Description
対象の所望の生物学的なパラメーター値;
対象の病状を示す対象に固有な生物学的パラメーター履歴;及び
治療に対する病状の反応をモデル化する病状モデル;
の関数として、対象に適用される継続した治療の特性を立案する。治療装置は、治療計画システムに電気的に接続して動作する。これにより、立案された特性を受け取り、その立案された特性によって治療を適用する。
適用された治療に対する患者集団の測定された反応を示すデータを得る工程;

計算機網において治療計画システムにそのデータを利用可能にする工程。
Claims (7)
- 病状モデル及び対象に固有な生物学的パラメーター履歴を使う、治療処方装置であって、 前記治療処方装置は、前記対象に適用される所望の治療を立案し、 前記病状モデルは、治療に対する病状の反応をモデル化し、 前記生物学的パラメーター履歴は、前記対象の機能的画像化検査から得られた生物学的パラメーター値を含み、 前記治療処方装置は、以前に適用した治療に対する前記対象の測定した反応に基づいて、前記病状モデルによって予期される反応と比較して、前記所望の治療を繰り返し調整し、更に、 前記治療処方装置は、測定された生物学的パラメーター値が、所望の値に達するまで、前記所望の治療を繰り返し調整し、 前記病状モデルは、所定の対象集団の構成員について適用した治療に対する前記予期される反応、及び/又は、前記対象集団の構成員について適用した治療の効果についての情報のデータベースを含む、経験的に導出されたモデルであり、そして、前記病状モデルは、前記生物学的パラメーター値の変化を、時間の関数としてモデル化し、 前記所望の治療には、分子治療又は化学治療を含む、治療処方装置。
- 前記対象に固有な生物学的パラメーター履歴は、複数の空間的に変化する生物学的パラメーター値を含む、請求項1の治療処方装置。
- 機能的画像化器を含む、請求項1の治療処方装置。
- 治療計算装置を含む請求項1の治療処方装置であって、前記治療計算装置は、治療装置により、適用される治療を計算する。
- 治療装置を含む請求項4の治療処方装置であって、前記治療装置は、前記治療計算装置と電気的に通信して動作する。
- 前記治療は、強度変調放射線治療を含む、請求項1の治療処方装置。
- グラフィカル利用者インターフェースを含む、請求項1の治療処方装置、ここで、前記グラフィカル利用者インターフェースは、前記所望の治療を示す情報を、人間の利用者に示す。
