Description
図1を参照して、駆動装置101は、ブリッジダイオード(1次側整流回路)BD1と、コンデンサC1と、NチャネルMOSトランジスタ(スイッチング素子)Q1と、トランスT1と、抵抗R3,R4と、バイアス回路21と、スイッチング制御回路22と、電圧監視回路23と、2次側整流平滑回路24とを備える。トランスT1は、1次巻線L1と、2次巻線L2と、補助巻線L3とを含む。バイアス回路21は、ダイオードD1と、コンデンサC2と、抵抗R1,R2とを含む。2次側整流平滑回路24は、ダイオードD2と、コンデンサC3とを含む。コンデンサC1は、電解コンデンサと比べて長寿命かつ小容量のコンデンサであり、たとえばセラミックコンデンサである。
Claims (4)
- 負荷に電力を供給する駆動装置であって、
商用交流電源から受けた100Vの交流電圧を整流するダイオードブリッジからなる1次側整流回路と、
前記整流された電圧を平滑化するセラミックコンデンサからなる第1のコンデンサと、
1次巻線および2次巻線を含むトランスと、
前記1次巻線に結合され、オン・オフすることにより前記平滑化された電圧を交流電圧に変換し、前記変換した交流電圧を前記1次巻線に供給するスイッチング素子と、
前記2次巻線に誘起された交流電圧を整流平滑して前記負荷に出力する2次側整流平滑回路と、
駆動電圧を前記スイッチング素子の制御電極に直接供給することにより、前記スイッチング素子をオン・オフするスイッチング制御回路と、
前記1次巻線に誘起された電圧に基づいて前記スイッチング素子の制御電極にバイアス電圧を供給するバイアス回路とを備え、
前記1次巻線の第1端は前記第1のコンデンサの第1端に接続され、前記1次巻線の第2端は前記スイッチング素子を介して前記第1のコンデンサの第2端に接続され、
前記バイアス回路は、
前記1次巻線の第1端と前記スイッチング素子の制御電極との間に直列接続された第2のコンデンサおよび第1の抵抗と、
アノードが前記1次巻線の第2端に接続され、カソードが前記第2のコンデンサおよび前記第1の抵抗の間のノードに接続されたダイオードと、
前記スイッチング素子の制御電極と前記第1のコンデンサの第2端との間に接続された第2の抵抗とを含む駆動装置。 - 前記トランスは補助巻線をさらに含み、
前記スイッチング制御回路は、前記補助巻線に誘起された交流電圧によって駆動される請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - さらに、前記2次側整流平滑回路の出力電圧を監視する電圧監視回路を備え、
前記スイッチング制御回路は、前記電圧監視回路の監視結果に基づいて前記スイッチング素子をオン・オフする請求項1または請求項2に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記負荷は発光素子である請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
