate portion 41 is applied to the upper surface of the upper frame 2a based on the above method. The mounting bracket 4 is fixed to the upper frame 2a by contact.
6A and 6B show an embodiment of the sound absorbing plate 1 to which the mounting bracket 4 is attached. FIG. 6A is a plan view, FIG. 6B is a front view, and FIG. 6C is a side view. 6 shows a state in which three metal fittings 4 are attached to the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 2b of the sound absorbing plate 1 of FIG.

In the present embodiment, the construction surface abutment plate portion 42 of each mounting bracket 4 is attached with the surface direction oriented in the same direction as the surface of the front plate 5 of the sound absorbing plate 1. For this reason, when it is desired to install the sound absorbing plate 1 along existing wall surfaces or tunnel ceilings to be erected, the construction surface contact plate portion 42 of the mounting bracket 4 is brought into contact with these wall surfaces or ceiling surfaces. Then, a construction bolt can be inserted into the construction bolt insertion hole 44 formed in this, and screwed to an anchor nut or the like embedded in the construction surface in advance, so that the sound absorbing plate 1 can be installed and fixed on the construction surface.

Since the fixing bolt 9 to be fixed is slidably attached along the groove portion 21, the attachment fitting 4 attached via the male screw portion 92 is fixed at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the upper frame 2a and the lower frame 2b. Can be made. For this reason, there are obstacles such as electrical wiring, reinforcing members such as reinforced concrete reinforcing bars, joints of concrete, and the like that contact the mounting bracket 4 and fixing the construction bolts at the construction site where the sound absorbing plate 1 is fixed. Even when the fixing bolt 9 is slid, the position of the mounting bracket 4 can be changed by sliding the fixing bolt 9 to easily avoid the obstacle.
Further, in this embodiment, the bolt head 91 of the fixing bolt 9 as the fastening member is accommodated in the groove portion 21 and the nut N as the member to be fastened is fastened. A nut N as a member may be slidably stored, and a fixing bolt 9 as a member to be fastened may be screwed to the female screw portion from the outside of the groove portion 21. By forming the groove portion 21 so that the bolt head 91 of the fixing bolt 9 can be slidably accommodated therein, the nut N can be slidably accommodated in the groove portion 21 as described above. Further, when storing the nut N in the groove portion 21, a concave groove capable of storing a male screw that can be screwed into the female screw of the nut N is further formed in the center of the bottom surface of the groove portion 21 so as to be further depressed in the bottom direction. The end of the male screw threaded on the nut N is not brought into contact with the bottom surface of the groove portion 21, so that it is possible to perform firm fastening using the entire area of the female screw portion.

Further, each mounting bracket 4 is fixed with its frame abutting plate portion 41 abutting against the upper surface of the upper frame 2a or the lower surface of the lower frame 2b. For example, the frame contact plate 41 of the mounting bracket 4 attached to the lower frame 2b supports the lower surface of the lower frame 2b to support the load. In the fastening member such as the fixing bolt 9, when a tensile force acts on the male screw portion 92, the male screw portion 92 extends in the process of use, and the possibility that the fastening force is lost and the fastening is easily loosened increases. The male screw portion 92 of the fixing bolt 9 attached to the lower frame 2b is not subject to the tensile force due to the load of the sound absorbing plate 1, so that the male screw portion 92 is difficult to extend and the fastening with the fixing bolt 9 is difficult to loosen. Made. Further, although the load of the sound absorbing plate 1 is applied to the male thread portion 92 of the fixing bolt 9 attached to the groove portion 21 of the upper frame 2a, the load is distributed and reduced by the mounting bracket 4 attached to the lower frame 2b. The male screw portion 92 of the fixing bolt 9 is difficult to extend and the fastening thereof is difficult to loosen.
Also, in this case, with respect to the construction bolt that is inserted through the construction bolt insertion hole 44 of the mounting bracket 4, the load of the sound absorbing plate 1 is applied in the radial direction of the male screw portion, and does not apply in the direction of extending the male screw portion. It will be difficult to loosen.

Further, in the mounting bracket 4 of the present embodiment, the length of the frame abutting plate portion 41 in the front-rear direction is longer than the thickness of the sound absorbing plate 1, and the construction surface abutting plate portion 42 abuts the construction surface. Thus, when the sound absorbing plate 1 is constructed, a gap is provided between the rear portion of the sound absorbing plate 1 and the construction surface. Thereby, even if an obstacle such as an electric wiring exists on the surface of the construction surface, the construction can be performed without contacting the rear portion of the sound absorbing plate 1.
