Description

The present invention relates to a filter press filter cloth and an industrial waste treatment method using the filter cloth, and more particularly to extending the life of the filter press.

The filter press is widely used as a dewatering device for waste slurry having a high water content. The filter press includes a filtration membrane called a filter cloth, a pressing plate that compresses them, and a hydraulic equipment that can operate the pressing plate.

FIG. 5 shows a conventional filter cloth structure for a filter press (Patent Document 1; Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-202317). A plurality of filter press filter cloths are arranged in the vertical direction, and are configured such that waste slurry is supplied to each filter cloth from an opening called a through hole 10 provided in the center of the filter cloth. Yes.

In the opening provided at the center of each filter cloth 4, a part called a liquid supply plate 5 for holding the shape of the opening is mounted on the filter cloth, and further, the liquid supply plate 5 and the filter cloth 4. Is attached to the filter cloth using a cloth different from the filter cloth called the cloth 11.

The liquid supply plate 5, the cloth 11 and the filter cloth 4 are mounted in such a manner that these parts are sewn using a thread.
As described above, the waste slurry replenished between the filter cloths can dehydrate the slurry replenished between the filter cloths subjected to a compressive force through a pressing plate (not shown).
as a result,
Since a large stress is applied to the filter cloth, the filter cloth may be partially pulled to cause a tear of the cloth or the filter cloth.

With regard to these points, for example, a technique for avoiding the tearing and tearing of the filter cloth by disposing the pressing plate interposed between the filter cloth so as to be movable in the vertical direction is disclosed. (Patent Document 2; JP-A-2005-152897). However, even in these methods, the occurrence of tears in the filter cloth may not be suppressed, and improvements are required.

Further, another publication discloses that a filter cloth is provided by providing a stretchability between a filter cloth and a stitched portion of the cloth by devising a stitching method with the cloth that attaches the liquid supply plate to the filter cloth. A technique for avoiding tears and tears is also known (Patent Document 3; JP 2000-140516 A). However, even with these methods, it may not be possible to completely avoid the breakage and tearing of the filter cloth, and improvements are demanded.

Thus, there is a need for a filter cloth structure that can effectively extend the life of a filter cloth used in a filter press for waste treatment.

The best embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
A filter cloth for a filter press according to the present invention is a filter cloth for a filter press for industrial waste treatment, and the filter cloth described above is engaged with a filter cloth, a liquid supply member, and a filter cloth that engages the filter cloth. It is characterized by being comprised.

FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the filter cloth M according to the present invention. As described above, the filter cloth M according to the present invention includes the filter cloth 1, the cloth 2, and the liquid supply member 3, and the liquid supply member 3 is formed in the opening provided in the center of the filter cloth 1. It is preferable to engage the supplied liquid supply member 3 and the filter cloth 1 with the cloth 2 so as to be sewn together.

The filter cloth 1 can be made of not only cloth but also cloth woven with synthetic resin threads. In the present invention, the material of the filter cloth 1 is preferably a cloth woven with synthetic resin threads. By using the synthetic resin cloth as described above, it is possible to sufficiently withstand the squeezing force applied when the slurry containing sludge is filtered, and as a result, the life of the filter cloth 1 is effectively increased. It has the effect of being able to.

In the present invention, the liquid supply member 3 is preferably attached to the central portion of the filter cloth 1, and in particular, the liquid supply member 3 is a cylindrical member as shown in FIG. In addition, it is preferable to form a disk-shaped ridge 3A.

Moreover, it is preferable that the above-described flange 3 </ b> A is configured to have an obtuse angle with respect to the body portion 3 </ b> B of the liquid supply member 3. Specifically, it is preferable that the angle formed by the flange 3A and the body portion 3B shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, when the heel 3A is configured to have an obtuse angle with respect to the body portion 3B, the heel 3A is in close contact with the filter cloth 1 even when the squeezing force is received from both sides of the heel 3A. As a result, the formation of a gap formed between the liquid supply member 3 and the filter cloth 1 can be effectively avoided, and the leakage of slurry containing sludge can be effectively suppressed. It has the effect of being able to.

The liquid supply member 3 according to the present invention is preferably made of a synthetic resin, and specifically, PP (polypropylene). PP is acid-resistant and has high strength, so it exhibits corrosive properties and can be used over a long period of time even against acidic sludge that is produced in the chlorination process of titanium ore. There is an effect.

In the present invention, the liquid supply member 3 and the filter cloth 1 are preferably engaged with each other in a sewn form. It is preferable to use a thread made of a synthetic resin when the two are stitched. By using the above-mentioned synthetic resin thread, there is no fear of corrosion or dissolution even in contact with acidic waste liquid or sewage, and the liquid supply member 3 and the filter cloth 1 are sewn over a long period of time. The effect is that the state can be stably maintained.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the cloth 2 and the filter cloth 1 are sewn so as to cover the stitched portion between the liquid supply member 3 and the filter cloth 1. By reinforcing the stitched portion with the cloth 2 as described above, the stitched state of the liquid supply member 3 and the filter cloth 1 can be further stably maintained for a long period of time.

The above-described cloth 3 is preferably made of a cloth such as cotton instead of a synthetic resin yarn. By using such a cloth 3, it is possible to effectively cope with the deformation of the filter cloth 1 due to the stress applied to both sides of the filter cloth M.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the above-described cloth 2 is configured to be horizontally long. By using the horizontally long cloth 2 as described above, there is an effect that the life is remarkably improved as compared with the square cloth which has been conventionally used.

The shape of the cloth 2 is not particularly limited as long as it is horizontally long. For example, the shape may be a rectangle or an ellipse. The

The cloth 2 according to the present invention preferably uses a cloth having a size of 5 times or more the area of the opening 1A provided at the center of the filter cloth 1, and more preferably 7 times or more. Furthermore, it is more preferable to use a cloth having a size 10 times or more.

Even when a compressive force is applied to the filter cloth 1 from both sides by using the cloth 2 having the above-described size, tears and tears are generated at the stitched portion between the cloth 2 and the filter cloth 1. However, there is an effect that the life of the filter cloth can be maintained over a long period of time.

It is preferable that a wave is formed on the surface of the yarn used for stitching the cloth 2 and the filter cloth 1 according to the present invention. By performing the wave treatment as described above in advance, it is possible to effectively avoid loose loosening of the stitched portion between the cloth 2 and the cloth 2.

The wave treatment here is characterized by providing wavy irregularities on the surface of the sewing thread. By performing the wave treatment, it is possible to effectively avoid loosening and fraying of the stitched portion.

Next, a waste slurry treatment method using a filter press equipped with the filter cloth M according to the present invention will be described below.

FIG. 3 shows a situation in which the filter cloth 1 according to the present invention is incorporated between the pressing plates 5. The filter cloth 1 interposed in the pressing plate 5 is sandwiched between the pressing plates 5, and moisture in the slurry supplied from the opening provided in the center of the filtering cloth 1 is separated and removed through the filtering cloth 1. be able to.

Between the filter cloth 1 that has been compressed and another filter cloth 1, a press cake composed of a solid content suspended in the slurry is formed. On the other hand, the water dehydrated from the slurry oozes out from between the filter cloth 1 and the pressing plate 5 and is discharged out of the system.

As described above, the filter cloth 1 according to the present invention is not only devised in the shape of the cloth 2 but also devised in the thread used for stitching the cloth 2 and the filter cloth 1. As a result, in the filter press apparatus to which a high pressure is applied as described above, there is an effect that water in the slurry can be efficiently dehydrated.

In this invention, when attaching the filter cloth 1 to the pressing board 5 as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable to use the both ends of the filter cloth 1 bent outside. By providing the folded structure described above at both ends of the filter cloth 1, even when the filter cloths 1 are pressed against each other by the pressing plate 5, the bent part is formed to break the peripheral part of the filter cloth 1. There is an effect that it can be effectively avoided.

As described above, by applying the filter cloth M according to the present invention to the filter press, the filter press work can be stably performed over a long period of time.
