Description
a)分離カラムを製作工場で事前に製作する工程と、
b)付属部品を固定するための平行六面体、円筒、又は楕円筒形状の枠体からなる少なくとも一つの配管橋絡モジュールを分離カラムの外周面に取り付ける工程と、
c)分離カラムをその主軸心が実質的に水平となるように気体分離設備の建設現場に置き、この水平状態のままの分離カラムの上半分の外周面上で一つ以上の配管橋絡モジュールに付属部品を少なくとも部分的に取り付ける工程と、
d)建設現場においてケーシングの全高の少なくとも一部を縦向き姿勢で下部から事前構築し、ケーシングの上部は開放状態のままに残しておく工程と、
e)水平状態で付属部品が取り付けられた分離カラムを縦向き姿勢に直立させ、この縦向き姿勢の分離カラムを開放状態のケーシング上部からケーシング内に導入する工程と、
f)その後、ケーシングの残余部分の構築を行ってケーシング上部を閉鎖する工程とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。

Claims (7)
- 分離カラム(1)と該分離カラムを取り囲むケーシングとを備え、該分離カラム(1)にはその長手方向の主軸心に沿って配管、流体送入部と送出部、弁類、又は機器類のいずれか一つ以上からなる付属部品が装着される形式の気体分離設備の組立方法において、
a)分離カラム(1)を製作工場で事前に製作する工程と、
b)前記付属部品を固定するための平行六面体、円筒、又は楕円筒形状の枠体からなる少なくとも一つの配管橋絡モジュール(2a、2b、2c、2d)を分離カラムの外周面に取り付ける工程と、
c)分離カラム(1)をその主軸心が実質的に水平となるように気体分離設備の建設現場に置き、この水平状態のままの分離カラム(1)の上半分の外周面上で一つ以上の配管橋絡モジュール(2a、2b、2c、2d)に前記付属部品を少なくとも部分的に取り付ける工程と、
d)前記建設現場において前記ケーシングの全高の少なくとも一部を縦向き姿勢で下部から事前構築し、該ケーシングの上部は開放状態のままに残しておく工程と、
e)水平状態で前記付属部品が取り付けられた分離カラム(1)を直立させて縦向き姿勢とし、この縦向き姿勢の分離カラムを前記開放状態のケーシング上部からケーシング内に導入する工程と、
f)その後、前記ケーシングの残余の部分の構築を行ってケーシング上部を閉鎖する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする気体分離設備の組立方法。 - 分離カラム(1)をケーシング上部からケーシング内へ導入する前に、前記ケーシングの全高の3分の1から2分の1に達する高さ部分を事前構築し、該ケーシングの上部は開放状態のままに残しておくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組立方法。
- 分離カラム(1)が直立されて縦向き姿勢でケーシング内に導入される前に、水平状態の分離カラム(1)の上半分の外周面上で前記配管、流体送入部と送出部、弁類、又は機器類のいずれか一つ以上からなる付属部品の全てを前記配管橋絡モジュール(2a、2b、2c、2d)に完全に取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組立方法。
- 分離カラム(1)が直立されて縦向き姿勢でケーシング内に導入される前の水平状態にあるときに、分離カラム(1)に関する圧力試験、品質検査、又は溶接シームに関するX線透過試験を行う工程を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組立方法。
- 複数の配管橋絡モジュール(2a、2b、2c、2d)を分離カラム(1)の主軸心と平行な軸線に沿って6〜8mの一定間隔を開けて該分離カラム(1)の外周面に取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組立方法。
- 配管橋絡モジュール(2a、2b、2c、2d)に対して、前記付属部品のうちケーシング外部から操作を加えることの可能なフランジ付き部品の周囲を取り囲んで内側に断熱材で満たされない容積部分を形成するための隔壁を装着する工程を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の組立方法。
- 分離カラム(1)を空気分離カラムによって形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組立方法。
