Description
The present invention relates to a method for controlling a wind power generation system including an airflow generation device that generates an airflow by the action of discharge plasma.
Currently, the construction rush of wind power generation is in Europe and the United States. In Denmark and Germany, the ratio of wind power generation to total power generation reaches 10%, which is large-scale toward the EU target (12% in 2010). Development is underway. For such foreign countries, development and subsidies are being promoted by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) in Japan, but the proportion of wind power generation in total power generation is still less than 1%. .
The difficulty of spreading wind power generation in Japan is largely attributable to its geographical constraints. First, because of the mountainous weather, wind power and wind direction change rapidly, and it is difficult to maintain a stable output. This reduces the power generation efficiency per wind turbine, and as a result, increases the introduction cost of the wind power generation system. Second, in Japan, where the land area is small, problems with the location environment have become apparent as wind power generation becomes more widespread, especially when it is necessary to be located near private houses and villages. Trouble occurs.
。 Therefore, in order to achieve the introduction target similar to Europe and America in Japan, it is essential to develop a wind turbine unique to Japan that overcomes these problems. To date, technologies for wind power generation systems have been disclosed, such as improving lift by optimizing the blade shape, responding to fluctuations by pitch control that varies the angle of attack of the blades depending on the wind speed, and reducing wind noise using a variable speed rotor ( For example, see Patent Document 1.)
However, the conventional wind power generation system has a problem that pitch control cannot cope with short-term fluctuations in wind. Also, under the Japanese wind environment, the current situation is that the wind power generation system must be operated at a low efficiency, and the development of innovative Japanese wind turbine technology with regard to fluctuation resistance, high efficiency, and low noise is desired. ing.
Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is capable of performing control corresponding to wind fluctuations, and is capable of realizing high efficiency and low noise. The purpose is to provide.
In order to achieve the above object, a method for controlling a wind power generation system according to the present invention is input in at least a measurement information input step for inputting measurement information of wind speed and direction of wind flowing into a wind turbine blade, and the measurement information input step. A blade root on a blade upper surface of the wind turbine blade, the second electrode being spaced apart, and a voltage application mechanism capable of applying a voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode. Rotating the airflow generators that generate multiple airflows at predetermined intervals in the direction from the blade tip to the blade tip, the pitch angle drive mechanism that changes the angle of the windmill blade, and the nacelle to which the windmill blade is attached Controls yaw angle drive mechanism And controlling the airflow generation device in the control step, the angle of attack in each blade element of the wind turbine blade is calculated using the measurement information, and the angle of attack exceeds the stall angle of attack. In the determined blade element, a voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode of the airflow generation device provided in the blade element to generate an airflow, thereby suppressing flow separation. Based on pre-stored data for calculation, it is calculated by the product of the generated torque actually generated in each blade element and the radial position, weight and angular velocity of each blade element. Based on the torque calculation step for calculating the optimal torque, the torque comparison step for comparing the generated torque calculated in the torque calculation step with the optimal torque, and the result of comparison in the torque comparison step, the generated torque and the optimal torque the difference to the smaller of the first electrode, not in the deep and the flow direction of the air flow than the position where the first electrode is provided A second electrode through the dielectric material is disposed separately from the first electrode made of solid position, which can apply a voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode A voltage application mechanism, and a plurality of air flow generators that are arranged at predetermined intervals in a direction along the blade tip from the blade root on the blade upper surface of the wind turbine blade to generate an air flow, and the angle of the wind turbine blade. A pitch angle driving mechanism to be changed, and a control step for controlling a yaw angle driving mechanism for rotating a nacelle to which the wind turbine blades are attached, and when the airflow generator is controlled in the control step, the generated torque and the In the blade element having a difference in the optimum torque, a voltage is applied between the first electrode and the second electrode of the airflow generation device provided in the blade element to generate an airflow, The generated torque and the optimum torque Characterized in that to reduce the difference.
According to this wind power generation system control method, in the torque comparison step, the generated torque calculated in the torque calculation step is compared with the optimum torque, and in the control step, the generated torque and the optimum torque are based on the comparison result. In order to reduce the difference, the airflow generator, the pitch angle drive mechanism, and the yaw angle drive mechanism can be individually controlled in accordance with the features. As a result, the efficiency of the wind power generation system can be improved.
According to the method for controlling a wind power generation system of the present invention, control corresponding to fluctuations in wind is possible, and high efficiency and low noise can be realized.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the wind
Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The
The
The
The
The
Here, the
Next, a phenomenon in which the airflow AF is generated by the
When a voltage is applied between the
Next, the effect of the airflow generated by the
As shown in FIG. 4A, when a flow is attached around the blade, lift is generated in the wind
In order to suppress the occurrence of flow separation on the blade
In the arrangement example shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of
In the arrangement example shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of
In the arrangement examples shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
Also, particularly at the blade tip, noise is generated due to flow separation and other aerodynamic phenomena. However, as described above, the
Next, the wind
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the wind
As shown in FIG. 7, the
Therefore, in the wind
Here, the relationship between the angle of attack and the lift coefficient when the
As shown in FIG. 8, the stall angle of attack increases from α0 to α1 by providing an
As described above, the
Further, the

As described above, the
The pitch
The yaw
Next, the operation of the wind
As shown in FIG. 10, first, the
Subsequently, the
Subsequently, the
Subsequently, the
Subsequently, the
Here, the yaw angle control by the yaw
Next, another operation of the wind
As shown in FIG. 11, first, the
Subsequently, based on the input measurement information and the data stored in the
Subsequently, the
Subsequently, the
When it is determined in step S303 that the flow separation has occurred on the blade
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S303 that no flow separation has occurred on the blade
As described above, according to the wind
