Description
次に、本発明の本発明の防蟻シートの使用例について説明する。本実施形態では、まず、土またはスラグなどの土壌3の中に基礎2を埋設する。この基礎2としては、布基礎やベタ基礎、ブロック塀などがある。
表1に示す種類および厚みの樹脂シートおよび各金属シートをエマルション型接着剤で貼り合わせて、実施例防蟻シート1〜12および比較例防蟻シート1〜3を調製した。実施例防蟻シートおよび比較例防蟻シートの積層構造および各樹脂層、各金属層の厚みを表1に示す。
合成樹脂:PET:ポリエチレンテレフタレート
EVA:エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体
PE:高密度ポリエチレン
PVC:ポリ塩化ビニル
OPP:2軸延伸ポリプロピレン
ONY:2軸延伸ナイロン
PS:ポリスチレン
採用金属:Al:高純度アルミニウム(JIS H 4170 圧延)
Ag:銀(JIS H 2141 圧延)
Cu:銅(JIS H 2123 無酸素形銅 1種 ビレット)
Fe:鉄(JIS G 0203 純鉄)
Zn:亜鉛(JIS H 2107 圧延)
ST:ステンレス鋼(SUS 403 冷間圧延)
社団法人日本木材保存協会規格第14号1992「土壌処理用防蟻剤の防蟻効力試験方法」に基づいて試験を行った。すなわち、内径約5cm、高さ12cmのガラス円筒容器2本を、各ガラス円筒容器の底面から約2cmの所で、内径約1.5cm、長さ約10cmのガラス管(両端の摺り合わせ部分を除いた透明部の長さが5cmで、5mm毎に目盛りをつけたもの)で連結したものを試験容器とし、一方のガラス円筒容器には3gのアカマツ砕片を、他方のガラス円筒容器には無処理乾燥土壌を入れた。また無処理土壌側のガラス管の端に、供試防蟻シートを貼り付けた。次いで、無処理乾燥土壌を入れたガラス円筒容器にイエシロアリの職蟻100頭と兵蟻10頭を投入し、21日後に各供試防蟻シートの状態を観察した。その結果を表2に示す。
イエシロアリに代えてヤマトシロアリを用いる以外は試験例1と同様の方法で、ヤマトシロアリに対する防蟻効果確認試験を行なった。その結果を表3に示す。

Claims (5)
- 蟻酸に接触することにより腐蝕電流と金属イオンを生ずるアルミニウム、銀、銅、鉄、亜鉛、ステンレス鋼から選ばれた少なくとも1種の金属層が、ポリエステル、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリオレフィンおよびポリ塩化ビニルから選ばれた少なくとも1種の合成樹脂シートの間に被覆状態に積層一体化されて成り、かつ、化学薬剤を含有しないことを特徴とする防蟻シート。
- 合成樹脂シートにて形成された3層以上の樹脂層の各々の間に、各金属層が挟入状態に積層一体化されており、かつ、外層を成す上下面が樹脂シートで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防蟻シート。
- 金属層が高純度で無孔性のアルミ箔シートにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防蟻シート。
- 金属層がアルミ蒸着により稠密に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防蟻シート。
- 金属層が銅箔シートにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防蟻シート。
